1、电气盘柜运输安装方案 Transportation & Installation Scheme for electrical Panelsl、编制说明根据工程的规模，盘柜的数量、重量、施工现场的情况及道路等原因，编制本方案。2、编制依据工程承包合同或协议书设计施工图及其他设计文件制造厂的产品说明书及有关资料现行电气安装工程盘、柜及二次回路接线施工及验收规范（GB5017192）施工现场临明用电安全技术规范JBJ4688建筑电气安装工程质量检验评定标准GB503032002公司质量保证手册和质量体系程序及其支撑性文件3、工程概况工程名称、范围、地点、规模、特点、主要技术要求主要实物工程量序号盘柜

2、名称单位数量工程名称备注12344、盘柜运输盘柜在搬运时应采取防震、防潮、防止框架变形和漆面受损等措施，必要时应将怕震和易损元件拆下单独包装运输，当产品有特殊要求时，应符合产品技术文件的规定。运输前应了解盘柜的组合、包装箱的大小、尺寸、重量、以配备必要的起重机具及运输车辆。运输前应了解道路的走径、路面的路况、必要时应整修道路，并采取相应的措施，保证道路的畅道。运输前应了解天气的变化，避开雨、雪天，否则应采取措施以免影响施工进度的安排。利用起重机具吊装盘柜时，应有专职的起重人员，吊绳应设在制造厂规定的吊装点。盘柜在运输机具上应摆放平稳、合理，不得超重。并将盘柜用绳索固定牢靠，避免运输中盘柜翻倒。

3、运输过程中运输车辆应平稳行驶，避免车辆行驶中紧急制动，遇有道路狭窄，车辆拥挤时，应有专人引导车辆。5、施工程序和施工方案5.1施工程序仓库产品验收基础型钢安装盘柜安装不合格品标识、隔离土建交接记录，安装记录安装记录开箱检查记录52、施工方法 Construction method521、施工前应根据施工图，厂家技术资料由工程师向施工班组做施工技术交底。 Engineer shall make a technical instruction to the workers according to the drawings and manufacturers documents before co

4、nstruction.522、盘、柜出库及开箱检查，所有盘柜均应开箱检查，开箱时由供应部门及质检员组织质检站、技术人员及有关人员参加，有条件的应包括制造厂驻厂代表。开前检验符合下列要求： Unpacking inspection shall be done for all panels. 5、of the manufacturer if possible; The result shall correspond with following requirement.a、 包装及密封是否良好，有无外观损伤、进水、受潮等现象Package and sealing are in good condition, no visual damage or moisture exists. b、 设备是否损伤，附件、备件是否齐全。There is no damage on equipment, accessories and spare parts are complete.c、 产品的技术文件

6、是否齐全，并交保管员登记保管。Technical documents are complete and handed over to the keeper to register and keep.d、做好开箱检查记录，并由有关人员签字。Unpacking inspection record shall be taken and signed by relevant persons.53、基础型钢安装Installation for section steel on foundation在钢制平台上将型钢的平面及立面分别平整，校直，全长偏差控制在1-5mm之内（包括平面和立面）。下料时尽量少用

7、气割，以减小型钢的变形度。Section steel shall be leveled and lined on steel plate, the allowable error of the whole length is 1-5mm. (include horizontal and vertical levels) It is not suitable that cut material with gas welding to avoid change shape.基础型钢的组对焊接应有熟练的焊工施焊。型钢与支腿之间采用钢板过渡，为方便运至现场，型钢应分段制作。 Butt connecti

9、he actual size of the panel, where there is bus, the installation size shall be ensured.采用测平仪测量室内地坪的高低差，找出标准点后，按设计高度进行找平。有条件的情况下，在土建施工中做好予埋铁的子埋,子埋铁的厚度宜采用不小于厚度10mm的钢板，宽度宜多出基础型钢20mm。Measure the difference level of the floor by level, choose a point as reference, level it according to design height. pr

Pre-buried parts shall be made of steel plate with a minimum thickness of 10mm and be mounted 20mm wider than that of section steel.基础型钢的找平应采用垫铁找平，分段找平直采用点焊，待整体找平后再进行最后焊接。 Leveling-off of shaped steel foundation shall use liners, when leveling in

13、型钢应有明显的不少于两点的可靠接地。 The section steel on foundation shall be grounded tightly by at least 2 points. 54、与盘柜安装工程有关的建筑工程的施工，应符合下列要求：Relevant building for panel installation is accordance with requirement as following:1) 与盘柜安装有关的建筑物、构筑物的建筑工程质量，应符合国家现行的建筑工程施工及验收规范中的有关规定。2) 屋顶、楼板施工完毕，不得渗漏。室内地面工作结束，室内沟道无积水、

15、 与土建单位办理必要工程工序交接手续。Transact hand-over with civil department 55、盘柜安装Installation for panel55.1、根据各配电室情况的不同，可采用手动小车、人力车、滚杆将盘柜运至室内。Transfer panels into room by manual or roll pole base on condition of substation.a、 对于有电缆夹层及较高的配电室要搭设必要的起吊平台。For higher substation or substation with cable room , suspensio

16、n platform shall be set up.b、 对于多台组合柜及超重盘柜要制作专用的移动工具。For combined panels or over weight panel, special mobile tool shall be fabricated.C、起重机具要由专职起重人员指挥，起吊用的索具与设备铅垂线的夹角不应大于300Crane shall be conducted by certificated rigger, the angle between sling wire and perpendicular, shall not be over 30 degrees.

17、d、将盘柜按设计要求的顺序逐台找正，固定盘柜的紧固件应用镀锌制品。Align the panels one by one according to designers requirement, (tightening piece shall be galvanized)e、盘、柜及盘、柜内设备与各构件间连接应牢固。控制盘（台）、直流屏继电保护盘和自动装置盘等不宜与基础型钢焊死，宜用螺栓连接。引进盘、柜制造厂产品说明书有特殊要求的应依产品说明书为准。Comeetion between panels or equirment and frames shall be firm.Control boa
