13、一、公司人事管理工作1、协助总经理制定、控制、调整公司及各部门的编制、定员;2、协同各部门办理员工的招聘工作,为各部门提供符合条件的员工,储备 人才。3、协助公司领导和各部门做好员工的考核、转正、任免、调配等工作;4、协同各部门对员工进行培训,提高员工的整体素质及工作能力;5、负责统一管理和调整员工的薪金;6、负责正式员工劳动合同的签订;7、保存员工的个人档案资料;8、负责为符合条件的员工办理医疗保险等相关福利;9、根据工作需要,负责招聘新员工及对其的管理工作;10、为员工办理人事方面的手续和证明等。二、公司行政管理工作1、制定公司人事行政管理制度、汇编公司各项制度、监督检查各部门执行 的情况
