Section A (1a-1c)杨泗初中 冯祖龙教学目标:1 语言目标:能运用过去进行时态描写过去正在发生的事情2 技能目标:能听懂描述过去正在发生的事情的听力材料。 能初步尝试运用过去进行时谈论过去某个时刻人们正在进行的动作。3 情感目标:通过谈论生活中的突发事件,学生能具有正确应对生活中可能发生的自然灾害的意识。通过学习本课,培养学生在困境中互帮互助的品质教学重点:单词短语: rainstorm, suddenly, alarm , go off ,heavily句子: 1. What was she doing at the time of the rainstorm?She was doing her homework. 2. What was he doing when the rainstorm came?He was reading in the library when the rainstorm came.教学难点:过去进行时课时:Section A 1 (1a -2c)Teaching Steps :Step 1 Warming up Talk about the weather . The weather is beautiful today .Yesterday, there was a rainstorm.People were in different places . Where were they when the rainstorm came?For example:A: Where was she when the rainstorm came?B: In the library.1a .Where were the people at the time of the rainstorm? Match the statements with the people in the picture.1. _ I was in the library.2. _ I was in my house.3._ I was on the street.4._ I was at the bus stop.Step 2 Listening practice 1b .
