小学英语五年级下册Unit 2 My favourite seasonPart A Lets talk 教学设计 学 校:兴庆区第七小学姓 名: 王瑞娟一、活动背景五年级的学生已学过两年多的英语,学生已有一定的基础,良好的听、说、读、写英语的习惯已基本养成。但由于教材难度偏大,教学内容与课时不成比例,学生的学习兴趣难以保持,两极分化较严重,口语能力较差,因此,以后的教学应注重转化后进生,因材施教,分层教学,保持学生的学习兴趣,注意加强口语、阅读能力的训练。本单元(My favourite season)主要学习四季,一些动词及动词短语的表达方法,还要求学生能够听懂、会说并能回答句型:Which season do you like best ?/Whats your favourite season ? Summer/WinterWhy do you like? Because I can 能够在恰当的情景中运用。 我设计的是第二课时内容包括:Lets talk, 并进一步拓展相应季节的天气,服饰及活动等。二、教学目标 1. 知识目标: (1)能够听懂会说并能回答句型:Which season do you like best ?能够在恰当的情境中应用。 2.能力目标:(1)能够就天气情况经行问答:Which season do you like best ?/Whats your favourite season ? Summer/Winter(2) 能够利用四年级所学服饰及天气等知识谈论某个季节。3. 情感态度目标(1) 开展趣味性任务,激发学生的学习兴趣,能积极参与课堂活动。(2) 在实施任务的过程中,培养学生与人合作的能力。(3) 培养学生良好的学习习惯,做到积极参与,大胆发言。三、 教学重难点:1、教学重点:Which season do you like best ?/Whats your favourite season ? Summer/Winter2. 教学难点是引导学生准确地运用句型:Which season do you like best ? . I can回答自己最喜欢的季节及原因。四、教学准备:录音机及录音磁带、A部分Lets learn 的单词卡片,四季的卡片,幻灯片课件五、教学方法1、 以学生为主体,培养学生学习习惯。充分体现以学生为主体、以老师为主导的思想,使学生养成良好的学习习惯,是英语课程的重要任务之一。教学中鼓励学生大胆用英语,勤动口、勤表演、勤操练,从中发挥学生的主观能动性。2、注重新旧知识迁移,训练学生活用语言。英语是一门语言实践性很强的课程,识记快,忘记得也快。教学中要遵循“勤反复重积累”的原则。对于重点句型的教学采用以旧带新的办法,巧妙结合以前积累的词汇和句型,自然引出新的句型。既复习旧知,又教学新知,从而培养学生实际运用语言的能力。3、 利用媒体资源创设生活情境,引导学生语言表达。语言源于生活,更要用于生活。4、 以兴趣为导向,激发学生学习动机。“兴趣是最好的老师。”只有调动学生的求知欲才能使学生的学习变被动为主动,变乏味为有趣。 六、教学步骤Step 1 warm up 1) Lets singT:today,lets go on with Unit 2 my favourite season.first,lets sing a song about seasonsWhat is your favourite season S:clap hands and sing the song.设计意图:通过歌曲快速进入教学主题seasons ,巩固季节单词,活跃课堂,创设轻松自然的学习氛围。2) Lets take a trip T:How many seasons are there in a year?What are they?S:there are four seasons. They are spring,summer,fall and winter.T:Now,let us take a trip and enjoy some wonderful picutures about different seasons.教师解说:It is spring.the birds sing again.the grass is green.everything is growing.Summer comes.The sun shines and the weather is very hot.I can wear my T-shirt and skirt.People like to go swimming and children can eat ice cream. It is fall.It is yellow.the leaves are falling.the wind is blowing.it is cool.farmers are busy in fall.it is a harvest season.Winter comes.It is very cold.I can wear my coat and boots.I can make a snowman and go skating.Thats fun.each of four seasons has its own beauty.But I like winter best.Do you know why?Because we have Christmas and Spring Festival in winter.通过学生喜闻乐见的歌曲和优美的配乐图片加上教师娓娓道来的讲解,创设英语课堂氛围,为学生架起一座由中文思维向英语思维过渡的桥梁,使学生初步感知四季的变换,不仅巩固了第一课时所学关于季节的单词,而且以旧带新,为下面学生表达季节及其相关服饰、活动等提供了良好的语言输入。达成“课未始,而趣已成”的境界。step 2 presentation (1)T:I like winter best.It is cold and snowy.I can watch TV and make a snowman.Which season do you like best?S1:I like fall best.S2:I like summer best.It is .T: Whats the weather like in summer?Ss:It is sunny and hot.(ask two or three ss to talk about their favourite season and the reasons)T: Which season does杨絮涵 like best?ask her about her favourite season.(两到三位同学)Ss:work in pairs and practice,then act it out. 新课导入后通过与学生的对话交流启发学生谈论自己喜欢的季节,并鼓励学生说出喜欢的原因。例如这个季节的颜色、天气,可以穿的衣服及活动等等。在这个过程中,可能会有部分学生只能简单说出自己喜欢的季节而说不出原因,教师耐心的倾听鼓励他积极参与探讨。之后通过多媒体课件引导学生同桌练习重点句型并全班展示。(2)设置问题,探究文本1) T:some like fall best.and someone like summer best.Do you know which season Zhangpeng like best?why?now,lets listenS:listen to the tape and answer question 1.2) questions 2:Which season does Mike like best?Why3) Listen and repeat设计意图:通过听录音逐步提出问题,问题的提出要由易到难,使学生有针对性的听录音并理解语段内容。Step 3 practice1) 巩固提高,扩展运用:T:ZhangPeng likes winter best.it is cold.he can play with snow.What can you do in winter?what can you wear?How about summer?what can you wear in summer?what can you do? 设计意图:通过课文中张鹏和Mike喜欢的季节自然过渡到学生喜欢的季节及相关 活动及服饰。再一次拓展服饰及活动单词,培养学生的口语表达能力,也为下一步的make a short passage 奠定基础。2)make a season book In spring,the weather is warm and windy.I wear my shirt and jeans.I can .教师说春天,引导学生说出其他几个季节的天气,服饰及活动等。设计意图: 通过season book 的形式巩固并检验学生在上一阶段的学习效果3)say a poemIn spring,Its warm.Its not cold.Its wet(潮湿的).Plants grow and grow.In summer,Its hot.Its not cool.Its wet.The sun shines and shines.In autumn,Its cool.Its not hot.Its dry(干燥的).Leaves fall and fall.In winter,Its cold.Its not warm.Its dry.The wind blows and blows.呈现了一首四季的小诗,并配上音乐示范朗诵,为了降低难度,我让学生以四人小组的形式分段有感情的朗诵。这个环节的目的主要是让学生通过朗诵的形式感受四季变换。为学生的学习增加趣味性。(4):make a short passage:there are some small paper bags .in each bag,there are some pictures about your favourite season,colour,the weather,the clothes you wear and the activities you do。Now,I want you to work in groups.first choose the right picutres,then put these picutres in order,use these pictures to make a short passage about the seasons.for example, I like .best. it is .It is sunny and hot.I can wear my .I can .my birthday is in .教师拿出小纸袋中的一张季节图片并启发学生看图造句,然后逐个出示三到四幅图。逐一造句,最后完成一篇简短的小短文。然后请学生以四人小组为单位进行看图说话。教师给每个小组的纸袋当中都会有与大部分图片不相符的,学生要先挑选出来纸袋中合适的图片然后再排序,小组合作表达自己喜欢的季节。这样不仅充分发挥了学生好动、好演的特点,充分调动学生的思维,而且培养了学生的小组合作能力及观察能力。使小组中的每一个成员都主动参与并乐在其中。无形中掌握知识,运用知识并提高综合运用语言的能力。 Step 4 consolidation(1)Floating bottle(漂流瓶)Spring festival is coming around the corner. Have you received any presents?I have a received a gift too.but it is a floating bottle from New York.Do you have a floating bottle?Whats in it?Now,Lets take a look. 漂流瓶内容:Hi!I am Jack.I am very happy that youve received my letter.I want to visit China next year.Can you give me some suggestions(建议)?waiting for your reply!Now,this is my reply.Each of the four seasons in China has its special beauty. I like winter best.In winter,the world is all white.I can go to Harbin in my winter holiday.Harbin is called “ice city”.I can enjoy ice craving and visit some old buildings.Thats so interesting.Wish you a happy holiday!请你来写写你的建议,并通过QQ漂流瓶的形式“扔出去”,最后记得附上你最美的一张照片哦, 看看你的漂流瓶在漫漫旅途中会被谁捡到呢?赶快试试看吧!利用学生感兴趣的qq 邮箱中的漂流瓶来激发学生的好奇心。通过临近春节收到漂流瓶的形式来呈现一篇小短文,并说说自己的回信。之后呈现一些热门景点。鼓励学生也来写写自己喜欢的城市及旅游景点,及相关的天气,服饰等等,并邀请别人来观光旅游。 (2)enjoy a song seasons in the sunEach season has its own special beauty.lets enjoy the seasons,enjoy the life and protect our environment设计意图:通过悠扬的歌曲告诉孩子们每个季节都有不同的美,渗透享受四季,热爱生活,保护环境的德育教育。Step 5 homework1、Make a season book 2、complete the letter and send your floating bottle. 教学反思:本节课的教学主线和目标都非常明确。教师首先通过歌曲whats your favourite season导入seasons 的话题,之后通过谈论自己喜欢的季节,相应
