1、建筑环境与设备工程专业本科培养方案Undergraduate Program for Specialty in Built Environment and Building Services Engineering一、修业年限及授予学位名称、Length of Schooling and Degree四年;工学学士Four years; Bachelor of Engineering二、培养目标、Educational Objectives本专业培养具备建筑环境与设备工程有关的基础理论与专业知识,能在建筑环境科学与工程、城市民用与工业热能、燃气、公用设施工程等领域,从事设计与咨询、研究与开发、
2、经营与管理等工作的具有高素质和创新意识的工程应用型与科学研究型人才。The specialty develops the multiplex and talented people who possess the profound theoretic grounding and professional knowleges of built environment and building services engineering, can be competent for designing, consulting, research, developing, manufacting and
3、 managing in the field of built environment science and engineering, urban public services for civil and industrial heating, ect. 三、培养规格及要求III、Skills Profile and Minimum Credits本专业学生主要学习建筑环境与设备工程专业的基本理论和基本知识,受到工程设计、经营管理和科学研究的基本训练,具有在设计、研究、安装、物业管理以及工业企业等单位从事技术、经营与管理工作的基本能力。毕业生应获得以下几方面的知识和能力:1掌握建筑环境与设
4、备工程专业的基本理论;2掌握建筑环境控制、城市燃气及热力供应系统的基本原理及设计方法;3掌握室内人工环境(供暖、通风、空调、照明)、建筑设施(冷热源、燃气供应、建筑设备自动化与能源管理、建筑给排水、建筑供配电)和城市公用设施(城市燃气供应系统、城市热能供应系统)等工程的相关技术;4具有从事建筑环境与设备工程专业的设计、施工安装、测试调试及运行管理的能力;5具有制定建筑设备自动化系统方案的能力,以及在环境科学与工程、城市公用设施领域初步的科学研究与应用、开发能力;同时具有较强的工作适应能力及协作、创新能力和自学能力。Students of the specialty mainly study t
5、he basic theory and knowledge of built environment and building services engineering, gain the basic train of deal with the project designing, operation management and reseaches, have more outstanding abilities of doing technical, operating and management workings in the institutions of designing, r
6、eseach, installation, management and industrial enterprise. The graduate should obtain the knowledge and abilities in aspects below:1. Master the basic principle and basic knowledge of built environment and building services;2. Master the basic principle and design method of building environment con
7、trolling, urban gas and heat supplying system;3. Master the related technologies of indoor artificial environment (heating, ventilating, air-conditioning and lighting ), building services (heating and cooling sources, gas supplying, automation of building services and energy management, water supply
8、ing and drainage for buildings, building electricity supplying and distribution ) and urban public services ( urban gas supplying systems, urban heating supplying systems );4. Have the abilities of designing, installation, commissioning, testing and operation management of built environment and buil
9、ding services;5. Have the abilities of planning the building automation system, and studying scientific topics, practicing theories and developing technologies in the field of environment science and engineering, urban public services, and the abilities of adapting to works, cooperating with others,

15、and Requirement实践环节课内36周,课外4周,共计40周,计26学分。其中:认识实习,生产实习,课程设计,毕业设计(论文)等实践环节,共集中安排31周,计19.5个学分。专业基础综合实验和专业综合实验等,共5周,计2.5学分,在相应学期分组集中进行。思想道德修养与法律基础实践、毛泽东思想和中国特色社会主义理论体系概论实践,共4周,计4学分,分别在第2和第3学期课外进行。The practical training covers 40 weeks including 36 weeks during courses and 4 weeks after courses, getting
16、 26 credits totally, in which1. The understanding practice, production practice, course project design and graduation project design take 31 weeks, getting 19.5 credits;2. The complex experiments of basic specialty and complex experiments of specialty take 5 weeks, getting 2.5 credits;3. The practic
17、e for courses of Ethics and Principles of Law, Overview of Theoretical System of Maoism and Chinese Characteristics Socialism take 4 weeks, getting 4 credits.
