Case3The Shunyi Jiahua Ganment Company Ltd (henceforth Jiahua Ganment ) is a township garment process factory located in Beijing. The company was established in 1998 and is producing apparel of cotton, wool, silk, etc., e.g. leisure shirts. The firm was established in 1998 and until 2001 it was a township enterprise attached to Dahua Garment Company Ltd., which is one of the biggest state owned garment factories in Beijing. In 2001, China abolished the export quota system gradually since the entry in the World Trade Organization (WTO).
