It is said that in the agricultural society, people plant; in industrial society, man is an animal; the information society, return初中化学实验分层教学的实践与研究初中化学实验分层教学的实践与研究课题研究实施方案一、课题提出的背景1、问题现象初中化学实验课教学，特别是我们这些地处偏僻的农村学校，由于受传统教学观念的束缚，我们在化学实验课教学中，从实验目的、实验原理、实验器材、实验设计、实验步骤、实验结论到实验分析均采取“一把尺子量到底”的方法进行教学，从备课、授课、作业、辅导到评价，整个过程中主要的思想和方法也是“一刀切”，实验教学都这样设计，都这样去完成，到头来使得优生吃不饱，学困生吃不了，中等生吃不好，化学老师在实验教学中很少顾及好、中、差各类学生的智能差异，这种“一把尺子量到底”的教学方法严重的影响了学生学习的积极性，使各类学生的潜能得不到充分的发挥。2、问题的思考能否找出一个解决“一刀切、一锅煮、一把尺子量到底”的教学方法？能否提高初中化学实验教学的有效性？针对我校的化学实验教学情况，我们从学生实际出发，以化学课程标准为准绳，根据教材的知识结构和学生的认识能力，合理地确定各层次学生的教学目标，改变过去“一刀切”的做法，对中下采用低起点、密台阶、先慢后快、由浅入深、循序渐进的办法，把实验目标分解成有梯度的连贯的几个分目标，允许他们根据自己的实际情况，一步或几步逐步达到实验的要求；对好及中上学生则允许他们创造性学习，充分发挥张扬学生的个性，提高实验教学的效果。同时在制定各层次教学要求时，既不能过高，增加教学难度，加重学生负担，使学生消化不良，丧失信心；也不能太低，降低实验要求，过分放慢教学进度，完不成实验任务。力求准确地把握各类学生的认知“最近发展区域”，较好地解决优生“吃不饱”与学困生“吃不了”的矛盾。为了达到以上目标，我们开展了“初中化学实验分层教学的实践与研究”的课题研究，研究和解决初中化学实验分层教学中的问题和困惑，从而提高化学实验教学的质量。二、课题研究的意义基础教育课程改革纲要中指出：“教学过程中，教师应尊重学生的人格，关注个体差异，满足不同学生的学习需要，创设能引导学生主动参与的教育环境，激发学生的学习积极性，培养学生掌握和运用知识的态度和能力，使每个学生都能得到充分的发展”中华人民共和国义务教育法中规定：“教师在教育教学中应当平等对待学生，关注学生的个体差异，因材施教，促进学生的充分发展。”因此，实施分层次教学是课程改革发展的需要。通过对初中化学实验分层教学的研究，一方面可以建构起适合初中化学实验分层教学的模式，解决实验分层教学中存在的问题，有效地提高教育教学质量。另一方面在广大教师参与研究的过程中，不断转变教育理念，提升教育教学水平，获取良好的教学方法，促进教师的专业发展。再一方面，通过有效的化学实验分层教学的实施，转变学生的学习方式，调动他们参与教学活动的积极性，极大地激发学生的兴趣，从而促进化学教育教学质量的提高。三、课题研究的现状1、国外化学分层教学现状述评重视个别差异，提倡分层教学是当今世界各国教育改革的共同趋势，美国早在二十世纪五十至六十年代开始提倡分层教学，其目的是想通过分层教学培养科学家，以提高国家竞争实力。到了二十世纪九十年代，世界各国面对二十一世纪的激烈竞争，先后都进行了教育改革，突出了分层教学在教育教学中的作用，分层教学已经成为世界发达国家课程改革的重要内容之一。2、我国化学分层教学的现状新一轮基础教育课程改革提倡化学课堂要实施分层教学，使分层教学成为化学学科教学的主要任务之一。但由于主观上受长期形成的思维与方法以及“考试文化”和功利主义思想的影响，客观上受化学实验药品和器材不足的影响，教师的改革精神和热情并不高，导致课堂教学中不能体现分层教学，甚至个别教师仍旧按照“一刀切”的模式进行教学，无法实现分层教学的目的。分层教学只停留在表面，缺乏应有的内涵，影响了教学质量的提高，分层教学还停留在初级阶段。3、本课题组目前研究的现状目前本课题组多数成员在分层教学中都取得了良好的成绩，对分层教学也有一定的研究。但目前本课题的研究刚刚起步，正在撰写实施方案，准备开题，课题组成员做好了各项准备工作。四、课题研究的主要方法1、文献研究法：查阅国内外有关初中化学实验分层教学的文献资料，借鉴各种教育理论，学习先进的教育教学经验，提升教育教学理念。2、调查分析法：通过问卷、访问、测查、座谈会等形式及时了解本课题实施的情况，总结经验，查找问题，探索解决问题的方法和途径。3、行动研究法：在化学实验分层课堂教学和相应的综合实践活动中，通过理论与实践相结合，让师生主动参与研究活动，探索化学实验分层教学的策略。4、经验总结法：总结课题的研究经验，不断验证，修正提高，形成成果。5、个案研究法：通过从实验教师中抽取部分案例进行分析，研究初中化学实验分层教学的相关问题。6、对比分析法：通过对不同的案例进行相关的对比分析，研究初中化学实验分层教学的相关问题。五、本课题研究的特色及创新之处：1、课题立足于新课程改革的热点问题注重化学实验，体现学科特点。2、本课题与课堂教学和教科研活动有机结合，突出了理论与实践的相互统一，确保了课题研究的实效性。3、课题立足于新课程改革的热点问题，研究的每一项成果，都将服务于教育教学改革。4、分层次教学方法能保持学习者强烈的好奇心和旺盛的求知欲。更重要是让学生学会学习，学会合作交流，形成正确的价值观。5、本课题系统性较强，涉及初中化学实验分层教学的各个方面，对初中化学实验教学中实施分层教学顺利进行具有指导价值。6、能促使教师转变角色，学生转变学习方式，不断创新，从而有效的提高教育教学质量。六、课题研究解决的主要问题1、初中化学实验分层教学的教学模式；2、初中化学实验分层教学的方式方法；3、初中化学实验分层教学存在的问题及对策；4、初中化学实验分层教学的评价方法；5、初中化学实验分层教学的作业布置；6、提高初中化学实验分层教学效果的方法和策略。七、课题研究实验的实施步骤本课题计划实施周期为三年，分四个阶段进行研究。1、准备阶段（2010.102010.12）主要任务：（1）、组建课题研究小组。（2）、撰写立项申请书，做好课题的申报工作。（3）、撰写开题报告。2、理论研究阶段（2011.12011.6）主要任务：（1）、召开开题报告会。（2）、讨论制定实施方案，全面开始课题的研究工作。（3）、组织课题组成员学习与本课题相关的理论依据、搜集整理经验材料，提高课题组成员的研究水平。（4）、调查我校化学实验实施分层教学的现状。阶段成果：（1）、我学校化学实验分层教学的现状分析（调查报告）。（2）、初中化学实验分层教学模式（论文）。3、实践完善阶段（2011.72012.12）主要任务：（1）、将初中化学实验分层教学模式应用在化学实验教学中，进一步完善初中化学实验分层教学模式。（2）、研究化学实验分层教学中存在的问题及对策。（3）、研究化学实验分层教学的方法。（4）、研究化学实验分层教学的评价方式。（5）、通过观摩教学与经验交流等活动展示研究成果。（6）、调查我校化学实验实施分层教学实施的情况。阶段成果：（1）、化学实验分层教学中存在的问题及对策（论文）。（2）、化学实验分层教学的方法和评价方式（论文）。（3）、优秀教学设计、经验材料等（课件、教学设计、交流材料等）。（4）、初中化学实验分层教学实施情况调查报告（调查报告）。4、形成成果阶段（2013.12013.10）主要任务：（1）、整理研究资料，撰写结题报告。（2）、形成研究成果。（3）、做好结题申请工作。（4）、推广使用课题研究成果。阶段成果：初中化学实验分层教学的实践与研究（研究报告）。七、课题研究的预期成果：1、学校化学实验分层教学的现状分析（调查报告）；2、初中化学实验分层教学的方法和评价方式（论文）；3、初中化学实验分层教学存在的问题及对策（论文）；4、提高初中化学实验分层教学效果的方法和策略（论文）；5、优秀教学设计、经验材料等汇编成册（教师、学生作品）。八、课题研究机构与人员分工2、课题组成员分工：（1）、杨兴武杨玉青：全面负责课题的管理与实施，承担对参与研究和实验的课题组成员及教师进行培训，管理档案资料和研究成果等。（2）、李涛姚国：负责经费保障及把好评估关。（3）、徐建福：负责初中化学实验分层教学与信息技术整合方面的资料的搜集整理。（4）、杨玉青、王克虎：负责对学校化学实验分层教学现状和参与研究的教师的化学实验分层教学现状进行全方位调查。（5）、杨兴武、杨玉青、纪生宏、李奋：负责初中化学实验分层教学的实验及相应资料的搜集整理工作。（6）、王克虎、樊建国、郭艳玲、张学智：负责初中化学实验分层教学评价方面的实验和资料搜集整理工作。初中化学实验分层教学的实践与研究课题小组执笔：杨玉青2011年1月3日主蒸汽管道和高温再热蒸汽管道分别从过热器和再热器的出口联箱的两侧引出，然后汇成一根母管，到汽轮机前再分成两根支管分别接入高压缸和中压缸左右侧主汽关断阀和再热关断阀。Now, we are in a new historical stage of all-round construction of a well-off society.
