,故操G1328G12628G2345,G9801G6947G5242、G12946密G5242较G20652。G7424G4466验的G7053法检出限为03UG/KG,G3250G6922G10587G3324900938之间,G5191均值为920。G1000G33240025200NG/ML测量范围内呈良好的G13459性关系,G11468关系数为09954。氯霉素含量X,NG/MLG994吸光G5242之比(YA/A0,)的G13459性G7053程为Y13653LNX22467。结果表明,采用酶联免疫法测定,G993仅检测限G17810G2052NG级,而G1000G3250G6922G10587、G12946密G5242都能满足要求国际标G1946,尤其是操G1328G12628G2345,检测时间G11713(仅G196682H),G6164以G19762常G17878合大G6221量样品的筛选检测。但G13783虑G2052酶联免疫法检测的G5445G2721G3252素较G3822,G7143出G10628假阳性结果,G7380好采用G7424法筛选,阳性样品再用GCMS联用技术G6122HPLCG11842证,则可获G5483更G2164G1946G11842的检出结果10。随着国际健G5259组织对氯霉素的G1017格控G2058,尤其是日G7424肯定列表G2058G5242的出台更是大大提G20652G1114G1002G11040G2520国对违G12117药物的G18337G16282。我国G1075G4466行G1114氯霉素G19658检出量的G16280定。G3252G8504,G5326G12447氯霉素的G5567G17907G7389效的检测G7053法,G2058止G8504药物的G19762法滥用,保障人民的健G5259和G10995命安全,维护我国G3324国际贸G7143中的形象和G3332位意义G18337大。A125A126A127A128A129A130A131A126A132A133A134A135A136A137A138A139A140参考文献1朱
