2、。在这方面我们主要从三方面做工作一是开展师德师风专题教育活动。首先是学法明理，提高教师依法执教的水平，组织教师学习教师职业道德规范、教育法、教师法、未成年人保护法，使大家明确职业道德行为的规范要求及违规处理的规定，从思想观念上增强依法执教的意识。其次是开展师德规范教育自查自纠活动，着力解决师德师风中存在的主要问题。严格自查自纠，并写出书面自查报告，目的是为了进一步塑造zz二中教师健康向上的良好形象，增强教职工爱岗敬业的自觉性，提高全体教师的工作、生活质量。二、送温暖，献爱心。工会是群众组织，是教职工的知心朋友，应该把教职工的冷暖时刻放在心上，关心教职工的实际困难。同时在全校师生中开展了“送温暖

3、，献爱心”活动，为青海玉树地震灾区献爱心捐款12余元；学校教职工遇有婚丧病假，学校工会都组织人员前去慰问，把学校的关心送到每个教职工的心坎上。真挚的关怀为广大教职工解除了后顾之忧，使他们得以全身心地投入到教育教学活动中，把学校事当作自己事，积极地以主人翁的精神投入到学校管理和建设中，为学校发展作贡献。三八来临之际学校领导班子慰问退休职工、贫困职工、单亲职工；七一来临之际慰问贫困党员和学校党支部帮扶贫困户，本学期慰问教职工15人次，慰问金（慰问品）达15余元。工会把学校党政的关怀送教职工家中，使每一位教师深感集体的温暖。三、开展丰富多彩的教工文体活动，树立教师健康向上的形象。学校工会大力支持教职
