初中班主任工作总结计划总结 本学期在学校工作的安排下，本人继续担任九年级（98）班的班主任工作。一个学期在我们的忙忙碌碌之中又过去了，这个学期对于即将毕业的初中生而言是最关键的一个学期。在我与本班各位科任教师一起共同努力下，我班在行为规范上、学习成绩上、卫生习惯上等等各个方面都取得了更加令人满意的成绩。分析过去，展望未来，对过去的一个学期作如下总结。 一、着手于学生道德品质的养成 “教育必须育人”是教育最根本的思想。现在九年级的学生的年龄一般是15岁左右，他们正处于由少年时期向青春发育时期发展的重要时期，这个时期正是他们道德品质形成的关键时期，因此如何让九年级的新生形成良好的道德品质成为了本学期我班最主要的目标之一。为了实现这一目标，在本学期我继续对他们从心理上进行教育，因为他们是即将毕业的学生了，此时，让他们知道，无论从哪个方面，都要给其他同学做出表率作用，尤其是低年级的学生；他们可能会出现不好的苗头：少部分学生会由此做出极端行为，如打架、闹事、不学习等。我就针对这种因素，提前做好预防工作，打消他们心中的这种不良的想法。 二、注重学习习惯的养成 对于一个学生而言，没有好的学习习惯一定不会有好的学习成绩，因此，为了让学生更好的学好文化知识，让学生养成较好的学习习惯是必需的，这成为了本学期我班另一重要的目标。为了实现这一目标，本学期我仍借助中学生日常行为规范，让学生用这个规范来约束自己的行为，从日常小事做起，事事严格要求自己。学生学习习惯的好坏往往体现在一些小事，因此抓好学生日常小事是落实学生养成良好的学习习惯措施的最好方法之一。例如考风考纪的教育；上学时间的限定；升旗时学生站立的姿势和穿戴；特别是学生的个人卫生及班级的清洁卫生更是每天派人检查，因此每次学校检查各班的卫生情况，我班的情况都是非常好，受到学校的赞扬；每个星期五的大扫除基本上是专人专职，并有专门人员检查，使我班的清洁卫生一直保持得比较好。 三、致力于学生学习成绩的提高 学生学习成绩的好坏直接影响着学生的学习兴趣和学生自信心，影响着学生学习习惯的养成，也是家长关心和社会关注的热点问题。因此提高学生的学习成绩是作为一个班主任的重点任务之一，也是学校和社会交给我们的一个主要任务。为了实现这一目标，本学期我主要从如下的几个方面进行了工作： 多次联系各位科任老师，和他们在一起协商提高学生成绩的方法，在一起研究各个学生的学习特点，以便针对各个学生的具体情况安排学生的学习； 多次联系家长了解学生在家的学习情况。学校的教育离不开家长的配合，学校的教育需要家长的支持与理解。经常与家长沟通，交流学生最近的学习成绩，与家长一起共同做好学生的思想工作，这是我当班主任的一贯作风。我的行为大大地感动了家长，也得到了家长的高度赞扬，同时也为我们许多教学行为得到家长的理解与支持营造了良好的氛围； 利用学校的网络设施对学生进行学习方法的教育，专门利用班会时间让学生交流学习心得，让学生在交流中学会如何更好地学习。学生心得的交流和示范既让学生到了好的学习方法，同时让学生交流了个人感情，这为本班在本学期形成良好的学习氛围和学生之间团结和睦、友好相处做好了准备； 做一个德育高尚的班主任，做学生的知心人。教师的行动无疑是学生日常生活中榜样，因此作为教师的我应该从自己做起，时时刻刻注意自己的一举一行，注意自己的言行举止，用高标准、严要求来要求自己。时时刻刻关心学习成绩较差的学生，不歧视他们，尊重他们的人格。对于学习上有困难的学生要主动关心他们，帮助他们克服学习上的障碍，帮助他们树立学习上的自信心，让每一个学生感受到老师的关爱，从而引起学生的共鸣，激发学生的学习兴趣。积极倾听学生的心声，解答学生学习上和生活上的各种疑难问题，真正成为学生的知心人。“一分耕耘，一分收获”，辛勤的汗水必然会浇灌出美丽的花朵。正是因为我们做出了如此多努力。我班每次考试优秀率一直处于年级的前列。 四、配合学校做好“中考备考”工作 为了让学生更好地迎接中考，对学生从心理上、学习方法上、学习习惯上做出了相应工作。模拟考的准备工作、毕业生的综合素质评价工作、体育中考及中考的相关工作等。 这一学期以来，我班学生在各方面都取得了更加令人满意的成绩，但我一定会再接再厉，为培养祖国的接班人而继续努力。 本文为Word版资料，可以任意修改编辑。如果你看到我上传的资料这个后缀，请删除后使用。高效学习方法和技巧学习需要方法，找到适合自己的方法，学习才能事半功倍。接下来，我结合我自己的学习情况，给大家总结的高效学习五部曲一、预习是学习的重要环节上课前充分预习，考试前充分地复习，与“打有准备之仗”有同曲之道。预习效果好，听课才能有针对性；听课有针对性，复习才能顺利进行；复习深刻，作业、考试才能得心应手。所以说预习是学生学习过程中一个必不可少的环节。二、掌握好高效的听课方法课上集中精力听课，是掌握知识的捷径。听讲时，思想上必须与老师讲解的思路保持一致，听老师对事物是怎样分析、推理；听老师解决问题是用什么方法、技巧；听老师对问题有哪些提问和解释。这样才能把握住听课的重点。听讲中，要把自己在预习中的理解，和老师讲解的相比较，看自己和老师有哪些相同点和区别点。三、合理安排复习时间很多科学家通过研究发现，有几个时间段有利于巩固记忆：一是学习后最初几分钟内，电生理活动引起蛋白质的合成；二是学习后在48小时内复习；三是一周之后脑突触发生永久性变化。根据人在学习过程中这一生理变化，采用复习加强记忆就显得特别重要了。如果我们能够在学习的内容即将忘记时进行复习，那么复习的效果最好，效率也最高。著名的心理学家艾宾浩斯通过实验发现了人的记忆与遗忘规律。实验证明：在学习仅过了20分钟后，就忘记记忆内容的42%，1天后忘却量已经达到了66%，到了第31天，忘却量高达79%。他根据实验结果，画成了著名的遗忘曲线。并表明遗忘的规律是“先快后慢”。这条规律提示我们，定要尽早、及时地对所学知识进行复习，以便在知识还在大脑内时就加深印记，否则大脑中已经没有痕迹了，只能再费精力重学。合理安排复习时间特别重要并且必要，制定复习计划，严格按精英特计划执行，并力求形成习惯，是我们每一位学生都应该力求努力做到。我们为什么要复习呢？因为我们记忆效果没有那么好，不可能过目不忘，所以需要重复、增强记忆。同时，复习的进展也有利于学习效率的提高。四、做作业的科学方法这里有七种做作业的技巧：1、先复习后做作业。复习是做好作业的关键，只有复习得好，作业才能做得好。做作业前先把老师这一节课所讲的内容认真地看一看，弄清楚基本原理和概念后再去做作业，作业才能做得既快又好。2、认真审题。 做作业最关键的步就是审题，连题都判断错了，作业内容就全错了。首先第步要弄清楚题目的内容，所给的条件，什么要求，需要联系哪些知识等等；其次是考虑好解题思路、方法、步骤，要善于把道题分成几部分，化大为小、化难为易、分清其中的已知和未知，弄清各部分的联系，设计好整个解题步骤，定要让自己做到不明白题意不做题，不清楚方法步骤不下笔。3、细心的做题。 做题是表达思路的全过程，这个过程要求既动脑、又动手。做题的关键是要保证“规范”、“准确”。要做到这两点就要求学生认真的抄好题，书写格式必须正确、规范，严格按照各类题的解题要求，仔细演算解题的每步，得出正确的结果。只有平时做题认真细致，步骤完整，思路正确，表达严密，准确无误，考试时才能按照这种良好的习惯进行五、重视错题积累在学习的过程中，同学们可能遇到过一错再错的现象究其原因，多数是由于在学习中不求甚解，不注意总结积累所致。那么，该怎么办呢？实践证明，自编一本“易错题集”是避免做题一错再错的最好办法。错题本的复习方法：1、每周把该周错题本中记录的题目快速浏览一遍；2、每月把该月错题本中记录的题目再快速浏览一遍；3、每个季度把错题本中三个月记录的题目再快速浏览一遍；4、大考前把该错题本中的所有题目认真复习一遍，确保题不二错￥精编资料 欢迎下载There are moments in life when you miss someone so much that you just want to pick them from your dreams and hug them for real!
