第2章 安装与接线Chapter 2 Installation & Connection第2章Chapter安装与接线 Installation & Connection 本章简要介绍PowerSmartTM变频器的安装与接线The chapter introduces installation and connection of PowerSmartTM Drive briefly 2.1 产品确认2.1 Product Confirmation拿到产品时，请确认下表中所列项目： When you get the product, please confirm the items listed in below table:注意：Notice 1. 受损的变频器及缺少零部件的变频器，切勿安装。有受伤的危险。1. Do not install the drive that is damaged or is in defect of parts or pieces, or else you will have danger of being injured.表2-1Tab2-1确认项目Confirmation Item确认方法Confirmation Method与订购的商品是否一致Whether the goods accord with what you order.请确认PowerSmartTM铭牌Please confirm the namebrand of PowerSmartTM是否有受损的地方Whether there is damage.查看整体外观，检查运输中是否受损Check the whole appearance; check whether there is damage in transportation.螺丝等紧固部分是否有松动Check screw and other fastening parts are loose.必要时，用螺丝刀检查一下When necessary, check with screwdriver.如有不良情况，请与本公司业务部门联系。 If there unfavorable condition, please contact with our corporate business sector.2.2 安装环境的要求和管理2.2 Requirements and Management of Installation Environment2.2.1 安装现场2.2.1 Installation Field安装变频器的地点应满足通风散热和操作的要求。变频器背面离墙的距离不小于600mm，正面离墙的距离不小于1.5米。变频器顶部（从风机顶部算起）到屋顶的距离不小于500mm。 The site of installing drive should satisfy the requirements of ventilation, heat dispersion and operation. The distance between back face of drive and wall should not be less than 600mm, the distance between front face of drive and wall should not be less than 1.5m. The distance between top of drive (calculated from the top of fan) and ceiling should not be less than 500mm.2.2.2 环境标准2.2.2 Environment Standard变频器安装在电气室内，工作环境温度为040oC。由于工作中变频器将散发出大量热量（约电动机每100KW散发出3.5KW热量），电气室要配备通风或空调装置。 Drive is installed in electric room with operation environment temperature 040oC. Because the drive will give off much heat (approximately, motor gives off 3.5kw heat per 100KW during) operation, electric room should be equipped with ventilation or air-conditioning device.环境湿度最高为相对湿度90%，要避免凝露，例如在潮湿季节，特别是当变频器不工作时，不要将室内温度降得太低。 The maximum environment humidity is relative humidity 90%; condensation should be avoided, for example in damp season, especially when drive does not work, does not lower the temperature to much.安装高度应小于或等于海拔1000米，若超过1000米应降容使用，请咨询本公司。 The installation height should be less than or equal to 1000m, when exceeding 1000m, reduce capacity for use, please consult with our company.安装地点应无明显的振动，室内仅允许有少量干燥、非导电尘埃，不得有过量灰尘、腐蚀或爆炸性气体或导电尘埃。 The installation site should not have obvious vibration, only little dry and non-conducting dust is allowed in room, there should be no too much dust, corrosion or explosion gas or conducting dust.2.2.3 防范措施2.2.3 Safeguard Measures安装作业时，请将变频器盖上防尘罩，防止钻孔等产生的金属碎片落入变频器内部，安装结束后，请撤去防尘罩。 When installation operation, please cover dust shield on drive, prevent mental fragments produced by drilling from dropping into inside of drive, after finishing installation, please remove dust shield.各电气柜底部四角都有地脚螺钉孔，可用来固定柜体。 There are screw down bolt holes at four corners of every electric cabinet, which are used to fix cabinet body.如果地面不平整，变频器柜外壳可能发生变形，由于柜跨距较大，可能导致门发生错位，甚至无法正常开关。 If the floor is not level, distortion of drive cabinet shell may emerge, because the span of cabinet is great, which may cause malposition of door, and the door can not be opened or closed normally.2.3 施工安装方案2.3 Construction and Installation Scheme2.3.1 设备的安装尺寸2.3.1 Installation Dimension of Equipment变频器的外形尺寸由本公司提供，如下图所示： The appearance dimension of the drive provided by our company follows as below figure:图2-1Fig2-1A、控制柜 Control CabinetB、功率柜 Power CabinetC、变压器柜Transformer CabinetD、旁路柜Bypass Cabinet变频器设备安装时，考虑通风散热及操作空间的需要，整套装置背面离墙距离不得小于1000mm，装置顶部与屋顶空间距离不得小于1000 mm，装置正面离墙距离不得小于1500 mm。 When installing drive equipment, please take the demand of ventilation, heat dispersion and operation space, the distance between back face of the whole device and wall should not be less than 600mm, the distance between top of device and ceiling should not be less than 500mm, the distance between front face of device and wall should not be less than 1.5m.所有柜体应牢固安装于基座之上，并和厂房大地可靠连接。变压器屏蔽层及接地端子PE也应接至厂房大地。各柜体之间应相互连接成为一个整体。 All cabinets should be installed on base fast and connected with workshop ground reliably. The shield layer of drive and grounding terminal should be connected to workshop ground. All cabinets should be connected with each others and into a whole.安装过程中，要防止变频器受到撞击和震动，所有柜体不得倒置，倾斜角度不得超过30。 During process of installation, prevent the drive from knocking and shaking, all cabinets can not be placed with bottom up and angle of inclination should not be more than 30.2.3.2 安装电缆2.3.2 Installation Cable电气安装主要包括柜体到现场的输入输出高压电缆、柜体之间的连接线、柜体和现场的控制及信号线的配线。 The electric installation mainly includes high-voltage cable from cabinet to field, connecting line and wiring of cabinet, on-site control and signal line. 定子电源电缆 Stator Power Cable调速电机主绕组电缆，该电缆的一端接至旁路柜，另一端接至调速电机定子绕组端。其电缆的规格详见安装施工示意图。 One end of speed-regulation motor main winding cable is connected to bypass cabinet; the other end is connected to stator winding terminal of speed-regulation motor. Refer to Installation & Construction Diagram for specification of the cable. 高压电源电缆 High-voltage Power Cable高压进线电缆，该电缆的一端接至旁路柜，另一端接至高压配电室中的高压操作柜。其电缆的规格见安装施工示意图。One end of high-voltage inlet cable is connected to bypass cabinet; the other end is connected to high-voltage operation cabinet in high-voltage allocation room. Refer to Installation & Construction Diagram for specification of the cable. 高压连锁电缆 High-voltage Interlock Cable高压联锁电缆是控制柜控制高压的合闸、分闸、高压合闸状态检测等对高压开关的操作。其电缆的规格见安装施工示意图。 High-voltage interlock cable is used for what that control cabinet controls switchingin and opening of high-voltage, high-voltage switchingin status inspection and other operation for high-voltage switch. Refer to Installation & Construction Diagram for specification of the cable.高压联锁电缆用于控制柜与用户高压断路器的连接，与控制柜中的高压合闸中间继电器常开触点相连；分闸线路接至控制柜中的端子排上，同时与控制柜中的高压分闸中间继电器常开触点相连，从而控制高压的合闸、分闸。 High-voltage interlock cable is used for connection between cabinet and high-voltage circuit-breaker of user and normally open contact of high-voltage switchingin intermediate relay in control cabinet; opening circuit is connected to terminal row of control cabinet, at same time, connected with normally open contact of high-voltage switchingin intermediate relay in control cabinet so as to control high-voltage switchingin and opening.通过该电缆将来自用户高压断路器的一对无源接点接至控制柜中的端子，从而实现检测高压断路器合闸状态。 Two non-source points from high-voltage circuit-breaker are connected to terminal of control cabinet via the cable, which realizes inspecting switchingin status of high-voltage circuit-breaker. 交流电源电缆 AC Power Cable交流电源是用户提供给调速控制装置的380VAC/3KW的三相四线制控制电源，作为控制装置的冷却电源和开关操作电源，其电源来自用户低压配电室，通过该电缆接至变频柜中的端子排上。其电缆的规格见安装施工示意图。 AC Power is the 380VAC/3KW power of 3-phase 4-wire system that user supplies to speed-regulation control device, which serves as cooling power and switch operation power of control device, the power comes from low-voltage allocation room, which is connected to terminal row of current-transforming cabinet. Refer to Installation & Construction Diagram for specification of the cable. 远控柜操作电缆 Remote-control Cabinet Operation Cable远控柜操作电缆为用户在远控柜处对调速电机进行操作控制的操作电缆，通过该电缆将远控柜操作系统连接至控制柜中的端子排上，实现远控柜对高压开关的合闸、分闸操作控制。其规格型号见安装施工示意图。 Remote-control cabinet operation cable is the operation cable via which user performs operation control for speed-regulation motor at the site of remote-control cabinet; the cable connects operation system of remote-control cabinet with terminal row of control cabinet, which realizes the operation control of remote cabinet for high-voltage switchingin and opening. Refer to Installation & Construction Diagram for specification of the cable. 远控柜指示电缆 Remote-control Cabinet Indication Cable远控柜指示电缆用于将调速系统的状态指示信号传至远控柜，在远控柜位置处显示调速电机的工作状态。其规格可见安装施工示意图。 Remote-control cabinet cable is used for transmitting the status indicating signal of speed-regulation system to remote-control cabinet and displaying the operation status of speed-regulation motor. Refer to Installation & Construction Diagram for specification of the cable. 远控柜触摸屏通讯电缆 Communication Cable of Remote-control Cabinet Touch Screen该电缆一端接至控制柜触摸屏，一端接至远控柜触摸屏。实现两个触摸屏通讯。其电缆的规格见安装施工示意图。 One end of the cable is connected to control cabinet touch screen, the other end is connected to remote-control cabinet touch screen, which can realize the communication of two touch screen. Refer to Installation & Construction Diagram for specification of the cable. 远控柜急停电缆 Remote-control Cabinet Emergency-stop Cable该电缆一端接至控制柜。一端接远控柜。电机在运行中出现紧急情况无法正常停车时，在远控位置进行紧急停车，使其直接作用于分闸回路。其规格可见安装施工示意图。 One end of the cable is connected to control cabinet; the other end is connected to remote-control cabinet. When there is emergency case and the motor can not be stopped normally in operation, perform emergency-stop at remote place and make it to act on opening circuit directly. Refer to Installation & Construction Diagram for specification of the cable. 上位机操作电缆 Upper Machine Operation Cable该电缆一端接至控制柜。一端接至上位机。上位机操作电缆为用户在DCS系统处对调速电机进行操作控制的操作电缆，通过该电缆将用户DCS操作系统连接至控制柜中的端子排上，实现DCS系统对调速电机的各种操作控制。其规格可见安装施工示意图。 One end of the cable is connected to control cabinet; the other end is connected to upper machine. Upper machine operation cable is the operation cable that user performs operation control for speed-regulation at the position of DCS system, via which user DCS operation system is connected with terminal row of control cabinet and all kind of operation control of DCS system for speed-regulation motor is realized. Refer to Installation & Construction Diagram for specification of the cable. 上位机指示电缆 Upper Machine Indication Cable该电缆一端接至控制柜。一端接至上位机。上位机指示电缆用于将调速系统的状态指示信号传至上位机系统，在上位机位置处显示调速电机的工作状态。其规格可见安装施工示意图。 One end of the cable is connected to control cabinet; the other end is connected to upper machine. Upper machine operation cable is used for transmitting the status indicating signal of speed-regulation system to upper machine system and displaying the operation status of speed-regulation motor at the position of upper machine. Refer to Installation & Construction Diagram for specification of the cable. 上位机转速给定电缆 Upper Machine Speed Given Cable通过该电缆将DCS给定信号（来自用户420mA）接至控制柜中的端子排，实现DCS对变频器的转速控制。其电缆的规格见安装施工示意图。 The cable connects the DCS given signal (4-20mA coming from user) to terminal row of control cabinet, which realizes the speed control of DCS for drive. Refer to Installation & Construction Diagram for specification of the cable. 上位机模拟信号上传电缆 Upper Machine Analogue Signal Uploading Cable将调速系统运行中的调速电机的转速信号通过该电缆由控制柜中的端子排传至上位机DCS系统，供DCS系统采集监控。其规格可见安装施工示意图。 The speed signal of speed-regulation motor in speed-regulation system operation is uploaded from terminal row of control cabinet to DCS system of upper machine via the cable for collection and supervision of DCS system. Refer to Installation & Construction Diagram for specification of the cable. 上位机急停电缆 Upper Machine Emergency-stop Cable该电缆一端接至控制柜。一端接至上位机。电机在运行中出现紧急情况无法正常停车时，上位机系统进行紧急停车，使其直接作用于分闸回路。其规格可见安装施工示意图。 One end of the cable is connected to control cabinet; the other end is connected to upper machine.
