1、安全操作规程Safety operation specification1. 升降机的操作人员必须经过培训，熟悉各部件性能及操作技能，严禁无证人员操作。1. The operator of hoist must be trained and familiar with performance of components and operation skills,Undocumented persons operation is forbidden. 2.当升降机顶部风速超过20米/秒（6级风）时以及恶劣天气时不得开动升降机。2.Dont open the hoist when the wind

2、 speed on roof of the hoist exceeds 20m/s.3.经常观察吊笼运行通道，必须畅通、无障碍物。3.Observe the operating channel of the cage frequently,it must be unblocked.4.升降机的基础不允许存有积水。4.There mustnt be water saved in the base of the hoist.5.保持吊笼内及笼顶的清洁。5.Please Keep the cage clean roof and inside.6.严禁升降机超载运行。 6.Overload runni

3、ng of the hoist is strictly prohibited7.升降机运行严禁开门或将手及物品伸出笼外。7.Dont open the door or extended hands or odds out of the cage when the hoist running.8.升降机启动前提醒所有人注意，运行中若发现异常，立即按下急停按钮。8.Press the emergency button immediately once you discover any abnormal,Alert everyone before running the hoist. 9.下班后吊笼

6、4.高速升降机每次运行前检查风扇是否转动，电阻是否发热正常。14.Please check the fan whether turns before running the high speed hoist, check theElectra-thermally whether normal.15.升降机接通主电源后运行前先按启动按钮，在接通主电后至少3秒钟才能运行。15.After connecting power supply press start button,its running at least 3 seconds after connecting the main power

8、程Installation safety procedures1. 安装场地应清理干净并用标志杆等围起禁止非工作人员入内。1.The platform of installation must be clear up and use the sign post surround by to forbid the non-staff member to get into. 2. 雷雨天、下雪天或风速超过四级的恶劣天气不准安装作业。2.The installation work is not allowed in thunderstorm days、snowing days or wind spe

9、eds past force 4. 3. 为防止安装地点上方掉下坠落物，必要时应加装安全网。3.In order to prevent falling from the top of the installation site,install safety net when it is necessary.4.安装过程中，必须由专人负责，统一指挥。4.During installation,Must be responsible by special person,unified command. 5.安装人员应按空中作业的安全要求，必须戴安全帽，系安全带，穿防滑靴，不穿宽大的衣裤，穿工作服等

10、，确保作业安全。5.Instillation people should do as the safety requirements of air operations, must wear safety helmet,safety belt and non slip boots, Do not wear large underwear, wear work clothes, etc., to ensure safe operations. 6.利用塔机一次安装多节标准节时应符合塔机吊装之安全规程。6.When you Install multiple standard section at

11、one time by using tower crane,you should according to the safety procedures of tower crane. 7.利用升降机吊杆安装时，不允许超载，吊杆只可吊一节标准节或用来装、拆额定负载的升降机零配件，不得用于其他起重作业。When you Install by hoist boom,overload is forbidden,The boom can only hang up one standard section,or load and unload hoist spare parts rated load, m

12、ustnt be used to other lifting operation. 8. 安装时吊笼上放的零配件，必须放置平稳，不得伸出安全栏处。8.When installing, the spare parts which put on the cage, should be placed stably and not be extended out of the safety bar. 9.安装标准节时，必须操作笼顶操作盒，不允许在笼内操作安装。9.When installing the standard section, you must operate the operation b

13、ox on roof of the cage, and the installation is not allowed in the cage. 10.吊笼起运前，应先进行全面检查，消除所有安全隐患。10.Before operating the cage,you should make a comprehensive inspection, to eliminate all security risks 11.吊杆上吊有悬挂物时，不得开动吊笼运行。11.Dont run the cage when there is anything hanging on the boom.12.安装运行时，

14、作业人员的头、手绝对不得伸出安全围栏处。12.The operators head and hands must not extend the safety fence When installation.13.安装时如有人在导轨架或护墙架上作业绝不允许开动升降机。13.Its absolutely not allow to run the hoist when there is someone on the guide rail rack or wall frame. 14.当吊笼升起时，任何人严禁进入底层围栏内。14.Its Prohibit to anybody to enter int

15、o the bottom fence when the cage rises.15.升降机运行前应首先将接地保护装置与升降机金属结构连接，接地电阻4.15.Before the elevator operation,you should connect the grounding protection device and lift metal structure at first, the grounding resistance is less or equal to 4. 定期检查Periodic inspection每天检查：Everyday check1. 检查外围栏门开关，打开外围

16、栏门吊笼应不能启动。1.Check the outer fence gate switch, the cage should be unable to run if the outside door open. 2. 检查上下限位开关、极限开关及碰铁，应可靠、有效。2.Check the up and down limit switches、limit switches and cam, It should be reliable and effective. 3.进行下列实验，每次实验吊笼均应不能启动： a）开启吊笼单开门；b)开启吊笼双开门；c）开启吊笼顶开门；d)对重机触动断绳保护开关；

17、e)按下急停按钮。3. Operate the following test, every time while testing,the cage shouldnt be run.a) Running the cage with one door opens;b) Running the cage with double doors open;c) Open the door with the roof of the cage open;d) Counter weight buffer touches the rope breaking protection switch;e) Press t

18、he emergency button. 4. 检查吊笼及对重通道应无障碍物。4.Check the counter-weight way and the cage,there mustnt be any blocks.5.检查齿轮与齿条的间隙，保证间隙在0.2-0.5mm(如图)。5.Check the gap of the gear and pinion,make sure the gap is between 0.2-0.5mm(as shown in figure).每周检查：Weekly Check:1. 检查传动机构安装板及减速机螺栓，应可靠紧固。1.Check the trans

19、mission mechanism mounting plate and the reducer bolt, should be reliable and fasten.2. 检查各润滑部位，应润滑良好，检查减速机油位，如有漏油不足等情况应及时处理并加油。2.Check the lubricating parts, should be good lubricated, check the gearbox, if there is a lack of oil ,should be handled in time and refueling. 3. 检查小齿轮、导轮及滑轮、各附墙架、各标准节及各齿

20、条的紧固螺栓均应连接牢固。3.Check small racks、guide wheels 、splits and additional wall frame,Check the stranded sections and pinions 4. 检查电缆托架及电缆保护架应无螺栓松动或位移。4. Check the cable bracket and cable protection frame ,should be no bolt loose or displacement. 5. 对重机型检查天轮传动，应灵活，无异常声音，联接部位应牢固。5.Check wheel drives of cou

21、nter-weight,should be flexible,without abnormal sounds,Connecting parts should be firm.6. 检查电缆滑车架和对重导向轮，应转动灵活。6.Check the cable car frame and the counter-weight wheel, It should be turned flexibly.7. 检查电机及减速机应无异常、发热及噪音。7. Check the motor and reducer,they should be no abnormal, fever and noise. 每季检查：

22、 Quarterly check 1. 检查滚轮、滑轮及导轮的轴承、必要时调整或更换。1.Check the bearings of rollers、pulleys and guide wheels.Adjust or replace when necessary.2. 检查滚轮的磨损情况，调整滚轮与导轨立柱的间隙，正常间隙为0.5mm。或松动螺母，转动偏心轴校准后紧固螺母。2.Check the abrasion of the roller, adjust the gap between the roller and the guide rail, the normal gap is 0.5

23、mm. Or loose the nuts, turn the eccentric shaft, fasten the nut after calibration. 3. 检查电动机和电路的绝缘电阻及电气设备的金属外壳。金属结构的接地电阻4.3.Check the insulation resistance of the motor and circuit. Check the metal casing of the electrical equipment. The grounding resistance of the metal structure is less than or equ

24、al to 4. 4. 做坠落实验。检查安全器的可靠性。Do the dropping test.Check the reliability of safety devices5. 用塞尺检查电机制动盘磨损情况。5.Check the abrasion of motor brake discs by feeler. 6. 检查齿条的磨损，标准齿厚为12.5mm，允许最小值为11.65mm。6.Check the abrasion of pinions,the standard tooth thickness is 12.5mm,Minimum allowable value is 11.65m

25、m.7. 检查齿轮的磨损，标准公法线长度为37.1mm，允许最小值为35.8mm.7.Check the abrasion of gears,Standard normal line length is 37.1mm,Minimum allowable value is 35.8mm.每年检查：Yearly check:1. 检查电缆线，如破损老化应立即修理或更换。1.Check the cable, it should be repaired or replaced immediately if the aging damage happens. 2. 检查减速机电机联轴器梅花圈是否老化破损

26、。2.Check the plum blossom ring of reducer motor coupling if the aging damage or broken. 3. 对重机检查钢丝绳磨损变形断丝和绳端连接之牢固。3.Counter-weight inspection is to check the steel rope abrasion and deformation or broken and the firm of connection rope.4. 全面检查各零件部件，进行保养或更换。4.Check all spare parts,maintain or replace

27、.坠落试验 dropping test每次进入安装工况的升降机，包括首次使用、转移工地或大修后安装的升降机，必须至少进行一次坠落试验。升降机正常使用时，每隔六个月进行一次坠落试验或按当地规定进行。防坠安全器出厂两年后（以铭牌上的日期裁记，包括两年内未曾使用过的）必须送有关部门或厂家检测。经检测合格后方可继续使用，以后每年必须送检一次。A dropping test must be carried out at least once in every installation hoist, including the first use, transfer of the site or the

28、hoist after a heavy repair. When the elevator is in normal use, a dropping test is carried out every six months or in accordance with local regulations. Anti falling safety device after leave factory two years (cut down the date in the nameplate , including two years unused) must be sent to the rele

29、vant departments or manufacturers to detect. It can be continue to use after the inspection qualified, the annual inspection must be done.坠落试验方法The way of dropping test注意：坠落试验时，吊笼内不允许有人Notice:There mustnt be anybody while Dropping test.1. 升降机装载额定重量。切断主电源。1.The hoist load rated weight,cut off the mai

30、n power supply.2. 按附图将坠落试验按钮盒接入电控箱内并固紧。2.According to the figure access the dropping test button box to the electric control box and fastening .3. 将坠落试验按钮盒通过门放到地面。要确保坠落试验时电缆线不会被卡住并关闭所有门。3. Put the dropping test button box on the ground though the door.Make sure the wire not be jammed and close all t

31、he doors while testing.4. 合上总电源开关。4.Turn off the main power supply.5. 按坠落试验按钮盒上的“上行”按钮，使吊笼升高到地面10m。5.Press the “up”button in the dropping test button box,Make the cage up to the ground 10m.6. 按“坠落”按钮不松开，吊笼将自由下落。 标定动作时吊笼制动距离0.25-1.4m。（制动距离从听到“哐嘟”声起计算，总下落距离1.2-2.5m）安全器使吊笼制动的同时通过机电联锁断开电源。注意：如吊笼自由下落距地面约

32、3m仍未停止，应立即松开按钮使吊笼制动。然后点动“坠落”按钮使吊笼缓缓落到地面检查原因。6.Press the down button,dont loose, the cage will be fall free. The braking distance of hoisting cage during the calibration movement is 0.25-1.4m. (braking distance calculate from hearing the sound of “bang”, the total fall distance is 1.2-2.5m) At the sa

33、me time safety devices make the cage brake to cut off the power supply by the elector-mechanical interlock . Notice: if the hoist cage has not yet stopped while free fall from the ground about 3M , should release the button to make the cage brake immediately . Then press the down button to make the

34、cage slowly fall to the ground to find the reason. 7. 按“上行”按钮，使吊笼上升0.2m左右。7.Press “up”button,To make the cage up to 0.2m or so.8. 点动“坠落”按钮使吊笼缓缓落到地面。8.Press”down”button to make the cage down to the ground slowly.注意：1.每次点动使吊笼下滑距离不得超过0.2m，否则限速器将再次动作。2. 坠落试验结束切勿忘记拆下坠落试验按钮盒及电线插头。Notice:1.The distance of

35、jog the cage down can not be more than 0.2m each time,or the speed limiter will work again.2.Dont forget to remove the dropping test button box and wire plug after the dropping test. 安全器的调整Safety device adjustment1. 安全器出厂时均已调整好并铅封不准随便拆开。1.The safety devices are well adjusted and sealed before leavin

36、g factory,Not allow to open.2. 在坠落实验时若安全器不正常动作或不在规定的距离制动，应告知厂家查明原因或重新调整。2.When the safety devices works abnormality or work in a irregular distance,please notice the manufacture to find out the reason or re-adjust. 3. 若安全器有异常或损坏应立即停止使用并更换。3.If there is any abnormal or damage of the safety device sho

37、uld stop using and replace it immediately . 4. 安全器动作后，必须调整安全器，使其复原。否则不允许开动升降机。4.After running the safety device,you must adjust it,and reverse it,or you are not allowed to run the hoist. 5. 除坠落实验外，安全器复原前应先查明非正常动作原因，同时需确认：a-电磁制动器工作正常；b-减速机和联轴器工作正常；c-吊笼滚轮对重滑轮正常；d-齿轮与齿条工作正常；e-限速保护开关工作正常。5. Besides the

38、dropping test,You should find out the reason of abnormal action before restoring safety devices,meanwhile confirm:a-Electromagnetic brake operating normally; b-Reducer and shaft coupling working properly;c-counter weight buffer wheel working normally;d- The gear and the rack are working properly;e-S

39、peed limit protection switch working properly. 6. 切断三相开关，按以下顺序使安全器复原:a-拧下外护罩螺钉（1）和（2）；b-拆下内螺丝钉（3）；c-用专用扳手（5）和撬杠（4）松开螺母（7）直到销（6）的末端和安全器末端齐平；d-装上螺钉（3）和盖（2）；e-拆下盖（9）；f-尽量用手拧紧螺柱（8），然后使用工具将螺柱（8）再旋紧30听到限速器内“咕”的声响后必须将螺柱（8）释放到松压位置；g-装上盖（9）；h-接通三相开关，驱动吊笼向上运行20cm使离心块复位，安全器恢复正常。6.Turn off the three phase switc

40、h,Reverse the safety device as following: a-screw down the outer protective cover screw(1)and (2); b-Remove internal screw(3);c-Use the special wrench(5) and crowbar(4)release nut (7) until the end of pin(6)at the same level of the end of the safety device;d-screw on the screw(3)and cap(2);e-remove cap(9);f-Tighten stud(8)by hand as far as possible and then tighten stud(8)30by using tools until you hear a sound of “Goo”,you must release stud(8)to the pressure relief position;g-load cap(9);h-connect the three phase switc
