Job Set-up / 工作准备A. Aircraft Maintenance Configuration T 飞机维护构型(1) Energize the aircraft electrical circuits (Ref. AMM TASK 24-41-00-861-801) . 给飞机通电(Ref. AMM TASK 24-41-00-861-801)。(2) On the panel 117VU: 在117VU面板上:(a) Set the PARK BRK selector switch (3GZ) to ON. 设置PARK BRK选择电门(3GZ)至ON位。(b) Make sure that on the brake pressure indication is correct on the Blue brake pressure indicator. 确认蓝系统刹车压力指示器上的刹车压力指示正确。(c) If necessary, pressurize the brake accumulator with the Blue electric pump (Ref. Aircraft Maintenance Configuration T 飞机维护构型(1) Open the Main Landing Gear (MLG) door (Ref. AMM TASK 32-12-00-010-801) . 打开主起落架(MLG)舱门(参照AMM TASK 32-12-00-010-801)。(2) Make sure that the manual selector valves located on the ground service manifold 5109JM1/JM2/JM3 are in the CLOSED position. 确认地面勤务总管5109JM1/JM2/JM3上的人工选择活门处于关闭位。(3) Do the EIS start procedure (EWD DU, SD DU only)(Ref. AMM TASK 31-60-00-860-801) . 执行EIS启动程序(只是EWD DU, SD DU)(参照AMM TASK 31-60-00-860-801)。(4) On the Electronic Centralized Aircraft Monitoring (ECAM) control panel, on the center pedestal push the F/CTL key. Make sure that the F/CTL page is shown on the System Display (SD). 在ECAM控制面板上,在中控台按F/CTL键,确认F/CTL页显示在SD上。(5) On the FLT/CTL section of the overhead panel 211VU, make sure that the PRIM 1 and SEC 1 pushbutton switches are pushed (the OFF and FAULT legends are off). 在211VU头顶面板的FLT/CTL部分,确认PRIM 1和SEC 1电门处于按压状态(OFF和FAULT灯熄灭)。(6) On the FLT/CTL section of the overhead panel 212VU, make sure that the PRIM 2, PRIM 3 and SEC 2 pushbutton switches are pushed (the OFF and FAULT legends are off). 在头顶面板212VU上的FLT/CTL部分,确认PRIM 2, PRIM 3和SEC 2电门处于按压状态(OFF和FAULT灯熄灭)。(7) Connect a ground hydraulic supply with a FLOWMETER 20.00 L.MN (5.2833 US GAL.MN), to the ground test connections of the hydraulic systems. 接上地面液压源(FLOWMETER 20.00 L.MN (5.2833 US GAL.MN)),供给地面测试液压系统连接。(8) Pressurize the hydraulic systems from the ground supply to 3000 psi (206.8427 bar): 从地面提供3000 psi (206.8427 bar)增压以下系统:- Pressurize the Blue hydraulic system(Ref. AMM TASK 29-00-00-863-802) . 增压蓝液压系统(参照AMM TASK 29-00-00-863-802)。(9) Check the pressure relief valve 5021JM2 to detect possible jamming of valve in open position, either aurally or by feel (vibrations). 检查释压活门5021JM2的压力,以探测活门是否堵塞在打开位,会听到声音或感觉震动。(10) Pressurize the hydraulic system from the ground supply to 3000 psi (206.8427 bar): 从地面供应3000 psi (206.8427 bar)增压以下液压系统:- Pressurize the Yellow hydraulic system(Ref. AMM TASK 29-00-00-863-803) . 增压黄液压系统(参照AMM TASK 29-00-00-863-803)。(11) Check the pressure relief valve 5021JM3 to detect possible jamming of valve in open position, either aurally or by feel (vibrations). 检查释压活门5021JM3的压力,以探测活门是否堵塞在打开位,会听到声音或感觉震动。(12) On the panel 114VU make sure that the flap and slat control lever is in the 0 deg (0.00 deg) position. 在114VU面板上确认襟翼和缝翼控制手柄在0度位置。(13) Operate the sidestick and the rudder pedals to put the control surfaces in the 0 position. 操作侧杆和方向舵脚蹬使控制舵面处于0位。(14) Keep all of the control surfaces stopped in the 0 (retracted) position during measurement of the internal leakage. 在内漏测量中保持所有控制舵面停止在0度(收回)位。NOTE: Do the check of the internal leakage with the hydraulic fluid at its usual operating temperature (theta = 40 deg.C (104.00 deg.F). Be careful that during the test of internal leakage the temperature increase. 注 释:使用处于正常温度的液压油检查内漏(theta = 40 deg.C (104.00 deg.F),在内漏测试中注意温度的升高。(15) Depressurize the hydraulic systems from the ground supply: 从地面供应释压液压系统:Depressurize the Yellow hydraulic system(Ref. Make sure that this(these) circuit breaker(s) is(are) open, safetied and tagged: T 确认以下跳开关拔出,且已挂上保险夹和警告牌:PANELDESIGNATIONFINLOCATION 721VU HYD PUMP G CTL 9JV U09 721VU HYD PUMP B CTL 9JC X12 722VU HYD PUMP Y SVCE 10JJ N46 722VU HYD PUMP Y CTL 9JJ R362. Procedure / 步骤A. Functional Test to Monitor the Internal Leak Rate in the Blue Hydraulic System 功能检查监控蓝液压系统的内漏率(1) Pressurize the Blue hydraulic system(Ref. AMM TASK 29-00-00-863-802) . T 增压蓝液压系统(参照AMM TASK 29-00-00-863-802)。(2) Measurement of the Blue system (flight condition). T 测量蓝系统(飞行情况)。(a) On the Blue High Pressure (HP) manifold 6103JM, disconnect the pressure switch 7JS2 and on the free end made a short circuit between pin A and B with a PLUG BLANKING (E0053R8B3APNE TYPE). 在蓝系统高压(HP)总管上,断开压力电门7JS2并在自由端的销钉A和B间使用插头盖(E0053R8B3APNE TYPE)短接。NOTE: Short circuit between pins A and B of the plug 7JS2-A causes a ground signal on the ATA 27 computers so that they can not see a SYS LO PRESS signal. Fig. T Measurement of the Blue System Internal Leakage SHEET 1) 测量蓝系统内漏率(除开主F/CTL)(参照图Measurement of the Blue System Internal Leakage SHEET 1)。(a) On the ECAM control panel, on the center pedestal, push the HYD key. Make sure that the HYD page is shown on the PD. 在ECAM控制面板,在中控台,按HYD键,确认HYD页显示在PD上。(b) On the HYD section of the maintenance panel 285VU, release the LEAK MEASUREMENT VALVES/B pushbutton switch (the OFF legend comes on). 在285VU面板的HYD部分,释放LEAK MEASUREMENT VALVES/B按压电门(OFF灯亮)。In this configuration the Leak measurement valve creates a permanent leakage about 2 l.min (0.5283 USgal.mn). 在这种构型下,渗漏计量活门将导致一个大约2 l.min (0.5283 USgal.mn)的持久渗漏。(c) The warning below occur: 以下警告发出:On the SD: 在SD上:- The BLUE indication and the triangle are shown in amber.
