It is said that in the agricultural society, people plant; in industrial society, man is an animal; the information society, return迳口高架桥墩柱、系梁、承台、盖梁施工作业指导书 一、设计情况1、本桥墩柱均为直径1.8m的排架墩，最高墩身27.3m, 设有地系梁和中系梁,桥台为肋型式及墩柱式桥台。2、底系梁、桩帽、承台为现浇C25钢筋混凝土；桥墩、中系梁、桥台砼为C30级钢筋混凝土。二、施工方法基坑开挖凿除桩头及清理基顶测量放线浇垫层混凝土钢筋加工绑扎墩台钢筋混凝土配合比设计支撑墩台模板模板加工混凝土拌制运输浇筑桥墩台混凝土制作试件养护、质量评定试件压检 墩台工艺流程（一）基坑开挖本桥承台、系梁、桩帽的基坑为明挖基坑，土体表层为粘土，地层较稳定，挖深不到3m，故主要采用人工开挖，如遇到岩层，根据需要配备钻机，爆破只搞松动爆破。粘土层坑壁放坡坡度为1:0.33，岩层坑壁坡度可适当调整。为便于立模，基坑底部尺寸每边加大80cm。基底整平夯实处理的范围至少应宽出基础之外0.5m 。挖至标高的土质基坑不得长期暴露、扰动或浸泡，并应及时检查基坑尺寸、高程、基底承载力，符合要求后，应立即进行基础施工。为减少坑壁压力，挖基土石弃至基坑边线2米以外，基坑在底系梁或承台施工完成后尽早回填。排水采用集水坑排水。基坑开挖中，在坑底基础范围之外设置集水坑，并沿坑底周围开挖排水沟，使水流入集水坑内，排出坑外。集水坑宜设在上游，尺寸视渗水情况而定。（二）钢筋加工、安装1)钢筋加工前处理a、钢筋的表面应洁净，使用前应将表面油渍、漆皮、鳞锈等清除干净。b、钢筋应平直，无局部弯折，成盘的钢筋和弯曲的钢筋应调直。c、采用冷拉方法调直钢筋时，I级钢筋的冷拉率不宜大于2%。2)钢筋加工、安装钢筋的加工、调直、截断、弯曲和安装均由熟练的钢筋工按图纸、技术规范要求作业。钢筋加工严格按图纸钢筋尺寸和数量加工。钢筋焊接严格按图纸和钢筋焊接及验收规程验收。钢筋骨架安装采用吊车提升，要求定位准确，支撑稳固。砼垫块的制作安装符合规范、施工要求。钢筋的检查内容为：钢筋的尺寸、数量，钢筋的加工工艺，钢筋骨架安装定位，预埋件的安装，保护层的厚度。（三）模板工程桥台模板采用竹胶板，底模下垫方木截面尺寸为10cm10cm，间距为40cm。为增加侧模板强度和刚度，确保施工质量和施工安全，竹胶板模板外侧梗肋采用双排钢管，纵向、横向梗肋间距为50cm。模板内设拉杆，拉杆选用M14对拉螺栓，间距为50cm；同时为加强模板的刚度和强度，在模板外侧设斜撑。具体示意图如下：墩身模型1.5m一节，每节采用两块半圆形钢模拼装而成，模块之间连接采用M14高强螺栓连接。为确保施工质量,使模板纵、横施工缝在一条线上。确保桥梁美观，本桥的墩柱模板分两次安装，第一次为地系梁至中系梁段，第二节为中系梁至盖梁段。模板制作、安装的基本要求如下：1)保图纸中结构物各部分的形状、尺寸及位置的正确性。2)接缝严密，不得漏浆。3)要有足够的强度、刚度和稳定性，确保施工质量和施工安全。4）钢模型要求打磨光。5)脱模剂选用机油，要求涂抹均匀。模板必须严格检查，保证其满足设计结构物净空尺寸和规范要求。要求清除模板内杂物，使之不得有滞水，锯屑和其他附着物质，并检查脱模剂的涂抹是否合格。未经监理工程师检查批准，不得在任何结构部位浇筑混凝土。（四）支架工程本桥墩柱、墩柱盖梁、桥台帽梁支架采用扣件式钢管支架。支架钢管型号选用483.5。钢管立柱间距为50-100cm，大横杆步距为100-120cm。立柱底部铺设垫木厚度不小于5cm，地基要求整平、压实处理。支架结构立面、侧面示意图如下： 说明：本支架结构示意图中没有各杆件的间距，具体的间距见以下墩柱盖梁、桥台帽梁支架平面图和说明。墩柱盖梁、桥台帽梁支架为承重支架，施工中重点控制支架的变形和下沉。支架平面示意图如下（单位：cm）： 该平面图中只图示了立柱、横杆、小横杆，施工请结合墩柱支架立面、侧面示意图(见图3-1、图3-2)进行。为施工方便，墩柱（肋板）之间、墩柱（肋板）外侧立柱间距设计为同一间距，纵桥向立柱最大间距为80cm，横桥向立柱最大间距为60cm。施工中n、m的取值可根据墩柱（肋板）之间的距离确定，同时可以调整一些立柱的间距，但不得大于设计的最大间距。为增加桥墩墩柱钢模板的稳定性，可在钢模板外侧架设“”字形钢管支架固定模板，也可根据现场条件在钢模外侧设置斜拉杆稳定钢模板。支架施工应满足以下技术要求：1)支架制作的强度和稳定：a、支架整体、杆配件、节点、地基和其他支撑物的强度和稳定性满足要求。b、盖梁、帽梁的支架受载后挠曲的杆件，其弹性挠度为相应结构跨度的1/400，本支架设计杆件挠度不超过3mm。2)为保证排架的稳定应设置足够的斜撑、剪力撑、扣件和缆风绳。3)墩台盖梁、帽梁支架支承面应详细检查，准确调整支架支承面和顶部标高。4)支架应稳定、坚固，能抵抗施工过程中有可能偶然发生的碰撞和振动:a.支架主柱必须安装在有足够承载力的地基上，立柱底面应设垫木来分散和传递压力，并保证浇筑混凝土后不发生超过允许的沉降量。b.支架安装完毕后，应对其平面位置顶部标高、节点联接及纵横向稳定性进行全面检查，符合要求后，方可进行下道工序。（五）模板、支架的拆除1)拆除期限的原则规定非承重侧模应在混凝土强度能保证其表面及棱角不致因拆模而受损坏时方可拆除侧模板。2)钢筋混凝土结构的承重模板、支架应在混凝土强度能承受其自重力及其他可能的叠加荷载时方可拆除；当构件跨度大于4m时，在混凝土强度符合设计强度标准的75%的要求后方可拆除，具体时间宜通过试验确定。3)拆除时的技术要求a.模板拆除应按设计的顺序进行，设计无规定时应遵循先支生拆，后支先拆的顺序，拆时严禁抛扔。b.卸落支架应按拟定的卸落程序进行，在纵向应对称、均衡卸落，在横向应同时一起卸落，以免支架变形、倾覆。c.墩、台模板宜在其上部结构施工前拆除。拆除模板、卸落支架时不允许用猛烈地敲打和强扭等方法进行。d.模板、支架拆除后，应维修整理，分类妥善存放。（六）混凝土工程本桥底系梁、桩帽、承台为现浇C25级钢筋混凝土；桥墩、中系梁、桥台砼为C30级钢筋混凝土。混凝土所用粗、细集料的选定，级配范围以及最大杂质的含量，以及水、水泥的质量以试验为基础，均满足合同文件中技术规范要求。砼配合比按监理工程师批准的设计配合比施工。拌合材料均按重量称量。全部模板、支架、钢筋、预埋件必须满足技术规范要求，经监理工程师同意后方可进行砼的施工。砼浇筑按一定厚度、方向，自下而上水平分层浇筑，每层浇筑厚度不宜大于30cm。同时注意砼水灰比、坍落度的控制。并现场取样制作试件，并由专人作好记录。浇筑过程中对砼表面的操作应仔细周到，使砂浆紧贴模板，以使混凝土表面光滑、无水囊、气囊或蜂窝。砼的浇筑应连续进行，如因故必须间断，间断时间应经试验确立，并经监理工程师认可，且不得超过下表规定。浇筑混凝土允许的间断时间（min）项 次混凝土入模温度（）使 用 水 泥硅酸盐水泥普通硅酸盐水泥矿渣硅酸盐水泥，火山灰硅酸盐水泥，粉煤灰硅酸盐水泥120-3090120210-1912015035-9150180注：1、表列时间自间断前的混凝土搅拌加水算起； 2、表列数值未考虑掺用外加剂的影响；混凝土由高处落下的高度不得超过2m，超过2m时应采用串筒、溜槽。超过10m时应采用减速装置。导管或溜槽，应保持干净，使用过程要避免砼发生离析。浇筑砼期间，设专人检查支架、模板、钢筋和预埋件等稳固情况，当发现有松动、变形、移位时，应及时处理。砼养生在砼浇筑完成后立即进行，洒水养生最少保持7天或监理工程师批示的天数，砼在拆模以前均应连续保持湿润。混凝土初凝之后，模板不得振动，伸出的钢筋不得承受外力，在晚间浇筑砼，应具有监理工程师批准的适当照明设施。工程的每一部分混凝土的浇筑日期，时间及浇筑条件都应保有完整的记录，监理工程师随时检查使用。施工缝处理：a)施工缝的位置应在混凝土浇筑之前确定，宜留置在结构受剪力和弯矩较小且便于施工的部位。b)应凿除处理层混凝土表面的水泥砂浆和松弱层，但凿除时，处理层混凝土须达到下列强度：用水冲洗凿毛时，须达到0.5Mpa；用人工凿毛时，须达到2.5MP；用风动机凿毛时，须达到10Mpa。c)经凿毛处理的混凝土面，应用水冲洗干净，在浇筑次层混凝土前，对垂直施工缝宜刷一层水泥净浆，对水平缝宜铺一层厚为1020mm的1：2的水泥砂浆。d)重要部位及有防震要求的混凝土结构或钢筋混凝土结构，应在施工缝处补插锚固钢筋或石榫。e)施工缝为斜面时应浇筑成或凿成台阶状。f)施工缝处理后，须待处理层混凝土达到一定强度后才能继续浇筑混凝土。需达到的强度，一般最低为1.2Mpa，当结构物为钢筋混凝土时不得低于2.5Mpa。混凝土达到上述抗压强度的时间宜通过试验确定。g)在浇筑过程中或浇筑完成时，如混凝土表面泌水较多，要在不扰动已浇筑混凝土的条件下，采取措施将水排除。继续浇筑混凝土时，应查明原因，采取措施，减少泌水。h)结构混凝土浇筑完成后，对混凝土裸露面面积较大或气候不良时，应加盖防护，但在开始养生前，覆盖物不得接触混凝土面。三、机械及人员配备机械设备表序号机 械 设 备 名 称规格及型号单位数量备 注1自动计量拌合站JS1000+PLD1200台12汽车吊16T台13插入式振动棒50Hz台54罐 车6m3台45钢筋弯曲机640台16电焊机BX-500台27钢筋切断机640台1劳力组织表 序号人员名称数 量备 注1搅拌机司机22吊车司机13罐车司机44起重工15立 模46钢 筋47其 他38砼 捣 固2合计21四、安全质量保证措施及环保和文明施工措施1、施工前应做好施工前期准备工作，正确选用施工方法，并结合施工具体实际，严格按施工技术规范，监理程序组织施工，建立、健全各项安全质量措施，制定操作细则，并向施工人员进行技术交底。2、对桥梁施工中的辅助结构、临时工程等应进行安全检算，考虑采取相应的安全措施。3、严格把好原材料关，所有进场的原材料未经检验合格不得使用。4、特种作业人员，必须通过安全技术培训，方可上岗工作。其他人员也应进行安全技术培训和考核。5、按照技术规范要求，做好施工期间环境保护工作，并制定灰尘污染的控制措施。6、工地内应设有安全标志，夜间施工作业应有照明设施，并不得擅自拆除。严格岗位责任制，施工现场设置标牌，标明工程名称、施工单位、项目经理、现场负责人。7、公路、人行道交叉道口，应设警告牌（灯）。车辆、人员繁忙的道口，应派专人看守，并设围栏。8、开挖基坑时应根据规定的基坑边坡开挖，严禁采用局部开挖深坑，从底层向四周掏土的方法施工。9、墩台、帽梁施工时要安设安全网，安全网挂设要牢固，高空作业人员要系好安全带，严禁从高空向下抛掷物品，所有墩上、墩下作业人员要戴好安全帽。10、严禁酒后上班，赤脚上班；严禁上班戏嘻打闹。11、使用砼振捣器时，必须检查下列内容：振捣器的外壳接地装置及胶皮线情况、电线的端部与振捣器的连接情况、振捣器的搬移地点及在间断工作时电源开关关闭情况。经检查合格的方准使用。12、遇大风、大雨及雷电而停工时，注意切断电源，保护好各种设备。经常检查各连接件紧固情况，若有异常及时处理。Now, we are in a new historical stage of all-round construction of a well-off society.
