Analysis of Teaching ContentLesson 7 is the first lesson in Unit 2, Book 9.This unit focus on the subject In Beijing, Lesson 7 mainly talks about something what they see in Beijing. This lesson to master the students can describe Beijing, and what do they do. Also master the difference between singular form and plural form. 教学目标【知识目标】To master the words: man, woman, child, men, women, children, people.【能力目标】Improve the students ability of speaking, listening, reading and writing. 【情感目标】Stimulate interest in learning English, and development of the students ability of using synthetic language.【教学重点】Students can master the words “men, women, children, people, some ”.【教学难点】Students can describe Beijing with the words we have learned. 课前准备Tape recorder, Multimedia 教学过程Step 1. Warm-up1. Greeting:T: Hello, everyone. How are you?Ss: Fine, thank you. And you?T: Im fine , thanks. Nice to see you again.Ss: Glad to see you again.2. Enjoy the song: My family.Step 2. Presentation and practice1. Lead in: Teacher show the picture of The Palace Museum. And ask students where it is.2. Describe Beijing.T: What do you know about Beijing?Ss:. .3. Look and say:Teacher show the pictures then ask students who they are.
