How is the weather today? -Its How are you today? How is it going ( with you)? Not bad/ Great/Terrible/Pretty good Look at the picture How is the weather in Beijing? What is he doing? He is watching TV. How is the weather in . Where do you want to go? Whats your favorite weather? Now you are in . This is . How is it going? How is the weather in What are you doing? Make a conversation by telephone (orally in the class ) Step 2 Practice Look at the picture1 and picture 2 Where are they? What are they doing? How is the weather? What about in picture two The boys are Paying basketball in picture one , but they are playing baseball in Picture two. Its sunny in Picture 1, but its raining in Picture 2. Shes watching TV. 教学目标 1) 掌握以下单词: rain, windy, cloudy, sunny, snow, weather. Moscow. Toronto. Boston. 掌握以下句型:Hows the weather in Beijing? Its sunny. 2) 能用所学的知识描述不同城市的天气情况。 教学重难点 1. Difficult points: 运用目标语言来对不同城市的天气进行描述问答。 教学过程 . 课后小结 1.本节课我采用任务型教学方法,引导学生自学,并在自学中善于质疑,探究,以及小组合作等形式完成任务。这一过程的实施使学生在学的过程中体现了强烈的求知欲,并积极踊跃举手发言。 另外利用课件创设贴近学生生活的真实情景,让学生比较直观的掌握知识。如在学习描述天气的句型时,首先利用多媒体课件吸引学生的眼球,让他们通过这些图片机械模仿,以便能形成初步的语言感知,然后利用一副天气预报地图,并让学生做主持人来预报天气,这一过程最大限度地调动了学生的求知兴趣。 2. 本节课的也有值得改进的地方:首先,时间分配还不够合理,有些环节用时较多,以致其他环节用时较少。其次,本单元主要谈论天气,可以结合地理方位,国家名称来扩大学生的知识范围,更加开阔学生的视野。在活动方面,学生的主动性还没有完全发挥。最后,在学生探索问题时,对学生进行引导的技巧,在教学机智方面还有待于进一步学习和积累。 课后习题 Filling the blanks with the correct words. 1. -How is the weather in Zhumadian? -It_(rain)now. 2.
