日本名古屋大学如何申请学费减免 Your tuition can be exempted within the limit of our budget. Eligibility for application, financial situation of your family, and scholastic attainments are considered on the basis of our standards. 在学校预算允许范围内学费可获得免除。 申请资格、家庭经济情况和入学成绩都作为考虑标准。 Applicants must satisfy any of the following conditions: 1. A student has difficulty in paying his or her tuition because of a financial reason, and he or she is recognized as an excellent academic achiever. 2. Within one year before a student enters a school, a.the person who bears school expenses (example: father) has died, or b.the person who bears school expenses or the student him- or herself has suffered damage from a storm and/or a flood and therefore has extreme difficulty in paying his or her tuition. 3. A student satisfies a condition similar to either of the conditions described above 申请者必须具备以下条件之一: 1. 由于经济困难无法支付学费并且学习成绩优秀者。 2. 入学前1年以内发生了以下状况: a.负担学费的亲属(父亲等)身亡;或者 b.负担学费的亲属或学生本人遭受到暴雨洪水等自然灾害带来的经济损失,因此难以支付学费。 3. 或出现类似上述状况的学生 The total sum of the tuition that must be paid or a half of the total sum is exempted. 学费免除分为全额免除和半额免除。 From xx, tuition fee exemption applications will take place once a year as a general rule to reduce paperwork for applicants and promote efficiency and fairness. Applicants should check notices from their school or graduate school for application procedures. 1. Simultaneous first and second semester applications will start in xx. If you intend to seek exemptions for both semesters, make sure you apply for both at the same time once a year. 2. The following persons may submit a separate application for the second semester at a later date: a.Returning or transfer students and new students entering Nagoya University in October xx. b.Students who have undergone a sudden change in family situation after the main application period has closed.* 3. Students planning a leave of absence during the second semester may apply for a first semester-only exemption. 4. Under the new system, applications will be received once a year but will continue to be evaluated twice a year for the first and second semesters with separate results. Sudden change in family situation refers to the following: a.Forced retirement or loss of employment due to bankruptcy, downsizing, or illness that has b.caused the ine of the main provider of the family to drop significantly. c.The main provider of the family has died or bee estranged. d.The main provider of the family has declared bankruptcy. e.The household has suffered a major disaster such as a fire, or wind or flood damage, requiring relief equivalent to that provided under the Disaster Relief Act, and resulting in a steep rise in household expenditure or drop in revenue. f.Entirely unavoidable circumstances, such as political upheaval and natural disasters causing politically unstable situations, or total cuts in national funding. Note: Sudden changes in family situation do not include loss of ine due to personal circumstances, loss of a scholarship, etc. 5. First-grade students of an undergraduate school and second-grade students of an undergraduate school in the first semester (excluding transfer students): Student Welfare Division,Student Affairs Department Second-grade students of an undergraduate school in the second semester, third-grade and higher-grade students of an undergraduate school, and all students of a graduate school: Office of each department or course 6. Standard schedule of distribution of Application Guidelines for Exemption of Tuition First semester: From the middle of January Second semester: From the middle of July 为减轻申请人办理申请手续的负担以及为提高办公效率和促进手续的合理化,从xx年开始,学费减免申请原则上为一年申请一次。 申请人应留意其所在学部和研究科的公告通知,并据此办理申请手续。 1. 第一学期和第二学期同时申请将从xx年开始。 如果想要申请两个学期的减免,确保在每年一次的相同时间进行申请。 2. 以下人员可在稍晚时间提交第二学期的单独申请: a.xx年10月复学或编入或入读名古屋大学的新生。 b.主申请日期截止后家庭经济突发变故的学生。* 3. 计划在第二学期休学的学生可以只申请第一学期的学费减免。 4. 根据新的体制,申请将为一年一次,但每年将对第一学期和第二学期分两次进行审查,并分别做出批准与否的决定。 “家庭经济突发变故”是指以下情况: a.家庭的主要经济支柱因公司破产、解雇或疾病等原因从业困难并因此失业或被迫辞职,家庭收入大幅减少。 b.家庭的主要经济支柱死亡或离异。 c.家庭的主要经济支柱破产。 d.因遭受火灾、风灾或水灾等灾害救助法规定的重大灾害或同等程度的严重灾害,致使家庭e.开支大幅增加或收入减少。 f.本国因动乱或自然灾害导致政局不稳,本国的资助全部中断等真正迫不得已的情况。 注意:因自身原因收入减少或不能继续领取奖学金等情况,不能被认定为家庭经济突发变故。 5. 学部一年级新生和二年级第一学期学生(不包括编入学生):学务部学生综合支援课 学部二年级第二学期、三年级以上、研究科学生:各科系或课程的办公室 6. 学费免除申请要领发放的标准日期 第一学期:从1月中旬开始 第二学期:从7月中旬开始 Standard schedule of notification of application result First semester: The end of August Second semester: The beginning of December 申请结果通知标准日程表 第一学期:8月底 第二学期:12月初 Tuition is not
