【分享】拉链英文术语拉链专题 拉链的组成： 上耳TOP EDGE 下耳BOTTOM EDGE 上止/前码TOP STOPPER 下止BOTTOM STOPPER 牙齿TEETH 布带TAPE 拉头SLIDER 上拉头TOP SLIDER 下拉头BOTTOM SLIDER 拉片/拉袢PULL-TAB；PULLER 插座RETAINING BOX 插销（插棒）INSERT PIN 右插INSERT PIN IN RIGHT SIDE 左插INSERT PIN IN LEFT SIDE 贴布GLUED CLOTH 拉链的分类： 一、按照结构分 1.闭口拉链CLOSED-END ZIPPER（non separable） 2.开口拉链OPEN-END ZIPPER（separable） 3.逆开拉链或双开拉链MOVABLE OPEN-END ZIPPER/ZIPPER WITH DOUBLE SLIDER： 1. 两头相对：HEAD TO HEAD 2. 两头相背：BOTTOM TO BOTOM 4. 隐形拉链INVISIBLE ZIPPER 二、按照材质分 1.金属拉链METAL ZIPPER：铜，铝 2.树脂（塑钢）拉链PLASTIC ZIPPER 3.尼龙拉链NYLON ZIPPER 三、按照号数分 1. 3#拉链 2. 4#拉链 3. 5#拉链 4. 8#拉链 5. 10#拉链 拉链的品质鉴别方法 1.布带(TAPE)：布带染色均匀，无玷污，无伤痕，且手感柔软，在垂直方向在水平方向上布带要呈波浪形（even dyeing, no dirt and scar, softness, wavy shape of cloth strip when under vertical or horizontal directions） 2.牙齿（TEETH）：牙齿表明要光滑，拉启时手感柔畅，且嘈音少（flat appearance, smooth work with little nice） 3.拉头（SLIDER）：自锁拉头拉启轻松自如，锁固而不滑落（smooth work of automatic lock slider, fixedness without slipperiness） 4.贴布/贴胶（GLUED CLOTH）：贴布紧扣布带，不易断裂、脱落（closely fastened to cloth strip, uneasily broken or fallen off. 5.方块、插销（SQUARE BLOCK、INSERT PIN）：穿插自如，紧固布带（smoothness and closely fastened to cloth strip） 6.上止（TOP STOPPER）：要紧扣第一粒齿（金属、尼龙），但距离不能超过1mm且结实完美（upper stopper is closely fastened to the first tooth(metal or nylon),with distance not exceeding 1mm,durability and elegance. 7.下止（BOTTOM STOPPER）：要紧扣牙齿或钳在上面，且解释完美（bottom stopper is closely fastened to teeth, with durability and elegance） 选购拉链时的重要提示： 因拉链在不同环境有不同的适应性，因此在选购拉链时应向厂家特别提出： Due to the different adaptabilities of zippers in various conditions, so make clear the following to manufacture when placing an order: * 拉链应用在哪类产品上（如皮箱、鞋靴、滑雪衣、雨衣、帐篷、需水洗的牛仔服或酸性较大的皮制品）或其他特别的要求。 What type of products will zipper be used for, such as leather case, shoes and boots, ski suit, raincoats, tent, water-washed jeans or leather articles, with strong acid or other special requirements. * 对拉链成分的要求，是否需不含偶氮（AZO），不含镍，或可过检针器。 Requirements on the composition of zippers, whether Azo-free, nickel-free, or ability to pass through needle detector. * 其他特别的要求：色牢度(摩擦、光照、水洗等)；拉链的强度，包括拉片附着强度、上止强度、使用强度、横向拉力，拉头强度等等。 Show clearly the requirements about the color fastness（light, washing, rubbing, etc）;strength of puller attachment、strength of closed-end, strength of top stop, resistance to reciprocation, lateral strength of fastener, strength of slider locking device，etc. 拉链的描述：号数+材质+结构+长度+颜色+细节描述，例如：5#树脂开口单头拉链，62CM，红色，右插，前码带点ZIPPER DESCRIPTION：number+material+construction+length+color+other details,for example:#5plastic zipper open-end zipper,one slider,62cmred,insert pin in right side,with point o top stopper拉链长度允许的公差： 因拉链在制作过程中，机器操作之速度所产生的惯性及考虑链齿之完整性，拉链将出现允许公差，且长度越长，其允许公差越大。 Due to the inertia induced by operating speed of machines and the consideration of integrity of zipper teeth in the process of producing, there is allowable tolerance, which extent is subject
