He will be in constant contact with the ERT Leader on the actual situation and will make decisions accordingly. He will also give direction to the CMT members on further action to be taken when necessary.当紧急应对小组成员处理问题时，危机管理小组成员将和总指挥到达消防监控中心，所有危机管理小组成员都要了解事态的进展，将根据紧急事件发展状况，准备下一步的行动指令。Role of the Crisis Management Team Member are to join the CMT Leader at the assigned Crisis Centre（FCC） during any crisis situation to understand the progress of the challenge while the ERT leader is managing it.危机管理小组成员将根据总指挥指令采取进一步行动，如果形势需要将被指令回到他们各自的部门去指导行动。CMT Member will received instruction from the CMT Leader on further action if the situation require so and will go back to their respective division/departments to lead/delegate the action needed.,Haikou Meilan,紧急应对小组负责人分工： DEFINATION OF ERT LEADER:,紧急应对小组成员由前台值班经理、值班保安主管、值班工程师 组成ERT members is divided into FO duty manager and duty security supervisor, duty engineer负责人分为临时负责人和主要负责人；当发生紧急事件时，部门经理为临时负责人，值班经理为主要负责人The responsible officer include temporary responsible and main responsible .The ERT Leader is the Manager within the Critical Area, Duty Manager will be the Co-ERT Leader during the emergency actions处理紧急事件时，部门经理被指定为紧急应对小组临时负责人The MAIN ERT LEADER is expected to handle the emergency immediately 当值班经理到达现场后，接替紧急应对小组负责人任务while waiting for the Co ERT Leader to arrive at the scene and take over the assignment.在09:00-24:00时间段，紧急应对小组临时负责人由部门经理担任在24:00-09:00时间段，紧急应对小组负责人由值班经理担任From 09:00-24:00hrs, the MAIN ERT LEADER will be the Manager of the Emergency Area and Duty Manager will be the Co-ERT Leader.
