If the Accept button doesnt work, click on this text. Macro Troubleshooting IfDo This: You see a Security Warning

9、 below the top menu but above this sheet, The warning will say something like Some active content has been disabled or Macros have been disabled. Click the Options button to the right of the warning. On the Microsoft Office Security Options window, make sure that the digital certificate says that th

10、e file is from the National Academy of Sciences. Select Trust all documents from this publisher. Click OK. Try the Accept button again. You saw a Security Warning when you opened this file, You need to close the file and reopen it. When the Security Warning appears, make sure the digital signature i

11、s from the National Academy of Sciences and select the Always trust macros from this source checkbox then click the Enable Macros button. Try the Accept button again. You saw the message Macros are disabled because the security level is set to Very High when the file opened, To run macros you need t

12、o lower your security setting. On the top menu, go to Tools, then Macro, then Security. If the Security Level is set to Very High, you need to change it to High. Then click OK. Close the file and re-open it. When the file opens again, you should get a Security Warning. Make sure the digital signatur

13、e is from the National Academy of Sciences and select the Always trust macros from this source checkbox, then click the Enable Macros button. Try the Accept button again. None of the above helped,It is likely that you have Excel 2007/2010 and have your macro security setting set to Disable all macro

14、s without warning. In order for the macros to run, you need to reconfigure your macro security. Click the Office Button. Click the Excel Options button at the bottom of the screen. On the menu on the left hand side, select Trust Center. On the right hand side, click the Trust Center Settings button.

15、 On the left hand side, select Macro Settings. If Disable all macros without warning is selected, change the selection to Disable all macros except digitally signed macros. Click OK. Click OK again. Close the file. Reopen the file and refer to step 1. (Note: It is possible that your IT department ha

16、s restricted your access to macro security settings; in this case, you can either operate the spreadsheet manually or use another computer. See instructions for manual operation of the spreadsheet below.) You cannot enable macros on your system, The only reason that you will not be able to enable ma

17、cros on your system is if your organization prohibits the enabling of macros in downloaded files. In that case the buttons and active (clickable) elements of this workbook will not work. You can still look at the data on the Master sheet as well as the accompanying data on the backup tables. To view

18、 the data on the Master sheet, simply click the Master tab at the bottom of this sheet. To view the backup data you will need to copy the Program ID for the program that interests you into the backup table. Program IDs are in Column A of the Master sheet. You can copy a value from Column A and then

19、move to the appropriate table by clicking on its tab at the bottom of the sheet. Once you are in the table, go to cell B5 and paste the Program ID that you copied. The backup data for the particular statistic identified in the table tab will appear. If you have tried the suggestions for troubleshoot
