12、05.00 14 works on power cable 5.1电力电缆工作的基本要求 Basic requirement for works on cable 1.办理工作票履行工作许可手续; Issue the work permit 2.核对电缆名称,标志牌; Check the cable name and signboard 3.核对检查安全措施正确可靠; Check whether the safety device was correct and reliable. 15 works on power cable 5.2.电缆施工的安全措施: Safety measures f

13、or the cable construction 1.锯电缆前应核对图纸并用专用仪器 确切证实电缆无电后,用接地的带绝缘 柄的铁钎钉入电缆线芯后,方可工作. Check the drawing and test the cable with professional device to make sure its no power before cutting the cable. Grounding the cable by stick in one steel rod with insulated handle before start the work. 2.进入隧道应有充足的照明,并

14、有防火,防水通风 的措施; Sufficient light should be provided in the cable tunnel, and the measurement for fire safety, water proof and ventilation should be taken in the tunnel. 3.使用携带型火炉或喷灯时,火焰与带电部分的 距离:10kV及以下者不得小于1.5m;10kV以上者 不得小于3m. The safety distance between the electrified part and flame: 10kV and below

15、 class should be 1.5m at least; 10kV and above class should be 3m at least. 16 17 works on power cable 5.2.2 电力电缆线路试验安全措施 Safety rules of testing the cable line 1.电缆耐压试验前，加压端做好安全措施，防止误入试验场 所.另一端挂警告牌或派人看守. Before apply HV test to the cable, carefully prepare the safety procedure on the energizing sid

16、e to protect someone uninvolved from entering into the test site. Hanging the warning plate or arrange someone to guard on the other side. 2.试验过程中，更换试验引线时，应充分放电,并戴绝缘手 套； During the testing, the cable should be fully discharged before change the test lead. And the operator should wear the insulating

17、glooves. 3.电缆耐压试验分相进行时，另两相应接 地； When test one phase, the other two phases must be earthed. 4.电缆试验结束，应对被试电缆充分放电. lThe tested cable should be fully discharged after the testing is finished. 18 19 General safety rules 6.1 凡离地面(坠落高度基准面)2m及以上的地点进行的工作， 应视作高处作业. lIf the work platform is more than 2(include

18、) meters high, it should be considered working in the highly situation. 6.2 高处作业应使用安全带(绳)，安全带(绳)使用前应进行 检查，并定期进行试验.-在没有脚手架或没有栏杆的脚 手架上工作，高度超过1.5m时，应使用安全带或采取其他 可靠的安全措施. If working in the height , safety belt must be used and being checked before working. The belt should be tested at regular intervals. When work higher than 1.5m without
