Get Access(1) Put the ACCESS PLATFORM 3M (10 FT)- ADJUSTABLE in position below the forward cargo-compartment door.(2) Open the forward cargo-compartment door 821 (Ref.AMMTASK52-30-00-010-801).(3) In the forward cargo compartment, on service panel 5022VE, set the CARGO COMPT LIGHT switch to the ON position.(4) Remove the sidewall panel 132PX (Ref.AMMTASK25-52-00-000-801).2. ProcedureA. Inspection of the Cargo-Compartment Fire-Extinguisher Bottle Support Bracket(1) Get access through the sidewall panel 132PX.(a) Examine the two Fire-Extinguisher Bottle(FIN 4005WX,4010WX) Support Bracket for distortion, cracks, dents and corrosion.(b) Examine the joint between the support bracket and the rib struct for cracks, corrosion and loose attachment bolts.3. Close-upA. Close Access(1) Make sure that the work area is clean and clear of tools and other items.(2) Close the access sidewall panel 132PX.(3) Set the light switch to off.(4) Close the access door 821.(5) Remove the access platform(s).B.
