Here is some step-by-step instructions for one way to teach the reading in this lesson.Step 1: Check to see if the students have previewed the reading as required. Have the class follow the audiotape while looking at the text. At this point, you may wish to ask the students to explain the meaning of some sentences containing key words or phrases. Ask each group to use their imagination and talk about their ideas for new types of transportation.
