MOVEMENT OF COMPONENTS CAN KILL OR INJURE PERSONS. 警 告:确保在如下区域或临近区域工作前,将保护设备放置在位并挂上警告牌: - 飞行控制系统 -飞行控制舵面 -起落架和相应的门 -移动的部件。 部件移动会导致人员伤亡。WARNING: MAKE SURE THAT THERE IS A GOOD FLOW OF AIR THROUGH THE WORK AREA WHEN YOU USE SPECIAL MATERIALS.IF YOU GET ONE OF THESE MATERIALS ON YOUR SKIN, IN YOUR MOUTH OR IN YOUR EYES :- FLUSH IT AWAY WITH A FLOW OF CLEAN WATER FOR BETWEEN 10 TO 15 MINUTES. - GET IMMEDIATE MEDICAL AID IF IRRITATION OCCURS. Job Set-up /工作准备 A. Aircraft Maintenance Configuration T 飞机维护构型(1) Energize the ground service network (Ref. AMM TASK 24-42-00-861-801) . 接通地面勤务汇流条(参考AMM TASK 24-42-00-861-801)。B. Get access to the avionics compartment. Then open, safety and tag this(these) T circuit breaker(s): 接近电子舱。拔出跳开关,设置安全夹并挂警告标牌:PANEL DESIGNATION FIN LOCATION _721VU SFCC 1 NORM 10CV X14 722VU SFCC 2 FLAP 2CV T43 742VU SFCC 1 FLAP 1CV L61 C. Get Access /打开接近 T (1) Open the MLG doors (Ref. AMM TASK 32-12-00-010-801) . 打开MLG门(参考 AMM TASK 32-12-00-010-801)。(2) Put a CONTAINER 1 L (1/4 USGAL) in position below the flap PCU. 在襟翼PCU下部放置1 L (1/4 USGAL)储油桶。(3) Put the WARNING NOTICE in position to tell persons not to operatethe flap/slat system.在相关位置挂上警告牌以警告他人不要操作襟/缝翼系统2. Procedure /步骤(Ref. Fig. 607/TASK 27-54-00-991-005 SHEET 607.1) WARNING: OBEY THE MANUFACTURERS INSTRUCTIONS WHEN YOU USE THIS/THESE MATERIAL/S.USE PROTECTIVE CLOTHING, RUBBER GLOVES AND GOGGLES. 警 告:使用这些材料时应遵照厂家说明。穿防护服,带橡胶手套,防护镜和面罩。A. Do a check of the Flap Power-Control-Unit Gearbox to make sure that the Oil Level is correct. 检查襟翼动力控制组件齿轮箱,确保油量正确。(1) Do the subsequent step only after the installation of a new PCU, and before you T do the check of the oil level: 仅在安装新PCU后,检查滑油量前执行下述步骤:- extend and retract the flaps (Ref. AMM TASK 27-50-00-866-801) and (Ref. AMM TASK 27-50-00-866-802) . -收放襟翼(参考AMM TASK 27-50-00-866-801)和(参考AMM TASK 27-50-00-866-802)。(2) Use a FLASHLIGHT and a MIRROR - INSPECTION and examine the T external surfaces of the PCU for: 使用手电筒和反光镜检查PCU外表是否存在:- signs of leakage /渗漏迹象 - cracks. /裂纹 (a) If you find a leak, replace the PCU (Ref. AMM TASK 27-54-51-000-801) and T (Ref. AMM TASK 27-54-51-400-801) . 若发现渗漏,更换PCU(参考 AMM TASK 27-54-51-000-801)和(参考 AMM TASK 27-54-51-400-801)。(3) Remove the oil-fill plug (1) and remove and discard the preformed packing (2). T 拆除滑油添加堵塞(1),并拆除报废旧封圈(2)。(4) Make sure that the oil level is at the oil-fill hole: 确保滑油油位在滑油添加口: (a) If the oil level is at the oil-fill hole: T - No further action is necessary. 如果油位在加油口- 不必采取其它措施(b) If the oil level is below the oil-fill hole: T 若油位低于滑油添加口:- slowly add the OILS (Material No. 03-003) to the flap PCU gearbox until it comes out of the oil-fill hole. 缓慢添加OILS(Material No. 03-003)到襟翼PCU齿轮箱,直到溢出滑油添加口。 AIRLINES NOTE: When you finish this work, please fill in the Inspection Report at the last page. If the added oil quantity is more than the limit referred in this jobcard and needs for replacing PCU or doing maintenance check in limited time, you should raise a FC according to AMM 12-13-27-612-802. 航空公司 注释:执行完此工卡后请填写工卡最后一页的检查报告。若加油量超过 工卡中的限制值,需限时更换PCU或限时执行检查,请工作者依 据AMM 12-13-27-612-802办理相关FC。 (c) If the added oil quantity is more than 70 cm3 (4.27 in.3) and you cannot see T a leak, replace the PCU after not more than 20 flights (Ref. AMM TASK 27-54-51-000-801) and (Ref. AMM TASK 27-54-51-400-801) . 若已加油量超过70 cm3 (4.27 in.3),且未观察到渗漏,在20航段之内更换PCU(参考 AMM TASK 27-54-51-000-801)和(参考AMM TASK 27-54-51-400-801). (d) If the added oil quantity is between 10 cm3 (0.16in.3) and 70 cm3 (4.27 in.3) T and you cannot see a leak, do as follows at the subsequent maintenance check (800FH max.):若已加油量介于10 cm3 (0.16 in.3) 与70 cm3 (4.27 in.3)之间,且未观察到渗漏,在下个维修检(800FH max.)中做以下内容-Check the oil level and fill the PCU as necessary.检查油位并视情添加-If the oil level is at the oil-fill hole, no further action is necessary.如果油位在加油口,不必采取其它措施- if you add up to 50 cm3 (3.05 in.3) replace the PCUat the subsequent maintenance check (800 FH max.) (Ref. AMM TASK 27-54-51-000-801) and (Ref. AMM TASK 27-54-51-400-801) , -若添加量达到50 cm3 (3.05 in.3),在下个维修检(800 FH max.)更换PCU。 - if you add more than 50 cm3 (3.05 in.3) replace the PCU after not more than 20 flights (参考 AMM TASK 27-54-51-000-801) and 参考AMM TASK 27-54-51-400-801) . -若添加量超过50 cm3 (3.05 in.3),在20航段之内更换PCU(参考AMM TASK 27-54-51-000-801)和(参考AMM TASK 27-54-51-400-801)。(5) Clean the oil-fill plug (1) with a clean lint-free cloth MISCELLANEOUS (Material T No. 19-003) . 使用不起毛棉布(Material No. 19-003)清洁滑油添加堵塞(1)。(6) Apply the OILS (Material No. 03-003) to the new (IPC-CSN 27-54-51-01-110) T preformed packing (2). 涂抹OILS(Material No. 03-003)到新封圈(IPC-CSN 27-54-51-01-110) (2)。(7) Install the preformed packing (2) on the oil-fill plug (1) and install the oil-fill plug (1) T 安装新封圈(2)到滑油添加堵塞(1),并安装滑油添加堵塞(1)。(8) TORQUE the oil-fill plug (1) to between 2.0 and 2.5 m.daN (14.75 and 18.44 lbf.ft) . T 对滑油添加堵塞(1)磅力矩2.0 -2.5 m.daN (14.75- 18.44 lbf.ft)。(9) Remove the unwanted oil from the oil-fill plug (1) with a clean cloth, T MISCELLANEOUS (Material No. 19-003) . 使用不起毛棉布(Material No. 19-003)擦掉滑油添加堵塞(1)的多余油脂。(10) Make sure that there is no oil leakage at the preformed packing (2). T 确认新封圈(2)没有滑油渗漏3. Close-up /工作结束 A. Get access to the avionics compartment. Then remove the safety clip(s) and the T tag(s) and close this(these) circuit breaker(s): 接近电子舱,再移除安全夹和警告标牌,闭合如下跳开关:PANELDESIGNATIONFINLOCATION 721VUSFCC 1 NORM10CVX14 722VUSFCC 2 FLAP2CVT43 742VUSFCC 1 FLAP1CVL61B. Close Access /关闭接近 M (1) Remove the container. /移除储油桶。 (2) Remove the warning notice(s). /移除警告标牌。 (3) Make sure that the work area is clean and clear of tools and other items. 确保工作区域干净整洁、无工具和其它物品。(4) Close the right MLG doors (Ref. AMM TASK 32-12-00-410-801) . 关闭MLG门(参考 AMM TASK 32-12-00-410-801)。 (5) Remove the ground support and maintenance equipment, the special and standard tools and all other items. 移除地面支撑维护设备、专用标准工具和其它物品。C. De-energize the ground service network (Ref.
