Safety Precautions / 安全警告 T (1) Put the safety barriers in position.将安全护栏设置在位。(2) Put the warning notices / 在以下位置挂警告牌:- in the cockpit to tell persons not to operate the landing gear controls. 在驾驶舱,禁止操作起落架控制。- at the applicable ground door opening handle to tell persons not to open the Main Landing Gear (MLG) door.在相应的地面舱门打开手柄处,禁止操作主起落架门。B. Aircraft Maintenance Configuration / 飞机维护构型 T (1) Make sure that the Green hydraulic system is depressurized (Ref. AMM 29-00-00-864-804) . 确认绿液压系统已释压 (参考AMM TASK 29-00-00-864-804)。(2) Make sure that the safety devices are installed on the L/G (Ref. AMM 32-00-00-481-801) .确认安全装置已安装在起落架上 (参考AMM TASK 32-00-00-481-801)。(3) MLG door configuration: / MLG门构型:CAUTION: YOU MUST CLOSE THE MLG DOORS BEFORE YOU DEFLATE THE MAIN LANDING-GEAR SHOCK-ABSORBER. IF THE DOORS STAY OPEN, THEY WILL HIT THE GROUND AND DAMAGE WILL OCCUR. 注 释:在对主起落架减震支柱放气前,必须关闭主起落架舱门。否则会触地而造成损伤。(a) Make sure that the applicable MLG door is closed (Ref. AMM TASK 32-12-00-410-801) .确认相应的主起落架门关闭 (参考AMM TASK 32-12-00-410-801)。C. Get Access(Ref. Fig. MLG Shock Absorber - Inflation/Bleed Valves SHEET 1) M 接近 (参考 图 MLG Shock Absorber - Inflation/Bleed Valves SHEET 1) WARNING: WEAR PROTECTIVE GOGGLES AND GLOVES WHEN YOU REMOVE OR INSTALLLOCKWIRE. EACH TIME YOU CUT LOCKWIRE DURING THE TASK, REMOVE AND DISCARD IT. LOOSE LOCKWIRE CAN CUT YOU OR MAKE YOU BLIND.警 告:在拆装保险时要戴上护目镜和手套。做此工作需要剪断、拆下并报废保险。松动的保险可能会割伤或刺瞎眼睛。(1) Put the ACCESS PLATFORM 3M (10 FT)- ADJUSTABLE at the applicable zone: 将3M (10 FT) 可调工作平台放置在位:- for the Left Hand (LH) MLG shock absorber at zone 731 左主起减震支柱,放在731区域- for the Right Hand (RH) MLG shock absorber at zone 741.右主起减震支柱,放在741区域。(2) Remove and discard the lockwire from the bolts (6).从螺栓(6)上拆下保险并将其报废。(3) Remove the bolts (6), the washers (5), the bracket (4) and the panel (3).拆下螺栓(6),垫片(5),支架(4),以及面板(3)。WARNING: WEAR PROTECTIVE GOGGLES AND GLOVES WHEN YOU REMOVE OR INSTALLLOCKWIRE. Preparation / 准备 (Ref./参考 Fig. MLG Shock Absorber - Charge and Inflation Details SHEET 1)(Ref./参考 Fig. MLG Shock Absorber - Inflation/Bleed Valves SHEET 1)(Ref./参考 Fig. MLG Shock Absorber - Pressure Extension Chart SHEET 1)(Ref./参考 Fig. MLG Shock Absorber - Pressure Extension Chart SHEET 2)(1) Remove and discard the lockwire from the bleed screw (7). M 拆下并报废放气螺钉(7)上的保险丝。(2) Slowly open the bleed screw (7) to release the nitrogen pressure from the shock absorber. M Let the weight of the aircraft compress the shock absorber. 缓慢打开放气螺钉(7),释放减震支柱内的氮气压力。用飞机重力来压缩减震支柱。(3) Install the ADAPTER, CHARGING - MLG (DRT68973) on the bleed/inflation valve (1). M 在放气/充气活门(1)上安装适配器(DRT68973)。(4) Connect the HOSE - FLEXIBLE between the ADAPTER, CHARGING - MLG (DRT68973) M and the 3-way valve. 在 适配器(DRT68973) 和3通活门 间连接柔性管。(5) Connect a transparent bleed tube between the 3-ways valve and the container M Make sure that the free end of the bleed tube is a minimum of 400 mm (15.7480 in.) below the bleed/inflation valve (1).在 3通活门 和 容器 间连接透明放气管。确认管子的自由端在放气/充气活门(1)以下至少400 mm (15.7480 in.)。(6) Make sure that the HOSE - BLEED, TRANSPARENT is connected tightly to the 3-ways valve. M 确认透明放气管紧紧地连接在3通活门上。NOTE: The hose bleed must be tightly connected, this will make sure that air does not enter the bleed hose. This is important so that only nitrogen from the shock absorber can be seen. This will make sure that the shock absorber is bled correctly. 注 释:放气管必须紧紧地连接,以确保空气不会进入放气管。这很重要,这样便只会看到来自减震支柱的氮气。这将确保减震支柱被正确放气。(7) On the VALVE - 3 WAYS, open the bleed control valve. Make sure that the pressure M control valve is closed.在3通活门上,打开放气控制活门。确认压力控制活门关闭。(8) Slowly open the bleed/inflation valve (1). M 缓慢地打开放气/充气活门(1)。(9) Measure the dimension H. This must be between 43.5 mm (1.7125 in) and M 52.5 mm (2.0669 in.) . 测量H尺寸。H尺寸必须在43.5 mm (1.7125 in.) 和 52.5 mm (2.0669 in.) 之间。The dimension H is / H尺寸为 mm(Ref. M 关闭放气螺钉(7)。 (12) Torque the bleed screw (7) to between 0.29 and 0.34 m.daN (25.66 and 30.09 lbf.in) . M 将放气螺钉(7)拧紧至力矩0.29 - 0.34 m.daN (25.66 - 30.09 lbf.in)。(13) Safety the bleed screw (7) to the body of the bleed/inflation valve (1) with Material M No. 14QFB1 (Wire-Locking Dia: 0.8 mm CRES Nickel Alloy) .使用保险丝 (Material No. 14QFB1) 将放气螺钉(7)保险至放气/充气活门(1)的本体上。(14) Remove the blanking cap (8). M 拆下堵盖(8)。(15) Connect the hydraulic supply to the filling valve (9). Use Material No 02001 M (HYDRAULIC FLUIDS (Material No. 02-001) or Material No 02004 (HYDRAULIC FLUIDS (Material No. 02-004) or Material No 02006 (HYDRAULIC FLUIDS (Material No. 02-006) .将 液压油供给管 连接至 灌充阀(9)。使用液压油CML02-001或CML02-004或CML02-006。NOTE: Hydraulic fluids 02-001, 02-004 and 02-006 can be mixed in all applicable maintenance tasks and in all quantities.注 释:液压油CML02-001,CML02-004,以及CML02-006可混合使用。2. Procedure / 步骤A. Filling the Shock Absorber with Hydraulic Fluid 对减震支柱灌充液压油WARNING: DO NOT GET THE FLUID ON YOUR SKIN OR IN YOUR EYES. IF YOU DO:- FLUSH IT AWAY WITH CLEAN WATER - GET MEDICAL AID. 警 告:不要使液压油沾到皮肤或进入眼睛。如果不小心出现这种情况:- 用清水冲洗- 进行医治CAUTION: MAKE SURE THAT THE FLUID DOES NOT STAY ON THE AIRCRAFTSTRUCTURE. IF THE FLUID GETS ON THE AIRCRAFT STRUCTURE, WASH IT OFF IMMEDIATELY WITH SOAP AND WATER.注 意:确保液压油未沾在飞机结构上。如果油液沾在飞机结构上,应立即用肥皂和水擦洗掉。(1) Prepare the bleed valve (2) as follows: M 按如下步骤准备放气活门(2): WARNING: WEAR PROTECTIVE GOGGLES AND GLOVES WHEN YOU REMOVE OR INSTALL LOCKWIRE. EACH TIME YOU CUT LOCKWIRE DURING THE TASK, REMOVE AND DISCARD IT. LOOSE LOCKWIRE CAN CUT YOU OR MAKE YOU BLIND.警 告:在拆装保险时要戴上护目镜和手套。做此工作需要剪断、拆下并报废保险。松动的保险可能会割伤或刺瞎眼睛。 (a) Remove and discard the lockwire from the secondary bleed valve (2).从次级放气活门(2)上拆下并报废保险。(b) Connect a HOSE - BLEED to the secondary bleed valve (2) and put the other end of the hose in the container. Make sure that the HOSE - BLEED is connected tightly to the bleed valve (2). 将放气管连接至次级放气活门(2),并将管子的另一端置于容器内。确保放气管紧紧地连接至放气活门(2)。NOTE: The hose bleed must be tightly connected, this will make sure that air does not enter the bleed hose. This is important so that only nitrogen from the shock absorber can be seen. M 小心地打开次级放气活门(2)。NOTE: Make sure you do not move the seal changeover valve when you remove the lockwire from the secondary bleed valve (2) at step (1(a). If the seal changeover valve is moved it must be set back counterclockwise to the open position (Ref. AMM TASK 32-11-13-960-801).注 释:在步骤1-(a)中,当从次级放气活门(2)上拆下保险时,确认没有移动封严转换活门。如果封严转换活门被移动,则必须逆时针方向设置回打开位(参考AMM TASK 32-11-13-960-801)。(3) Open the hydraulic shut off valve. M 打开液压关断活门。(4) Open the filling valve (9) M 打开灌充活门(9)。(5) Monitor the flow of fluid from the bleed hoses and slowly increase the hydraulic M pressure to a maximum of 1.7 bar (24.6564 psi).监控从放气管流出的液压油,并且缓慢增加液压压力至最大1.7 bar (24.6564 psi)。(6) When the flow of fluid from the secondary bleed valve (2) is free from air, do these steps: M 当从次级放气活门(2)流出的液压油没有混杂空气时,执行以下步骤:(a) Continue to monitor the fluid until a minimum of 5 l (1.3208 USgal) has come out of the shock absorber which is free from air.继续监控流出的液压油,直到从减震支柱流出至少5 l (1.3208 USgal) 无空气混杂的液压油。(b) Close the secondary bleed valve (2).关闭次级放气活门(2)。(7) When the flow of fluid from the bleed/inflation valve (1) is free from air, close the M filling valve (9).当从放气/充气活门(1)中流出的液压油没有混杂空气时,关闭灌充活门(9)。(8) Close the hydraulic shut off valve. M 关闭液压关断活门。(9) Continue to monitor the flow of fluid from the bleed/inflation valve (1) for 10 minutes. M 继续监控从放气/充气活门(1)中流出的液压油10分钟。(10) When the oil has drained, close the bleed/inflation valve (1). M 当油排放后,关闭放气/充气活门(1)。(11) On the VALVE - 3 WAYS, close the bleed control valve. M 在3通活门上,关闭放气控制活门。(12) Remove the transparent bleed tubes and the container. M 撤除透明放气管和容器。(13) TORQUE the secondary bleed valve (2) to between 0.29 and 0.34 m.daN M (25.66 and 30.09 lbf.in).将次级放气活门(2)拧紧至力矩0.29 - 0.34 m.daN (25.66 - 30.09 lbf.in)。(14) Safety the secondary bleed valve (2) with lockwire, corrosion-resistant M steel 0.8mm (0.032in) dia.用直径0.8mm (0.032in) 的不锈钢保险丝给次级放气活门(2)打上保险。(15) Remove the hydraulic supply line from the filling valve (9). M 从灌充活门(9)上拆下液压油供给管。WARNING: MAKE SURE THAT THE AREA AROUND THE AIRCRAFT IS CLEAR BEFORE YOU PRESSURIZE/DEPRESSURIZE THE SHOCK ABSORBER, WITH THE AIRCRAFT WEIGHT ON THE GROUND.THE MOVEMENT OF THE AIRCRAFT COULD BE DANGEROUS. 警 告:飞机在地面时,在增压/释压减震支柱前要确认飞机周边区域无障碍。机身的运动是危险的。WARNING: DO NOT PUT COMPRESSED GAS IN CONTACT WITH YOUR SKIN. THE GAS CAN GO THROUGH THE SKIN AND MAKE BUBBLES IN THE BLOOD. THIS CONDITION CAN KILL YOU. 警 告:不要使压缩气体接触到皮肤。气体会穿透皮肤进入到血液中。这会造成人员死亡。WARNING: MAKE SURE THAT THERE ARE NO PERSONS OR EQUIPMENT NEAR THE L/G SHOCK ABSORBER DURING REPLENISHMENT.THERE IS A RISK THAT PRESSURIZED GASES OR FLUID CAN ESCAPE AND CAUSE INJURY OR DAMAGE. 警 告:在补充油气过程中要确认在起落架减震支柱附近没有人员或设备。压缩的油气有冲出的可能,会造成人员受伤或损伤设备。CAUTION : DO NOT INFLATE THE MLG SHOCK ABSORBER AT THE LOWER VALVE. IF YOU USE THE LOWER VALVE HYDRAULIC FLUID WILL COME OUT.注 意:不要从下部活门对主起落架减震支柱充气。如果使用下部活门,液压油将会流出。CAUTION : DO NOT INSTALL A DUST CAP ON THE BLEED/INFLATION VALVE OF THE MLG SHOCK ABSORBER. IF YOU DO, THERE IS A RISK THAT IT WILL FALL INTO THE SHOCK ABSORBER.注 意:不要在主起落架减震支柱放气/充气活门上安装防尘帽。防尘帽有可能掉落到减震支柱中。B. Inflation of the Shock Absorber / 减震支柱充气 NOTE: This procedure is only applicable when the hydraulic fluid level was changed. For the applicable procedure to inflate the shock absorber with nitrogen only, Ref. TASK 12-14-32-614-802. 注 释:只有当液压油量变化时才适用此工作。只使用氮气,TASK 12-14-32-614-802。NOTE: You must use a pressure gage 0 - 200 bar when you do this inflation procedure.注 释:执行充气工作时必须使用量程0 - 200 bar (2900 psi) 的压力表。NOTE: To inflate the shock absorber to the correct pressure, increase the pressure to immediately above the correct value. Then decrease the pressure to the correct value. 注 释:为将减震支柱充气至正确压力,应将压力增加至稍高于正确值。然后释压至正确值。NOTE: It is necessary that you pressurize the shock absorber as accurately as possible to the correct pressure for the measured temperature and the H dimension. 注 释:有必要将减
