They also have the abilities of working in groups. Most of them are willing to express their opinions in English as well as act the dialogue out.2. Analysis of Teaching ContentLesson 14 is the second lesson in Unit 3, Book 9.This unit focus on the subject Writing Home, Lesson 14 mainly talks about writing the postcard for their family what they have gone and what happened on the trip. It asks students to master the words and sentences to express our mind. Meanwhile master the form of writing. 教学目标【知识目标】To master the words: dear, miss, address, forget, stamp.【能力目标】Improve the students ability of speaking, listening, reading and writing. 【情感目标】Stimulate interest in learning English, and development of the students ability of using synthetic language.【教学重点】Students can master the words .【教学难点】Students can write the postcard for their parents. 课前准备Tape recorder, Multimedia 教学过程Step 1. Warm-up1. Greeting:T: Hello,everyone. How are you?Ss: Fine, thank you. And you?T: Im fine , thanks. Nice to see you again.Ss: Glad to see you again.T: What would you like?Ss: . . .2. Enjoy the song: listen the song what we are going to learn today.Step 2. Presentation and practice1. Lead in: Teacher show a postcard, and show the words what Jenny say.2. Learn the text.(1) Watch the video of the postcard. And answer the question.What Tianan men Square like in Dannys mind?(2) Check the answer.(3) Show the postcard and explain the step of writing the postcard.(4) Explain the word “address”, “stamp”, “forget”.(5) Practice the word.(6) Write the word down twice.(7) Read the postcard with the tape.(8) Read by themselves.(9) Read in groups.3. Finish “Lets do it!”(1) Write the postcard according to the the point.(2) Report your postcard.Step 3. Consolidation1. Retell the step of writing the postcard.(1) Discuss in groups.(2) Report it.2.
