英文原文CarsdrivewiththelatesttechnologyprogressAutomotivetransmissionbeltistheimportantautomotiveengineparts,transmissionbeltisanimportantcomponent.Itcanbesaidthatthetransmissionbeltofmanytechnologicaladvancesandinventions,andiscloselyrelatedtothedevelopmentofautomobileindustry,suchastheV-beltinvention,TrimmingV-belt,Multi-wedgebelt.andsynchronousbeltofrapiddevelopment,hydrogenatednitrilerubber(HNBR)usedinsynchronousbelt,EPDMrubber(EPDM)appliedMulti-wedgebelt,whicharethelatesttechnologyinordertomeetrequirementsoftheautomobileindustrywasdevelopingrapidly.Inrecentyears,duetoglobalwarming,environmentalprotectionandcomfortrequirementsoftheautomotive,energy,emissionsandNVH(noise,vibrationandsmooth)isthemaintopicoftheautoindustry.Howtoimprovefuelefficiencyandreduceemissions,improvethemaintenancecyclehasbeenagoaloftheautomobileindustryresearch,includingmulti-valvetechnology(MultivalveEngines,MVES)andvariableMun(VariableValveTiming,VVT)technology,catalyticconverters,42Vpowergeneration/startermotorintegration(integratedstarteralternator,ISA),DIdieselenginesand240,000kmor300,000kmmaintenancecycle.Thesetechnologicaladvancesintheautopartsalsoacorrespondingincreaseinperformancerequirementsandharsh,automotivetransmissionbeltisnoexception.Inordertoadapttothesechanges,andsomeforeignfamoustransmissionbeltdrivewiththecarmanufacturersconductedmanyimprovementandperformanceimprovement.ProfileMulti-wedgebeltTrimmingtoothprofileMulti-wedgebeltsimilartotheV-belt,orinthewedgeprofileofthepiecestoenhancebeltandbelt-FlexibleThermalperformancecanbesignificantlyimprovedwithlife.Goodyearstudyshowedthatthesamechloroprenerubber(CR)materialsMulti-wedgebelt,hightemperaturefatiguetestordinaryMulti-wedgebelt66h,atoothMulti-wedgebeltupto167hours.AtoothMulti-wedgebeltcanreducetheaccuracyofthebeltassemblyrequirements.ButtoothMulti-wedgebeltinusethroughthepulleywillbringoutintotheairflow,flowgeneratedrhythmicsound.GoodyearcompanythroughHelical,ultra-high(DAYCO)causingirregularteethcompaniestooffsetsuchvoicescanbereducedbyabout15dBnoiseabout.ThetwocompanieswereGatorharkandPOLYCOGmarkingtomarket.FlockingMulti-wedgebeltMulti-wedgebeltdrivetransmissionnoiseisoneofdefectslarger,low-speedorvelocitychangesintheuseofquick,andaftersometime,wedge-wear,andthetensionrelaxationsclerosis,oronrainydaysdiptowater,thetransmissionwouldbegivenharshscream,affectingvehicleNVHperformance.Onesolutioniswedge-left0.1-1.0mmhigh-intensityshortfiber(suchasaramid,PBOfiber,etc.).Becausefiberfrictioncoefficientstability,asound-absorbingfunction,thereforegreatlyreducedMulti-wedgebelttransmissionnoise.FlockingMulti-wedgebeltgeneralwithspecialgrindingprocesstoachieve.Lapping,thefirstwedgefastgroundintoabroadwedge,andthenslowwetgrinding,rubberMillSwap,wedge-exposedcertainlengthofthefiber.FlexibilityMulti-wedgebeltInrecentyears,smallfamilycarinordertosimplifytheenginefrontwheeldriveannexstructureshavebeguntouseflexibleMulti-wedgebeltsdrivenbybelt.FlexibilityMulti-wedgebeltgeneraluseelongationatbreakthan20percentofhigh-twistnylonfiberasastronglayercord.Ultra-high,themainland(CONTITECH)productionofautomotiveflexibleMulti-wedgebeltallegedlylifehasreached150,000km.EPDMMulti-wedgebeltInrecentyears,theengineroomtemperaturegettinghigherandhigher,andsomerequirerubberpiecescapabilityof150C,andinstantlythecapability170,thetraditionalchloroprenerubber(CR)obviouslynotrequest.AsHNBRtooexpensive,peopleinthestudyfoundthatasmallamountofengineoilisnotonthefrontofthebelt,causingdamage,canusethecheapergoodthermalstabilityofEPDMrubber(EPDM)rubberasMulti-wedgebeltmainmaterial.ButEPDMwearresistance,hightemperatureandthedynamicperformanceofslitting-resistantunsatisfactory,pooradhesionwithothermaterials,theseallrequiremodificationsuchasaddingorZDMAandZDAandothermaterialsusedtosolvetheproblem.EPDMMulti-wedgebelthightemperatureperformanceandhightemperaturefatiguelifemarkedlyimproved,suchasCRMulti-wedgebelt107Cunderthefatiguelifeofonly50hours,andEPDMMulti-wedgebeltat121Cunderthefatiguelifeofupto125hours.ThedevelopmentoftheEPDMMulti-wedgebeltlifehasreached240000Km.ShortfiberreinforcedbeltSince1975HNBRannouncementofthefirstpatents,HNBRisbecomingtodaysworldcarproductionpreferredstandardsynchronousbeltelastomermaterial.JapanHONDAcompaniesin1985thefirstproductionofHNBRequippedwithasubstratefortheproductionofanewtypeofautomobiletransmissionbelt.GermanyBWMhadalsoadoptedin1997bytheJapaneseimportsintoEuropeHNBRsynchronousbeltandthefirstDecorationHNBRsynchronousbeltwiththecarmanufacturers.Inthelate1990s,therapiddevelopmentoftheworldautomobileindustry,theintensemarketcompetition,automobilemanufacturersmainlandcompaniesHNBR/ZMAandshortfiberwithKevlarmanufacturingHSN-POWERlifeHNBRsynchronousbeltuseinthegasolineengine,theirlifeexpectancyhasmorethan240,000km,withclosetotheenginewithlife.Havetriedeverymeanstomaximizeextendedthroughcamshaftdrivebelttoimprovethelifeofthecarsengineperformance,atpresent,almostalloftheworldsautomanufacturershavebroughtaboutthroughtheintroductionofautoHNBRsynchronizationofproductquality.Practiceshowsthat,ingeneraldrivingconditionsHNBRsynchronousbeltofworkinglifeupto100000-150000km.Moderncarsonthesynchronousbeltrequirementis:Lifeof250000-300000km;usetemperature-35-150%,instantaneoustemperaturecanreach175%;oilresistanceofCR;150stepdownupto3000h-life,butalsoinenhancingoilresistanceitsperformanceatlowtemperaturewithoutsacrificingperformance,withteethdynamicstoragemodulusof1.4MPa.Toachievesuchahigh,andonlytheuseofperoxidecuringHNBR/zincmethacrylate(ZMA)complexesandaramidshortfiberreinforcedcompositematerials.MainlandcompaniesHNBR/ZMAandshortfiberwithKevlarmanufacturingHSN-POWERlifeHNBRsynchronousbeltuseinthegasolineengine,theirlifeexpectancyhasmorethan240,000km,andhasbeenclosetotheenginewithlife.AclothbeltbackAutomobilemanufacturingprocesssynchronousbeltduetotherestrictions,withthebackaregenerallypurerubber,asitisusedintheautomotivebeltbackatthesametimeleadtoothercomponentssuchaspumpsandtensioninstitutions,inparticulartheDIdieselengines.Requiresalotoftension,sowearonthebackofverylarge,purerubberunabletomeettherequirement.Iftheresultwillbringbackacloth,canbegreatlyenhancedwiththebackwearability.IfthemainlandsContiDieselRunnerissuchasynchronousbeltstructure.OilresistancesynchronousbeltSincethe1960s,theUnitedStatesGMwillbethefirsttimethesynchronousbeltforthenewroofstandardcam(OHC)enginereplacementoftheoriginaluseofballchain,asynchronousbeltasagoodperformance,noise,withoutlubrication,lightweightlowcostandeasymaintenance,andmanyotheradvantages,inthecarsenginepromptlywhenthedriveisused,particularlysmalldisplacementengines,accountingforalmostonehundredpercent.Butthenewcentury,asmoder
