6A Unit 1 The kings new clothes单元教材分析:作为本册教材的起始单元,本单元的课文仍然是一个学生耳熟能详的童话故事-皇帝的新装。课文以叙述故事的手法,呈现了一般过去时。教师可以借助故事情境,帮助学生初步感知和理解一般过去时,同时通过朗读、角色扮演等教学活动,使学生能够自然地运用所学内容,从而为后三个单元一般过去式的继续学习做好铺垫。学情分析: 学生在五年级已经掌握了一般现在时的第三人称单数这个重要的语法内容,而本单元主要学习一般过去时陈述句及be动词、规则动词的过去式构成,为了有效地理解过去时的意义,可以通过让学生朗读句子,动词转换,接龙编创故事等方式进行学习。另外针对新6年级的学生的年龄特点,宜采用循序渐进的活动化语言教学形式,培养学生用英语做事的能力。因此在教学过程中可采用听说领先的策略,保持对话的生动性和交际性,让孩子在听、读、模仿、表演的过程中体验故事的趣味性和对话交际习惯。课时安排:5课时6A Unit 1 The kings new clothes (Story time) 第1课时一、教学目标:1. 能初步听懂、会读、会说词汇:king, was ,were, magic, clever, foolish, walk through, people, shout, beautiful , point at, laugh。2. 能初步听懂、会说、会读日常用语和句型:Clever people can see the clothes. Foolish people cant see them. The king isnt wearing any clothes.3. 能正确理解故事内容,有感情地朗读故事。4. 初步接触并感知一般过去时。5. 教育学生为人要诚实,待人要真诚。二、教学重点:1. 能初步听懂、会读、会说词汇:king, was ,were, magic, clever, foolish, walk through, people, shout, beautiful , point at, laugh。2. 能初步听懂、会说、会读日常用语和句型:Clever people can see the clothes. Foolish people cant see them. The king isnt wearing any clothes.3. 能正确理解故事内容,有感情地朗读故事。三、教学难点:1. 掌握动词过去式的发音。2. 能正确理解故事内容,有感情地、流利地朗读故事。四、教学方法:交际教学法、直观教学法、任务型教学法、小组合作教学法等五、教学准备:多媒体课件,教学相关图片。六、教学过程:Step 1: Pre-reading1. Revise the words and phrase clever, foolish, laugh, point at, shout. Pay attention to the spelling.2. T: Last class, we learnt a story about a king and his new clothes. Look at the boy. He pointed at the king and laughed. Why? S: Because the king wasnt wearing any clothes. T: Yes. The king was foolish. Do you like the story? Lets read the whole story together.3. Invite two groups to act out the story.【设计思路】从单词和词组复习起,再通过与学生问答,带着学生整体的复习整篇课文,最后让学生小组表演课文,这样层层递进的复习,能让不同层次的学生都能有所收获。Step 2 : Presentation and practice1. T: From the story , we know long long ago, there was a king. The king liked new clothes. Who can read the words and sentences.教师示范朗读,纠正发音,学生练习读。(板书is-was, like- liked)2. Divide the class into groups of four. They should read the sentences loudly. 呈现Grammar time中的句子,让学生在小组里读一读。3. Ask Ss to underline the words was, were, visited, liked, looked, pointed, shouted, laughed.4. 组内讨论并总结动词过去式的变化形式。5. 总结。(1)一般过去时表示在过去某个时间发生的动作或存在的状态,常与表示过去的时间状语连用。引导学生找出句子中的时间标志语long long ago, one day,并板书。补充:yesterday, just now , last night, three days ago。(2)be动词在一般过去时中的变化:am/ is was, are were。(3)规则动词过去式的变化规则:一般在动词末尾加-ed,如:point-pointed, shout-shouted以不发音的e结尾的动词直接加-d,如:like-liked, live-lived以辅音字母加y结尾的动词,变y为i,再加-ed,如:study-studied, carry carried末尾只有一个辅音字母的重读闭音节,先双写这个辅音字母再加-ed,如:stop-stopped; plan-planned6.呈现紫色部分的动词及其过去式并让学生在组内读一读。7. Practice. 通过写出单词过去式和用动词的适当形式填空的练习复习巩固所学一般过去时。(1)写出下列动词的过去式。 am dance play collect listen copyhelp jog skate(2)用所给单词的适当形式填空。 There (be) some juice in the glass just now.
