i will sing the songthank you! 爱的付出与收获 尊敬的评委,各位老师，你们好： 今天我演讲的题目是爱的付出与收获 有人说：“幼儿园是最容易教的，却也是最难教的。”这句话乍一听起来很矛盾似的。但是在我从教一两个月以后，我却对这句话的内涵有了更为深刻的认识。 说容易教是因为孩子们什么都不懂，教的时候任你发挥；说难教，也是因为孩子们什么都不懂，所以要教好他们，除了应该有足够的耐心之外，还必须有足够的爱心和责任心。所以幼儿园教师除了像一般的教师一样具备良好的业务素质和师德之外，还必须有一颗童心，只有这样，才能更好的和孩子们交流沟通，更容易让孩子们接受你所传授的知识和经验。 我是一名新教师，在学校里我学的虽然是幼师，毕业后却一直在教小学。今年暑假开学机缘巧合我成了一名幼儿教师，虽说都是相通的，却也只是一句泛泛之谈，真正运用于实践还是需要很多努力和探索的。 现在的工作对我来说是新奇而又充满了挑战的。我一直很喜欢孩子，也一向自认为很有孩子缘，原本以为做一个孩子王来说一定是驾轻就熟的了。可是面对五十个性格各异，于不同家庭的孩子，我还真是有些束手无策了。 这三个月以来，在园领导的鼓励下，在有经验老师的帮助下，我用各种方式、方法来了解孩子：在日常生活中以“妈妈”的细心关心体贴他们；在教育中以“严师”的耐心启发引导他们；在游戏中以“玩伴”的童心信任鼓励他们。走进童心 世界，与他们同歌同舞，同喜同忧，同玩同乐，处处与孩子们打成一片，理智施爱，孩子们很快愿意和我在一起，并愿意把自己的小秘密、悄悄话告诉我，甚至给我带来他们最喜欢的食品和礼物，我的爱得到了回报。有人
