本项目是为子长县工业园区300MW火电厂新建一个烟气深度脱硫并资源化利用项目,选址子长县工业园区的火电厂固有空地上,即总厂(火电厂)向东50米。通过对火电厂烟气进行氨法深度脱硫,将回收的二氧化硫、氨全部转化为化肥,不产生任何废水、废液和废渣,没有二次污染,是一项真正意义上的将污染物全部资源化,符合循环经济要求的脱硫技术,同时减少碳的排放,真正的保护了环境。1.2 物料衡算的意义 在化学工程中,设计或改造工艺流程和设备,了解和控制生产操作过程,核算生产过程的经济效益,确定原材料消耗定额,确定生产过程的损耗量,对现有的工艺过程进行分析,选择最有效的工艺路线,对设备进行最佳设计以及确定最佳操作条件等都要进行物料衡算。而且,化学工程的开发与放大都以物料衡算为基础的。物料衡算是质量守恒定律的一种表现形式。凡引入某一设备的物料成分、质量或体积比等于操作后所得产物的成分、质量或体积加上物料损失。 1.3 物料衡算的原理和基准物料衡算的理论基础是质量守恒定律。它是研究某一体系内进出物料量及组成的变化。进行物料衡算时,先必须确定衡算的体系。对一般体系,均可表示:(物料的积聚率)=(物料进入率)-(物料流出率)+(反应生成率)-(反应消耗率)当系统没有化学反应时,则:(物料的积聚率)=(物料进入率)-(物料流出率)在稳定状态下有:(物料进入率)=(物料流出率)1.4 各工段物料衡算1.4.1
