施工准备2.1 施工准备工作计划表表1-1 技术准备工程开工前,项目经理及总工程师将尽快组织全体工程技术管理人员认真阅读设计文件和相关技术资料,了解设计意图,熟悉设计内容、设计要求,并据此制定工作计划和工作标准,为现场技术人员更好指导施工做好准备工作。开挖后做好复测工作,设置测站,施工中严格复测、复核制度,确保构造物位置准确。2.3 拟投入的物资及机械设备2.3.1 主要材料供应计划(1)根据施工图纸和施工进度计划,编制合理的材料需用计划表和进场时间计划。工程材料采购必须遵照公司质量体系程序文件规定,对供货方进行供货质量、能力信誉等方面的评价、选择,建立档案,项目部必须在公司确认的合格物资分包方名录中的供货单位采购供应。(2)大件批量材料采购前,应对生产产家企业性质、规模、信誉、产品质量史、供货能力、质量保证能力进行具体衡量,做出综合评价,以并择优选择。(3)有系统地搜集整理本地区材料、构件生产供应厂商、市场情况。为贯彻就近取材,合理节约代用产品,降低成本价格,积累信息资料。厂家应已获准国家质量认证,信誉、产品较好,便于大家共同认可,便于就近取材,保证质量。(4)在收到具体施工图纸后,立即组织人手编制主要材料和预制品、半成品需要量计划,根据施工部署和施工总进度计划,作为工程施工组织材料和制品加工、订货、运输、确定堆场和仓库的依据。(5)供应文件的编制必须清楚地说明订购产品的规范和设计规定和质量要求,并经主管领导批准。2.3.2 施工机械设备计划本工程需要的大型机械设备和测量设备主要有:土方挖掘机,自卸车等。土方挖掘机选用1立方挖掘机2台。土方运输机械选用自卸汽车2台。砼采用商品砼。砼场内输送采用地泵1台,必要时为保证混凝土浇筑速度考虑汽车泵作为补充。投入本标段的工程物资和施工设备数量比较少,根据施工需要进行配备,施工准备阶段,将根据施工需要从公司本部或本地租用。主要施工机械设备进场计划见附表一。计量器具进场计划见附表二。2.4 劳动力资源分配2.4.1 劳动力安排计划本工程的主要工作内容为:土方工程、砼工程、钢筋工程、模板工程、管道工程等。根据工程量及本工程的工期目标,确立各专业队伍的人员流量为:土建(含模板工、钢筋工、砼工等)20人左右;机电安装(含电工、管工、焊工、钳工、仪表工等)10人。2.4.2 施工人员组织及进场计划(1)我公司将组建一套精干、技术资质高和经验丰富的有施工经验的项目管理班子,并保证班子的所有人员均拥有岗位证书,项目经理具有相当的地埋设备施工项目管理的经验。其他主要的项目管理人员等均具有丰富的施工项目管理经验,努力使管理机构的设置知识化、专业化,满足本工程项目的各项要求。(2)在劳务队伍的选择上,挑选施工经验丰富、吃苦耐劳的优秀施工队伍,参加本工程施工,对特殊及技术工种,均保证持有统一考核颁发的操作作业证及技术等级证书。(3)进场后由项目经理部统一安排进行施工任务交底和文明安全施工教育,使施工队伍尽快投入到施工中去。(4)根据本工程既定的质量和工期目标,结合工程特点进行分解,确定各阶段目标。在各阶段中明确主导工序和重点环节,有针对性的制定相应的技术管理和施工等保证措施,落实专人跟踪管理,项目经理重点监控。劳动力计划见附表三2.5 质量工作准备(1)制定本工程的质量目标和质量计划,建立本工程的质量保证体系和质量管理体系。(2)项目经理部设专职质检工程师,各作业队设专业质检员,质检员持证上岗,并签订岗位责任制。(3)根据相关规程的质量检验评定标准,组织所有质量管理人员进行学习。 2.6 生产准备(1)进场伊始,既对施工现场进行调查,确定进入现场的水、电接入口,同时办理相关使用手续,布置场内临电、临水线路走向。(2)掌握现场地上地下障碍情况,向业主提交拆迁报告和地下障碍物的保护方案。(3)调查联系取土场和渣土消纳场,并按规定办理渣土消纳手续。2.7 材料准备(1)依据工程预算书,汇总项目内各种钢板、钢管及型钢、部件、配件、阀门等材料的总用量,并根据总进度制定出分期分批供应时间表。(2)依据招标文件的要求保证180天内提供全部设备,并采用书面形式将设备、材料的规格、型号、数量、进场日期提前提供给建设单位,到货时及时组织力量进行卸货、验收等工作。(3)项目部各专业施工员应把所需材料计划提前一周通知公司材料设备科。(4)所有使用的材料和设备必须符合图纸设计和建设单位认定的品牌要求。(5)项目经理部积极组织调配好施工机械及周转料具,保证材料型号符合、数量准确、性能优良、进场时间明确,充分满足各工序对施工机械的需求,并在施工中做好保养工作,保证机械性能的完好率和使用率,贮备相应的配件,做到万无一失,确保工程顺利进行,把不利于工程进度的因素减少到最低程度。2.8 技术准备(1)在接到中标通知书后,我们将与设计部门联系,组织有关施工员进一步了解设计意图,认真审查施工图纸及有关资料,及时准确地做出施工预算,预算人员根据设计预算和施工预算做出两算对比。(2)对工程的重要部位组织编制分项工程方案和工艺卡,做好充分的技术准备工作。(3)根据施工进度编制材料进场计划,提前做好半成品的加工定货工作,完备有关技术资料。(4)培训施工人员掌握新技术、新工艺,考核合格后方可上岗。(5)在施工实践中,施工员应随着设计和施工条件等因素的变化调整和补充完善施工方案,并制定相应的检查制度。施工方案的重大调整和修改,应经有关单位、人员审批。(6)施工前首先认真审核施工图,解决错、漏、碰、缺和各专业矛盾问题。并由工程项目技术负责人,将各专业、各工种的管线,采取单线划在一张平面图上,每种管道用彩色笔,在各交点处,末端设备安装点,综合其标高、位置、发现有矛盾之处,及时将问题解决在安装之前,避免打架和安装错位问题。第3章 施工技术方案3.1 施工测量3.1.1施工测量准备(1)测量仪器本工程应用的全站仪、经纬仪、水平仪等须经政府主管部门批准的计量检测单位校核,并确保使用时在有效检测周期内。(2)复核水平点及坐标点对业主提供的坐标桩及水平点进行复测,确定水平点和坐标的准确性。放线采用轴线交会法和极坐标两种,放样出主轴线的位置。(3)绘制场内高程方格网在进场后根据业主提供的坐标桩及水平点,对施工场区内按55m设置方格网,并进行各网点的高程测量,绘制成图。3.1.2施工测量平面控制网的测设首先根据施工总平面图建立的矩形控制网,利用仪器将控制桩引测到各单位工程周围的地面上,并对控制桩加以保护以防破坏。控制点引测:根据标准高程点在场区内引测不少于8个控制点,要求埋深0.6米,用混凝土浇筑并以钢柱标记,并测定高程作为工程定位放线的依据。控制网布设:依据场内导线控制点,沿距建筑物开挖线约1米远位置测设各轴线方向控制基准点,将主控轴线外引埋设基准点,并浇筑砼稳固。同时,对可能受施工影响的所有房屋和构筑物进行控制测量,设置定位标记和参照点。3.1.3高程测量和垂直度控制 (1)根据业主提供的水平点,利用水平仪,塔尺、钢尺(均经鉴定合格)传递至底板。(2)本工程按外控法埋设轴线控制桩及加密控制桩。轴线要使用经纬仪引测,并往返测量与基准点校核,误差要控制在规范控制范围内,轴线控制桩应布置在不易被破坏的地点。(3)对场内设水平点,每间隔一定时间须观测一次,以做相互检校。对检测后的数据成果须作逐一分析,以保证水平点使用的准确性。(4)误差要求 根据中华人民共和国国家标准工程测量规范GB50026-2007的要求轴线竖向投测及标高竖向传递的允许误差:轴线位移3mm,柱垂直度允许偏差3mm。标高测量允许偏差3mm。 (5)放线程序3.2 土方工程定位放线确定基础开挖尺寸后进行土方开挖。土方采用机械整体开挖,自卸式装卸车运输弃置于建设单位指定的堆场。3.2.1质量要求各层间标高允许偏差150mm。边坡允许偏差200mm,严禁亏坡。土方开挖开始时,先由建设方提供的放线控制桩位引线,并按基础外轮廓尺寸、基坑宽度施工以后,挖至距基底300mm处,剩余土方采用人工清理;机械挖土槽底标高与设计标高允许偏差200mm,不得扰动老土。槽底可预留300mm土层,机械挖土到设计槽底以上300mm,在挖该步土时,需由测量员配合进行。3.2.2雨季施工措施进行基坑开挖前,首要工作是进行全场排水,并在基坑边临时清挖排水沟,集中排向一个积水坑,用潜水泵抽出基坑。在做好基坑排水工作的同时,也做好施工场地的排水工作;采取的措施是根据现场情况,在低洼处设积水坑,将各方向排入积水坑的污水用潜水泵抽去,污水的排放将根据业主方与有关单位协商后提供的排放点进行排放。3.2.3土方回填(1)作业条件:回填前,应对基础进行检查验收,并要办好隐检手续。其基础砼强度应达到规定要求,方可进行回填。施工前,应抄平做好水平标志,室内和散水的边墙上弹水平线或在地墙上钉上标高控制木桩。(2)操作工艺工艺流程:基坑底清理检验土质分层铺土、耙平夯打密实找平验收。填土前应将基坑底的垃圾杂物等清理干净。压实过程中,现场土的含水量应在最佳含水量的3%的范围内。填方或回填料都应分层按均匀厚度填入,每层厚度不超过300mm,填方和回填应使用必要的压实方法和压实机械进行压实,以达到规定的压实度。基坑回填应在相对两侧或四周同时进行。基础墙两侧标高不可相差太多,以免把墙挤歪时,较长的管沟墙,应采用内部支撑的措施。(3)质量标准基底处理、回填的土料必须符合设计要求或施工规范的规定。每层压实完成后均要进行检验,检验方法应符合JGJ79-2002、GB/T50123-1999或其它等同规范的要求。(4)成品保护施工时应注意保护定位桩、轴线桩、标高桩、防止碰撞位移。夜间施工时应合理安排施工顺序,设有足够的照明设施,防止铺填超厚,严禁汽车直接倒土入槽。基础或管沟的现浇砼应达到一定强度,不致因填土而受损坏时方可回填。3.2.4
