WHEN YOU DO MAINTENANCE WORK, REPAIRS OR MODIFICATIONS, ALWAYS KEEP ELECTRICAL WIRING, COMPONENTS AND THE WORK AREA AS CLEAN AS POSSIBLE. TO DO THIS:- PUT PROTECTION, SUCH AS PLASTIC SHEETING, CLOTHS, ETC; AS NECESSARY ON WIRING AND COMPONENTS- REGULARLY REMOVE ALL SHAVINGS, UNWANTED MATERIAL AND OTHER CONTAMINATION.THESE PRECAUTIONS WILL DECREASE THE RISK OF CONTAMINATION AND DAMAGE TO THE ELECTRICAL WIRING INSTALLATION. PREPARATION / 准备工作(1) Make sure that the aircraft is electrically grounded (Refer to AMM Task 12-34-24-860-802).确保飞机静电接地。(参考AMM Task 12-34-24-860-802)(2) Do the Job Set-up procedure for the removal of the Main Landing Gear (MLG) bogie beam stop pad (Refer to AMM Task 32-11-14-000-805).对主起落架执行AMM Task 32-11-14-000-805中“开始工作”的步骤。(3) Put waining notices to aviod operation of landing gear and green hydraulic system.设置警告牌,提示不要操作起落架和绿液压系统。(4) Check the shock absorber nitrogen charge pressure (Refer to AMM Task 32-11-00-220-819).检查减震支柱充气压力(参考AMM task 32-11-00-220-819)。B. INSPECTION / 检查CAUTION: IF THE AFFECTED AREAS WERE REPAIRED BEFORE YOU DO THIS REPEAT INSPECTION IT WILL BE NECESSARY TO KNOW WHAT THE BLEND DEPTH WAS BEFORE YOU START. YOU CAN CONTACT TS SYSTEM ENGINEER (TS) FOR THE BLEND DEPTH BEFORE. THE BLEND REPAIR DEPTH GIVEN IN THIS TASK IS A CUMULATIVE TOTAL. IF THE CUMULATIVE TOTAL IS MORE THAN THE BLEND DEPTH GIVEN CONTACT TS SYSTEM ENGINEER (TS).注 意:如果执行此重复性检查之前,受影响区域已经执行过修理,你需要了解之前的打磨深度,打磨深度咨询TS系统工程师(TS)。在工卡中给出的深度都是总的累计深度,如果累计深度超出给出的范围,需要立刻联系TS系统工程师(TS)。PART I 左侧主起落架/LH MLG(1) Clean the inspection area, use:清洁检查区域,使用Lint-free cotton cloth/不起毛抹布 CML 19-003 As required / 按需Solvent general perpose./一般用溶剂 CML 11-026 As required / 按需(2) Perform a detailed visual inspection of the surface of the sliding piston subassembly(2-130, CMM 32-12-62) in the area where it can touch the bogie stop pad.详细目视检查与小车梁止动块区域接触的滑动筒部件表面(2-130, CMM 32-12-62)。 (a) Look for visual signs of damage on the surface of the sliding piston subassembly(2-130, CMM 32-12-62) or signs of flaking and/or blistering of the paint.检查是否有滑动筒表面损伤或漆层剥落、鼓包。(b) If after visual inspection no damage is found continue at Para B. PART I .(3).如果目视未发现损伤,继续执行B. PART I .(3)。(c) If after visual inspection damage is found:如果目视检查发现损伤:1). Record the condition of the sliding piston subassembly (2-130, CMM32-12-62). Include photographic evidence of the damage found.记录下滑动筒组件的状态(2-130, CMM32-12-62),包括发现损伤的图片证明。NOTE: Report all findings to , use the proforma in Appendix F1.注 释:将所有发现的损伤填写附件F1表格,并反馈至TS系统工程.(d) Remove any remaining damaged paint in the area where the bogie stop pad subassembly touched the sliding piston subassembly (2-130, CMM 32-12-62): refer to PCS-2700.依据PCS-2700去除所有止动块接触滑动筒组件区域的漆层损伤。(e) Do a Ferroxyl test or a Copper Sulphate test on the sliding piston subassembly(2-130, CMM 32-12-62): refer to Appendix E.依据附录E对滑动筒组件(2-130, CMM 32-12-62)执行铁锈测试或硫酸铜测试。NOTE: The Ferroxyl test or Copper Sulphate test is not necessary if you can see the base material.注 释:如果可以看见基底材料,则无需进行铁锈测试或硫酸铜测试。1). If after the Ferroxyl test or the Copper Sulphate test no indications of base material are found, check the condition of the cadmium plate. If necessary apply brush cadmium plate to reworked area: refer to PCS-2141. Continue at para (k).如执行铁锈测试或硫酸铜测试后显示未漏出基底金属,检查镀隔层的状态,按需参考PCS-2141刷镉涂层。然后执行步骤(k)。CAUTION: IF YOU DO THE COPPER SULPHATE TEST AND FIND INDICATIONS OF BASE MATERIAL IT WILL BE NECESSARY TO REMOVE THE COPPER DEPOSIT WHEN YOU HAVE COMPLETED THE TEST. THE COPPER DEPOSIT COULD CAUSE CORROSION IF NOT REMOVED.注 意:如果执行硫酸铜测试并露出基底材料,完成测试后必须将硫酸铜清理干净,如果没有清除,将会造成腐蚀。(f) If after the Ferroxyl test or the Copper Sulphate test base material indications are found. Repair corrosion or damage to the sliding piston subassembly (2-130, CMM32-12-62) as follows:如果执行铁锈测试或硫酸铜测试后基材有指示,执行以下步骤修理腐蚀或损伤的滑动筒组件(2-130, CMM 32-12-62):NOTE: If the Copper Sulphate test was done use a Scotchbrite pad or fine abrasive paper to remove the copper deposit. Do not remove base material that is not damaged.注 释:如果硫酸铜测试通过百洁布或砂纸去除残留的铜,不要去除没有损伤的基底材料。1). Use a Scotchbrite pad, Material Ref. Item 19-503, or a low powered hand tool of less than 200 Watts. Blend the reworked area smoothly into the surrounding area. Remove the minimum amount of material up to a maximum depth of 0,762mm 0.030in), remove all traces of damage or corrosion: refer to M-DLPS1004-4-1 and M-DLPS914. Record the removed depth in the appendix G.使用百洁布CML 19-503或者低于200W的低功率手动工具将修理区域打磨至周围区域水平。去除最少材料(深度最大不超过0.762mm(0.030in),去除损伤痕迹或腐蚀参考M-DLPS1004-4-1 和 M-DLPS914。并将去除深度记录在附录表格G。NOTE: If the cumulative depth of material removed is more than 0,762mm (0.030in)contact TS system engineer for further instructions before further flight.注 释:如果累加去除材料深度超过0.762mm(0.030in),立即联系TS系统工程师进行进一步施工说明。(g) Do a Magnetic Particle Inspection or a Fluorescent Penetrant Inspection of the reworked area: refer to Appendix D.参考附录D进行磁粉检查或荧光渗透检查修理区域。(h) Do an NDT of the reworked area: refer to PCS-3600 Type 1 or Type 3.参考PCS-3600 Type1 或 Type3对修理区域进行无损探伤。NOTE: NDT PCS-3600 is only required if powered hand tools of more than 200 Watts were used to blend the damage, and/or if discolouration is seen during blending.注 释:NDT PCS-3600仅在使用超过200W的动力手动工具打磨损伤区域且/或打磨过程中发现变色的情况下执行。1). If NDT does not show any defects to the sliding piston subassembly (2-130,CMM 32-12-62) continue at Para (i).如果NDT检查没有发现任何滑动筒组件(2-130, CMM 32-12-62)损伤,继续执行(i).2). If NDT shows any defects to the sliding piston subassembly (2-130, CMM32-12-62) base material, complete the proforma in Appendix F1 . Return it to TS system engineer.如果NDT检查发现滑动筒组件(2-130, CMM 32-12-62)基底材料损伤,填写附录F1 评估单,并扫描发送给TS系统工程师。NOTE: Further work is to be stopped to prevent loss of evidence. Contact TS system engineer (TS) for further instructions before further flight.注 释:进一步工作应该停止以免证据丢失,联系TS系统工程师(TS)进一步措施。(i) For the reworked area where the base material blend is more than 0,038mm (0.0015in) deep then flap peen the reworked area: refer to PCS-2302. The flap peen intensity must be between 0,25 and 0,40mm (0.010 and 0.016in) with a magnetic strip holder.对于修理区域基底材料打磨深度超过0.038mm(0.0015in),需要参考PCS-2302进行旋片喷丸处理,旋片喷丸厚度必须在0.25-0.40mm(0.010-0.016in)之间。(j) Apply brush cadmium plate to the reworked area: refer to PCS-2141.参考PCS-2141对修理区域进行刷镉涂层。(k) Apply paint to the reworked area: refer to PCS-2500.参考PCS-2500对修理区域进行刷漆。1). Apply two layers of primer paint. Make sure the first layer of primer paint is dry before the second layer is applied.刷两遍底漆,确保在刷第二遍底漆前第一遍底漆已经干透。2). Apply one layer of top coat paint. Make sure the primer paint is dry beforethe top coat is applied.刷一层面漆,确保刷面漆之前底漆已经干透。(3) Refer to the Aircraft Maintenance Manual and CMM 32-12-63 and disassemble the bogie and dressings sufficiently to remove the bogie stop pad subassembly and the nylon pad, if applicable. Refer to Appendix C of this Service Bulletin for the bogie stop pad subassembly inspection procedure.参考AMM和CMM 32-12-63分解小车和附件来拆下小车梁止挡块组件和尼龙片,如果可以,参考附录C进行小车梁阻挡快组件检查。NOTE: Keep the stop pad mounting brackets (7-60 and 7-70 CMM 32-12-63) in position. 注释:保留止动块安装支架(7-60 和7-70 CMM 32-12-63)在位。(a) Clean the bogie assembly (9-40 CMM 32-12-63) where the bogie stop pad subassembly(7-30 CMM 32-12-63) was installed: refer to CLEANING in the CMM 32-12-63.清洁小车梁组件 (9-40 CMM 32-12-63)上止动块(7-30 CMM 32-12-63)安装的部位,参考CMM 32-12-63清洁。NOTE: All sealant must be removed from the bogie beam to allow for a visual inspection.注释:必须清除所有封严胶执行目视检查。(b) Perform detailed visual inspection of the surface of the bogie assembly (9-40) aroundthe area of the bogie stop pad subassembly (7-30).详细目视检查小车梁止动块(7-30)区域的小车梁组件(9-40)表面。1). Look for visual signs of damage or fretting on the surface of the bogie assembly (9-40) or signs of flaking and/or blistering of the paint.检查小车梁组件(9-40)表面有无损伤或腐蚀或保护漆层有无起泡或剥落。(c) If after visual inspection no damage is found continue at Para (m).如没有发现损伤则继续执行步骤(m)。 (d) If after visual inspection damage is found:如发现损伤:1). Record the condition of the bogie assembly (9-40). Include photographic evidence ofthe damage found.记录小车梁组件(9-40)检查情况,包括对损伤进行拍照。NOTE: Report all findings to . So the Engineering Evaluation Engineer Send to Messier-Dowty Limited Use the proforma in Appendix F1 .注 释:将检查结果填入附录F1内的表格内,并将附录F1拍照或扫描并发送至TS系统工程(),以便责任工程师将检查结果发至厂家Messier-Dowty。(e) Remove any remaining damaged paint in the area where the bogie stop pad subassembly (7-30) touched the bogie assembly (9-40): refer to PCS-2700.褪掉小车梁止动块(7-30)区域的小车梁组件(9-40)接触区域的漆层,参考PCS-2700。(f) Do a Ferroxyl test or a Copper Sulphate test on the the bogie assembly (9-40): refer toAppendix A.参考附录A执行小车梁组件(9-40)的铁锈试剂测试或硫酸铜测试。NOTE: The Ferroxyl test or Copper Sulphate test is not necessary if you can see the base material.注 释:如果基层材料可见,不需要执行铁锈测试或硫酸铜测试。1). If after the Ferroxyl test or the Copper Sulphate test no indications of base material are found, check the condition of the cadmium plating as per PCS-2141 and apply brush cadmium to reworked area if required. Continue at para (l).如执行铁锈测试或硫酸铜测试后显示未漏出基底金属,参考PCS-2141检查镀隔层和按需刷镉涂层。然后执行步骤(l)。CAUTION: IF YOU DO THE COPPER SULPHATE TEST AND FIND INDICATIONS OF BASE MATERIAL IT WILL BE NECESSARY TO REMOVE THE COPPER DEPOSIT WHEN YOU HAVE COMPLETED THE TEST. Blend the reworked area smoothly into the surrounding area. Remove the minimum amount of material up to a maximum depth of 1,00mm (0.039in), remove all traces of damage or corrosion: refer to M-DLPS1004-4-1 and M-DLPS914. Report the proforma in Appendix F1 to .
