GENERAL /概述(1) STANDARD PRACTICES /标准施工(a) For wire-locking, refer to AMM Task 20-11-11-911-803保险丝施工,参考AMM Task 20-11-11-911-803。(b) For torque tightening of standard threaded fasteners, refer to AMM Task 20-21-11-911-801.标准螺纹紧固件的拧紧力矩值,参考AMM Task 20-21-11-911-801。B. PREPARATION /准备工作(1) JOB SET-UP /开始工作 M NOTE: The items given in this note shall be considered as the basic Aircraft configuration before you start a maintenance task: 注 释:开始维修工作前,应将飞机置于以下基本构型:- Aircraft on the ground resting on landing gear (the ground safety locks and the wheel chocks are in position on the landing gear) 飞机地面停放,地面安全销和轮挡必须放置在位- Engine shut down, thrust reversers closed and locked 发动机关车,反推关闭锁好- Aircraft in clean configuration 飞机处于清洁构型- Parking brake applied 停留刹车刹上- Aircraft electrical network de-energized 飞机断电- Hydraulic systems depressurized 液压系统释压- Access to the cockpit and cabin is available 可进入驾驶舱和客舱- All circuit breakers are in closed position 所有跳开关都处于闭合状态- All controls in NORM, AUTO or OFF position. 所有控制电门处于NORM, AUTO 或 OFF位置 (a) Make sure that the aircraft is electrically grounded (Refer to AMM Task 12-34-24-860-802).确保飞机静电接地。(Refer to AMM Task 12-34-24-860-802)(b) Make sure that the safety devices are installed in the landing gear and landing gear Doors,refer to AMM Task 32-00-00-481-801 and AMM Task 32-00-00-481-802.确保起落架、起落架门上的安全保护装置已安装在位。(参考AMM Task 32-00-00-481-801和AMM Task 32-00-00-481-802)(c) Put Warning Notices in the cockpit to tell persons:- Do not operate the landing gear or brakes- Do not operate the Green and Blue hydraulic systems.在驾驶舱挂警告牌以提醒他人-不要操作起落架或刹车-不要操作蓝绿液压系统(d) Make sure that the Green and Blue hydraulic systems are depressurized (Refer to AMM Task 29-00-00-864-804).确保绿液压、蓝液压系统已释压。(Refer to AMM Task 29-00-00-864-804)(e) Depressurize the bogie pitch trimmer, refer to AMM Task 32-11-15-000-801. 参考AMM Task 32-11-15-000-801对小车俯仰配平器卸载(f) Open the applicable circuit breakers. Do the work steps given in the Job Set-Upprocedure, refer to AMM Task 32-11-14-010-801.拔出相应跳开关,对主起落架执行AMM Task 32-11-14-010-801中开始工作的步骤。C. PROCEDURE /步骤(1) REMOVE THE MLG BOGIE BEAM ASSEMBLY PIVOT PIN (LH/RH)拆下主起落架小车梁组件枢轴销(左侧/右侧)NOTE: The worksteps that follow are to be accomplished on the LH and RH MLG. It is recommended to complete the pivot pin removal, inspection and pivot pin installation on one MLG and then continue on the other MLG.注 释:以下步骤均需要在左侧和右侧主起落架上完成。建议先对一个小车梁枢轴销拆卸 检查和安装后再对另外一侧起来的枢轴销进行检查。NOTE: For this Inspection Procedure (and possible Repair) you will lift theaircraft on jacks until the aircraft weight is off the bogie beam and thepivot pin can be turned. 注 释:对如下检查步骤(和可能的修理),需要顶升飞机直到小车梁和枢轴销可以 转动。(a) Do the Job Set-Up procedure, refer to Removal of MLG Bogie Beam Assemblyfor Access, Complete with Wheels and Brakes AMM Task 32-11-14-010-801.执行AMM Task 32-11-14-010-801中工作准备中的详细步骤。NOTE:It is not necessary to do the Preparation for Removal step inthe above procedure, continue with this alternative procedure as follows:注释:执行上述“工作准备”中的“拆卸准备”步骤不是硬性要求,继续执行如下备用程序。 (b) Remove the Bogie Beam Assembly pivot pin as follows,refer to Fig 1-1: T 参考图1-1拆下起落架的小车梁组件枢轴销:WARNING: WEAR GOGGLES WHEN YOU REMOVE OR INSTALLLOCKWIRE. CUT, REMOVE AND DISCARD THE LOCKWIRE ASYOU DO THE TASK. LOOSE LOCKWIRE CAN CUT OR BLIND YOU.警 告:在拆卸和安装保险丝的时候请佩戴手套和眼罩,以防造成伤害。1 Cut and discard the lockwire from the bolts, item (1). 从螺栓(1)上拆下保险丝2 Remove and retain: 拆下并保留3 Bolt/螺栓 Item/项次(1)3 Washer/垫片 Item/项次 (2)1 Collar/卡环 Item/项次 (3) 3 Install the BOGIE NUT SPANNER PN DRT67212, together with the TORQUEMULTIPLIER PN 460007027 on the nut, item (4). Install the reactor PNDRT68817 on the head of the pin, item (5).安装工具DRT67212和460007027在螺帽(4)上,安装反应器DRT68817销子(5)头部4 Remove and retain/拆下并保留:1 Nut/螺帽 Item/项次 (4)5 Remove the SPANNER PN DRT67212 and TORQUE MULTIPLIER PN460007027 from the nut, item (4).从螺帽(4)上取下工具DRT67212和4600070276 Lift the aircraft on jacks, refer to AMM Task 07-11-00-581-801 until the weightof the aircraft is not on the bogie beam assembly, item (6). The pin, item (5),can now be turned with the REACTOR PN DRT68817.参考AMM 07-11-00-581-801顶升飞机,直到小车梁(6)不受力,此时可以使用DRT68817转动销子(5)。7 Remove the REACTOR PN DRT68817 from the pin, item (5). 从枢轴销(5)上拆下工具DRT68817NOTE: If it is not possible to turn the pin, item (5), with the aircraftweight off the bogie beam assembly, refer to AMM Task 32-11-14-000-801 to complete the procedure. 注 释:当小车梁不受力的时候,如果枢轴销(5)无法转动,参考AMM Task 32-11-14-000-801继续顶升飞机8 Remove/拆下:1 Pin 55-2105029-00 Item (5)NOTE: Do not remove the bogie beam from the aircraft unless it isnecessary to perform the complete MLG bogie beam assemblyremoval procedure, refer to AMM Task 32-11-14-000-801. 注 释:若有其他需要,参考AMM 32-11-14-000-801拆下小车梁。否则,执行本工卡不需要拆下小车梁。NOTE: These steps are only to get access to the pins and bushes foran inspection. 注 释:执行本工卡只需拆下枢轴销、垫片进行检查。 (2) DO AN INSPECTION/CHECK OF THE PIVOT PINS AND BUSHES OF THE MLG (LH/RH) BOGIE BEAM ASSEMBLIES检查主起落架(左侧/右侧)小车梁组件的枢轴销和衬套。CAUTION: WHEN CLEANING THE AREA TO BE INSPECTED, CARE SHALL BE TAKEN NOT TO MOVE ANY GREASE COLLECTED IN THE BOGIE BEAM BORE.IT IS NORMAL FOR GREASE TO COLLECT AND IT IS IMPORTANT THAT THE ENVIRONMENTAL PROTECTION IS NOT DAMAGED. TO PERFORM THIS INSPECTION, IT IS NOT NECESSARY TO REMOVE THIS GREASE IN THE BOGIE BEAM BORE. INCORRECT REMOVAL OF THIS GREASE COULD DAMAGE THE ENVIRONMENTAL PROTECTION OF THE BOGIE BEAM.注 意:当清洁需要检查的区域时,应注意不要清除小车梁孔内的油脂。油脂聚集是正常情况且 保持环境保护层未损坏也十分重要。执行以下检查,不一定需要清除油脂。不正确地清除油脂会导致小车梁上环境保护层的损伤。(a) Do an inspection of the pivot pin and bushes of the LH MLG Bogie Beam Assembly.检查左侧主起落架小车梁组件的枢轴销和衬套。WARNING: DO NOT GET CLEANING AGENTS ON YOUR SKIN, IN YOUR EYES OR NEAR A FLAME. DO NOT BREATHE THE FUMES. ONLY USE IN A LOCATION THAT HAS A CONTINUOUS FLOW OF CLEAN AIR. CLEANING AGENTS ARE POISONOUS AND FLAMMABLE. 警 告:防止将清洁剂接触到皮肤、眼睛,将清洁剂远离火源。防止吸入挥发气体。只能在通风良好的区域进行操作。大部分清洁剂有毒性和易燃性。1) Refer to Fig.1-1 and Fig. 1-2, clean the inspection area with:CML08BAA9 and T CML14SBA1参考图1-1和图1-2使用CML08BAA9和CML14SBA1清洁检查区域。2)Visually examine the chromium plated surfaces of the bogie pivot pin 55-2105029-00,Refer to figure 2 and figure 3.目视检查小车梁枢轴销55-2105029-00的镀铬层,参考图2和图3。a) If there is no sign of damage to the chromium plated surface record this T on TABLE 1.若确认镀铬层无损伤迹象,将检查结果记录在后附表格1中。NOTE: Return a completed copy of TABLE 1 to . 注 释:完成表格1后扫描或拍照并发送至TS系统工程。1 Continue at Para C. (2). (a). 3).执行步骤C. (2). (a). 3)。b) If you find signs of damage to the chromium plated surface (ie: loss of chromium T plate,cracks in the chromium plate or damage to the base metal) record this on TABLE 1.若发现镀铬层有损伤(例如:镀铬层破损,镀铬层裂纹或者基体受损),则将损伤记录在后附表格1中。1 Remove any loose chromium and sharp edges in the damaged area use low power hand tools: refer to M-DLPS1004-4-1.参考M-DLPS1004-4-1,使用低功率手动工具去除损伤区域内的松动镀铬层和尖锐边缘。2 Do a Magnetic Particle Inspection, of the chromium plated surface, of the bogiepivot pin 55-2105029-00. Carefully check the damaged area(s): refer to Appendix A or PCS-3100参考Appendix A 或者PCS-3100,对小车梁枢轴销55-2105029-00的镀铬层进行磁力探伤,仔细检查受损的区域。c) If during/by the Magnetic Particle inspection, crack indications are found refer to T figure 4: 如果磁力探伤显示有裂纹(如图4):1 Record the result of Magnetic Particle inspection on TABLE 1. (a). 3)。CAUTION: DO NOT USE MECHANICAL OR ABRASIVE TOOLS IT COULD CAUSEDAMAGE TO THE PROTECTIVE TREATMENTS. 警 告:不要使用机械或打磨工具,会损伤保护层。3) It is only necessary to clean the grease from the bogie pivot pin bush bores and the T sliding tube pivot pin bush bores, use a dry lint free cloth: refer to CLEANING in theCMM 32-12-60.仅需清洁小车梁枢轴销衬套孔和滑动内筒枢轴销衬套孔上的油脂,使用干抹布参考CMM 32-12-60进行清洁。4) Visually examine the bogie beam pivot pin bush bores and sliding tube pivot pin bushbores visible surfaces (bores and/or faces, dependant on the level of gear disassemblyto support pivot pin removal): refer to Figures 9.目视检查小车梁枢轴销衬套孔和滑动内筒枢轴销衬套孔可见表面(孔和表面,取决于起落架分解到支撑枢轴销拆下的程度),参考图9。NOTE: There is no technical requirement to inspect the bogie beam and slidingtube pivot pin bush flange faces unless there is damage found on thebogie pivot pin mating bush bore surfaces.注 释:除非小车枢轴销配对的衬套内表面发生损伤,否则检查小车梁和滑动内筒枢轴销衬套法兰盘表面不是技术要求。a) If you find no damage to the bogie beam pivot pin bush bores or the sliding tube T pivot pin bush bores pivot pin bushes record this on TABLE 1.如果未发现小车梁枢轴销衬套孔或滑动内筒枢轴销衬套孔受损,记录在表格1中。NOTE: Return a completed copy of TABLE 1 to . 注 释:完成表格1后扫描或拍照并发送至TS系统工程。b) If you find damage to the bogie beam pivot pin bushes or the sliding tube pivot pin bushes:如果发现小车梁枢轴销衬套或滑动内筒枢轴销衬套受损:1 Carefully remove damage: refer to APPENDIX B. T 小心地将受损部分去除,参考APPENDIX B。or /或者2 Replace the bogie beam pivot pin bushes or the sliding tube pivot pin bushes: T refer to CMM 32-12-60. 更换小车梁枢轴销衬套或滑动内筒枢轴销衬套枢轴销衬套,参考CMM 32-12-60。NOTE: If damage is found or the pivot pin bushes are replaced record this on the TABLE 1. Return a completed copy of TABLE 1 to .注 释:如果检查结果发现受损或者更换枢轴销衬套,记录在表格1中。完成表格1后扫描或拍照并发送至TS系统工程。4) If other damage is found to the bogie pivot pin 55-2105029-00, not including chromium T damage, contact TECHNICAL SERVICE DEPARTMENT to apply to Messier-Dowty Limited for a temporary repair.如果发现小车梁枢轴销55-2105029-00有其他方面的损伤,不包括镀铬层受损,联系相关技术部门向厂家申请修理方案执行相应措施。NOTE: It is not necessary to return scrap parts to Messier-Dowty Limited they can be discarded locally.注 释:无需采样碎片给厂家,可当地报废碎片。5) If grease has been removed from the internal surface of the bogie beam bore, do a T detailed visual examination of the protective treatments in the bogie beam bore: use alight source and mirror or a borescope. If the protective treatments are damaged theymust be re-applied before installation of the bogie pivot pin: refer to C.(3).(d)若已清洁小车梁孔的内表面的油脂,使用照明灯,反光镜或孔探详细目视检查小车梁孔的保护层。若保护层损伤,则必须在安装小车梁枢轴销前重新涂上保护层,参考步骤C.(3).(d)(b) Do an inspectio
