惠州雪人横流式冷却塔安装详细流程（第一部分）Huizhou Snowman cross-flow cooling tower installation process in detail（本安装流程图需要配合设计图纸才能看懂） 第二部分与第三部分由于文件太大，需登录：在工程案例中查看。总则：General1、所有采用螺栓固定的地方，在整体冷却塔还没有安装好之前，螺栓不要拧紧，保持一定的张力，有利于其它部件螺栓孔对齐。2、所有螺栓采用2个平垫圈和一个弹簧垫圈和螺母固定。3、安装步骤上的代号与零件上的编号一致。4、有些零件上标明了安装的方向，必须按零件上标明的方向安装。5、图中红色部分表示正在安装的步骤。1, All bolted in the overall cooling tower has not installed before the bolts do not tighten, to maintain a certain tension, conducive to the other parts of the bolt hole alignment.2, All bolts fixed two flat washers and a spring washer and nut.3,Code on the installation steps on the part number.4,Some parts indicate the direction of installation must be installed in the direction indicated on the press parts.5 in the red part of the steps being installed. 第一步：检查基础Check foundationHT冷却塔有独特的基础，在安装之前，应该先检查所有混凝土基础，是否符合图纸要求。所有基础顶部标高必须相同，误差不超过5mm。The cooling towers unique foundation HT, before installation, you should first check all the concrete foundation meets the requirements of the drawings. CA01A with CA01C connection using blind rivets. 第十四步：安装水池底板Installing the pond bottom plateCA02为玻璃钢平板，平铺在水池底部。任意两件CA02不能重叠。CA02采用自钻自攻螺丝固定在底部横梁上。安装的时候，如果CA02尺寸较大，可适当切割。CA02平板和中间水缸连接的地方，现场切割尺寸与中心水缸相同的孔，然后用自钻自攻螺丝固定在水缸上。CL02和CL01重叠50mm。CA02 FRP plate, tile in the bottom of the pool.Any two CA02 can not overlap.CA02 using self-drilling self-tapping screws at the bottom of the beam. When installed, if CA02 larger size, may be appropriate cutting.
