I majored in business management. Im a full time student. I enrolled in September 2014, will graduate in May 2017. Professional course include personal development planning and the construction of cultural, business communication, presentation skills, marketing, economics, customer service, human resources and organizational management, and so on. My parents take me to extracurricular Class. I began to learn electronic piano. I try my best to learn electronic piano but that affected me to learn schools subject. So my grade is falling. When I 13 years old I out of extracurricular class, I am very said, because I lost my interesting things. I go to junior high school at the age of 13, I am very happy. In the junior I try my best to schools subject and I make friends. My character began to become cheerful. When I was 16 year old I took part in the examination but my grades were not good that caused great pain to me. I went to my dream of high school at the age of 16 that made me very happy. When I was 17 year old I become subject representative of history. My history teacher help me to learn history and other subject. History teacher is a big help to me. When I was 19 years old I didnt get into a good university. But I enter the Xs HND, it can help to complete the dream. Step2 Broad objectives the next? 2.1 Strand selection and the reasons I chose HND is correct, I can through HNDs teaching allows me to successfully go abroad. HND is a reliable center, HNDs teachers are very professional, the teacher has a wealth of teaching experience, and the teacher helped me solve many problems. BNUS HND school environment and teaching hardware are good. I can find a job when I after the abroad stand through the HND, I get help for my further from HND. 2.2 Broad personal, academic and vocational objectives My broad personal objectives: My personal objectives is to learn from the piano again and I want to master other skills such as cooking and driving. My broad academic objectives: My academic objectives is to get my bachelors degree. . . My broad vocational objectives: My vocational objectives is to become an English teacher after graduation, I hope in my hometown university to teach English Step3 Self appraisal 3.13.1 Personal skills, qualities and contexts 3.11 Communication Written Communication I think my ability to written communication well. I have a great amount of reading, my reading experience to help me written communication. I am writing in junior high school when the teacher often praised me. I often read writing for my classmate. Oral Communication My oral communication skills is very general. My character affect my oral communication. Im not good at oral communication, and I was afraid of exchanges with strangers. 3.12 Numeracy I am interested in math, but my numeracy is poor. My poor numeracy skills affect my math skills. Numeracy power requires a strong mathematical logic, Im careless that affect me always appear error for Numeracy. My careless affect my ability to numeracy. 3.13 IT . . I am very interested in the computer, HND have IT course. HNDs IT classes helped me a lot, IT class teacher is very good, taught me the use of office software, I can use a lot of office software. I believe that IT skills are very important, and I also need to improve IT skills, IT will help me in future work. 3.14 Problem solving My parents and teachers are trained my ability to solve problems. Im having trouble in study and life by myself can solve or resolve problems through the help of students and teachers. 3.15 Working with others My ability to handle things well, I like to work with others. I can learn from each other at the same time to work with others, solve problems together. Working with others is a good ability, I want to develop their own more capacity in this area and work with others to improve my ability to communicate and solve problems. 3.16 Personal qualities My personal qualities well. I like to help others, I do not throw garbage, do not litter. I respect others. But sometimes when Im in a bad mood will affect the mood of others, this is my fault. I need to empathy, to consider the feelings of others. 3.17 Knowledge and understanding Through 9 years of study I have developed a lot of knowledge, but also have a good understanding. I have accumulated a lot of experience for study and life in a previous. My English ability and experience of exam help me learn better in HNDs subject. . . Im good at playing football and I good at uses office software. 3.19 Contexts, other factors to consider I like to read mystery novels, Im interested in the type of reasoning fiction, I have a lot of mystery books. I am very interested in football, I like to watch English football matches. I started to learn to cook, I think cooking is a very important skill. Reflective observation People experience the process of fragmentation of knowledge in memory, cleaning, integration, sharing, and so on. The limited experience are classified, structured and copy. The schools library environment is very quiet. I like to study in a quiet place, I do not like being bothered. All courses at the end of the afternoon, so I can go to the library and I reviewed the teachers lectures. I see the notes in the library. I will read my notes several times, and after I read the notes I will repeat the exercise notes the focus, until I fully understand. I need to repeat the exercise to understand the teachers lectures. The schools library is very quiet, the library has many books that can help me learn. The library has a lot of information that can help me to practice. IELTS scores will affect my study abroad and I choose what level of foreign school. Medium-term I must pass the school examination and IELTS and go abroad for further study. Long-term Its all about finding what skill for me. 4.2 Interview with tutor self-evaluation and objectives I through teachers to communicate with myself evaluation and objectives, the teacher told me I have a clear goal, but I need to put my own goals refinement, I need to become more specific goals. Such as Long-term, I should be changed it, I will be become a university English teacher. The teacher also asked me many questions about . . IELTS. The teacher asked me where I have to learn IELTS. The teacher gave me a lot of recommendations to achieve my goals. 4.3 Personal objectivespost - interview with tutor Long-term (3-5 years) I will teach English in University. Medium-term(2 years) I must pass the school examination and IELTS and go abroad for further study. Short-term(1 year) My IELTS score must attain 6 in this year. Three month I will pass the school all the exams and to study IELTS. IELTS class can help me to increase my IELTS scours. Step5 Action plan 5.1 Key people My Key people are X and X . They all my classmate. 5.2 Help My roommate X very careful, he can help me to complete the report, and I can discuss X learning problems and aspects of life. I went back to the hostel from the school I will play computer games, I like to watch American TV play and I will look it for a long time. Sometimes at night Ill be roommates chat late into the night, it will affect my sleep, but also affect the next days plan. This will complete a plan to extend my time spent. 5.4 What will I do? My roommate and I supervise my play computer game to in a predetermined time. In the evening, we turn off the lights to go to bed on time. If I did not complete my goals it will be punished, such as cleaning a long time in the dorm room. I along with classmate discussion report and exam. Sometimes I did not concentrate in class lead I did not do a good job. 95% vocational I would find a part-time job I found a part-time job have some work experience and little pay I did not finish a part-time job. School curricula and job increases, led me to leave the part-time job. 80% 6.6 Realistic analysis of original goals My goal was set for myself a little high, IELTS set at 6 points for me some high. I should be set at five points in a short time. School courses and exams can sometimes disrupt the schedule of my plan. I sometimes have other activities on the weekend, I do not have time to go to the IELTS class. . . 6.7 Feedback from others Feedback from key people: After I finished my goals my key people responsible for my feedback is I also need to strengthen self-control. My parents feedback include as I began to arrange their own time and I have Regular schedule. Parents wanted me to improve IELTSs scores again. Feedback from tutors: After I completed my goal of my tutor feedback including the quality of my report has been improved, my attention is focused in class than before but still need to progress. Step7 Review and evaluation 7.1 Original action plan items needs to be changed Time the original action plan of study IELTS course is fixed. But I sometimes change the school curriculum, so learning IELTS plan needs to be changed. I did not think at the time IELTS course to course of study, so there are affecting each other. At the end of this semester, I want to arrange a reasonable time IELTS study. In all my plan did not arrange sports activities, exercise this plan need to be added to my plan. No social practice this program in my plan, I need to join this program. Social practice will help me in the future. 7.2 Achievement I have done so far at this point of time I planned completion date of the IELTS speaking and writing has been significant progress. With the help of my classmate report by the rate of change is high at the . . same time I take in many friends in my class. My character has changed dramatically, I learned empathy with others. I am very regular schedule of daily life, so I learned to improve the efficiency of study. 7.3 Evaluation of where/how learning occurred During the implementation of my program, I have a lot of defects and deficiencies affecting the completion of the plan. Self-control has affected me, I sometimes stop myself to play computer games. After I spent a long time computer games affect the schedule. My schedule is not very comprehensive, I need to add some new plan. I need to learn in addition to arrangements and also need to arrange their own time to keep fit. 7.4 Lessons that I learned for future learning/development I want to face my shortcomings and deficiencies, and listen to the teacher and classmates try to correct recommendations. I need to adjust their schedules to become more efficient. During the study, pay attention to rest, not to overwork the transition to regular physical activity, to promote my health. I guess I should plan my life better and better, study hard and strive to improve their skills.
