My names -2. 熟练朗读以下单词:Cat ,ball ,apple ,dog ,baby, bike .Teaching difficult point灵活运用句型和单词进行交际Teaching aids: text book Teaching procedure: Step 1 review 1. Greeting with the sentences what we learn in this unit .2.sing a song on page 5. Step 2 Read, match and color 1. Review the structure Hello .My names (Uncle Booky), using masks and name cards .2. Ask the children to practice reading sentences like My names -by using drillcards .3. Ask the children to read the sentences in the 4 speech bubbles and match them with the characters who have said them 4. .Ask children to color the characters . step 3 Lets chant 1. Use pictures or real objects and review the following words: dog ,cat ,ball and apple. Make sure the children can say theses when given a picture or a real object .2. Use flashcards and have children practice reading these words .3. Read the rhyme to the children , pointing to each word 4. Play the tape for the whole rhyme and children listen and point to the words on the page .5. Play the tape again and have children join in , encouraging them to hum or clap on the page .6. Put pictures of dog , cat ,ball, and apple on the blackboard .ask children to point to these pictures when listening to the tape again or they can add some actions and act the rhyme out . step 4 Clap names In this activity the children practice sounding out the separate syllables in their English names.1. Model the childrens English names for them ,As you say each name around ,clap your hands together once for each syllable .Example :My name is An ge la .(three claps )2. Have the children repeat all their names after you.,clapping as they do so .2. Review Whats your name? My names (Ben ).have the children repeat the questions and answer after you in a class drill ,clapping along with the names .3. start a speech chain ,so that the children can each ask the question and sound out their names individually .If time allows ,repeat the procedure ,substituting the names of the characters in this book . step 4 An additional activity: Match the greetings 1.photocopy the page and give each child a copy .Ask the children to say the 2.greetings and trace over each characters clothes ,then color the pictures.4. have them match the greetings to the correct characters .5. step 5 Homework
