Students have learned comparative degree last year. 本节课通过听力练习了解有关熊猫的知识,以及运用比较级。学生在八年级上册已经学过了比较级。本节课更多地是新知识和旧知识的综合运用。学习目标知识与能力Improve listening skills and learn something about pandas.提高听力技巧,了解大熊猫的知识。过程与方法Listening and speaking. 通过听、说情感态度价值观Know the importance of protecting animals.了解保护动物的重要性。教学重点The ability of listening and speaking. 教学难点How to get the correct answers quickly while listening and how to introduce pandas.在听力中,如何正确、快速地获取答案。以及,如何运用所听内容介绍熊猫。学法指导Listening skills and speaking.二、 教学过程设计与分析教学活动学生活动活动设计意图预设效果导入 (Lead-in)The teacher shows three pandas toys to attract students and asks them some questions. “What are they?” “If you want, you must be brave and active in class.”教师展示本节课奖品,并提问问题来吸引学生,激发他们的表现欲。The students answers the questions.回答老师所提出的问题。The panda toys interest students to be active to win them.设置奖品为了激发学生的学习兴趣,积极回答问题。Students are really excited and will cooperate with the teacher. 学生表现出了浓厚的兴趣,并和老师积极配合。Knowledge Review知识复习In this part, the teacher will show two pictures of an elephant and a panda. Being different from the book, the students will speak out the information after listening instead of reading. Then, students make sentences using comparative degree. 在展示完大象和熊猫的图片之后,通过提问回答的方式获知信息,而不是一般意义上的读,这样可以提高学生的听力能力。在获取信息后,学生对比两个动物造句。1. Answer the questions according to the pictures.看图片回答问题。2. Speaking out the information after listening 听问题,回答信息。3. Make sentences using comparative degree.用比较级造句。1. Let students listen carefully instead of reading to enhance their listening skills. 摒弃读信息的方式,运用听-读,来提高学生的听力能力。2. Prepare for the later study.为后面几个环节做准备。1. Most students can answer the questions fluently.大部分学生可以流利地回答。2. Maybe there is a little difficult for them to use times.倍数比较是一个难点。Listen to numbers听数字How to write down correct numbers in listening is hard for students. So the teacher will show them some related numbers before listening so that students can be familiar with the pronunciation of each numbers. After that, students do the listening exercise. 听数字是听力的难点,因此教师先展示一系列数字让学生读出,熟悉它们的发音。之后,再进行听力练习。1. Name the numbers as soon as the teacher shows the numbers.教师展示出数字,学生迅速读出。2. Do the listening part. Students who get the whole answers will get 5 points.听录音,写数字。得出全部正确答案的学生将会得到5分。1. Let the students be familiar with the numbers.让学生熟悉数字的读音。2. Improve their skills about how to catch the key words.提高学生抓信息点的能力。Some students may have difficulty in 15 and 50 while listening. Therefore, the teacher must repeat the numbers.一些学生会混淆15和50, 因此在检查答案时,要反复听这几个数字。Listen to key words 听关键词This time, students will listen again to fill in the blanks which are key points about pandas. The radio will be played three times. After that, all check the answers, especially the third sentence.这一次,学生的任务升级。他们需要通过听,填出有关熊猫信息的关键词。对话放三遍,之后核对答案。教师将重点讲解第三题。1. Listen carefully仔细听2. To know more about pandas.了解更多关于熊猫的知识。Students may make mistakes at the third sentence. So everyone needs to listen to that sentence until they truly understand it.学生在第三题出现困难,因此在核对答案时,要反复听,直到完全明白句义。Fill in the blanks.信息填空After listening, students have learned something about pandas. Thus, they fill in the blanks with key words first. Then the teacher plays the radio to check the answers. ( give students a few minutes to read the passage)通过前面的听力,学生掌握了一些关于熊猫的知识。因此,在这一环节,学生首先根据前面的听力填出关键词,随后播放听力,学生检查。(在填空之前,让学生首先浏览一遍)Students fill in the blanks according to the former listening part. Then listen again to check the answer. 学生根据前面的听力信息完成填空,随即 听录音核对答案。1. To see whether the students master the information or not after listening.检验学生在两部分听力之后是否掌握部分信息。2. To have a clear view about pandas.Students may miss some information. So it is necessary to listen again.学生会遗漏信息。因此,需要再听一遍。Oral Practice口语练习Before practice, the teacher will help students to sort out the information about pandas. Whats more, ask students if they can add more about pandas. Then, give students five minutes to practice with partners to introduce pandas首先引导学生梳理本节课所学到的关于熊猫的知识,再让学生补充他们所知道的信息。教师给出要求以及示例,再让学生做口头练习。形式不限,可以是对话,也可以是短文介绍。1. To present all information about pandas with the help of the teacher. And add more.在老师的帮助下梳理熊猫的信息,并增加自己知道的知识。Oral practice with partners. After 5 minutes, each group has one to two students to present.和同伴做口头练习,五分钟后,每个组选1-2名同学上台展示。1. To have a clear view about what they have learned.学生明确了所学知识。2. To improve their oral English.提高学生口语表达能力。Students may add more and use what they have learned before, which is great. While, the students who present may have a low voice. The teacher should encourage them to be brave.学生思
