Thus decrease the waste of material and reduce costIII Packing materialsPacking materials used for this machine are compound materials, e.g. paper/ polyethylene, cellophane/ polyethy

4、lene, nylon/ aluminum-plated/ polyethylene, BOPP thin film, tea filter paper and etc.Packing films are used in rolls, with an outside diameter not more than 300mm. the inside diameter of the roll is 75mm. light spots for position control should be provided between two individual trade marks. The wid

5、th of the each light spot is about 5mm, and its length is about 8mm. the light spots should be clear, and the ink should be equal. The stronger the contrast between the light spots and the base film, the more reliable the control.Take care that no trade mark pattern or other text should be with the

6、side band where the light spots locate when designing the trade mark to prevent mis-triggering of the photo-electric probe.User should make sure the volume of the packaged product before choosing the packing materials. According to the volume of packaged product to make sure the width of the packing

7、 material (twidth of bag), and the distance between trade marks (length of bag). Designing the picture of packing material should after making sure the volume of packed product and the size of packing bag.The total thickness of packing material is between 0.03mm and 0.1mm, which should depend on the

This mechanism is used to adjust the packing speed of machine; its structure is as follow:When adjust speed, first loosen the locknut2, when turning the

13、 handle 1clockwise, the movable wheel 3 moves outward, under the action of spring5 the movable wheel4 on the side of driving wheel press on the V-belt tightly and moves the belt toward the outer edge of belt wheel to increase the speed. When turn the handle1 anticlockwise, the movable wheel 3 presse

14、s on the V-belt so that it against the pressure of spring 5, and moves toward the smaller diameter side to reduce the speed. Lock locknut2 after adjusting.2. Controlling system This machine apply the automatic computer controller, for the use method, please refer to the instruction of the ATM-19 ser

15、ies packing controller. 3. Photoelectrical positioning control systemThe adjustment within 0.5mm is finished by using photoelectrical positioning control system. Photoelectrical positioning control command is given off through two micro-switches controlled by two cams on photoelectric head and main

16、shaft. Photoelectric probe command reflects distance between two light-spots; micro-switch command reflects actual sealing length. When photo-electric probe reflect on light spot, cam rotates to position3, this indicate that a bag length has not achieved. Namely, actual seal length will exceed the d

17、istance between two light-spot, so vertical roll shall be slowed down, and the command is sent from the lower micro-switch.When photo-electric probe reflect on light spot, cam rotates to position2, this indicate that a bag length has achieved. Namely, actual seal length will be less than the distanc

18、e between two light-spot, so vertical roll shall be slowed down, and the command is sent from the upper micro-switch.When photo-electric probe reflect on light spot, cam rotates to position1, this indicate that a bag length has achieved rightly. Namely, actual sealing length will equal the distance

19、between two light-spot, so no adjustment for the speed of vertical is needed. This time. No command is send from upper and lower micro-switch.To realize same step, machine adopts time relay, to change the turning time of reducing motor. i.e. control the increase and decrease of speed of vertical rol

20、l. Rotate the “correction” knob on photo-electrical panel to change the correction.4. Eccentric chain wheel mechanismEccentric chain wheel mechanism is set in machine to keep that the linear circumferential speed of vertical sealing roller match that of the horizontal sealing roller when horizontal

21、sealing roller is performing the sealing when the change of bag length is within a certain range. And the normal operation of the machine is assured.When packing bag size is changed, besides replacing corresponding interval gear, appropriate regulation of eccentric chain wheel is also required. When

22、 adjust, loose fixing locknut ( according to the picture ), rotate adjusting knob, keep certain number(length of packing bag) on the label align with the scale on the shaft, then lock the locknut, then the adjustment is finished. The standard state of eccentric sprocket: Two horizontal sealing rolle

23、rs to be sealed together completely, and becomes the horizontal state, the aperture direction of the adjusting sheath of the eccentric chain wheel (semicircle) faces downward, rotate the belt wheel of the main motor anti-clockwise to keep adjusting screw pole and the middle line of main motor become

28、 a model JY7134 single phase, condenser started motor, with power-rate 370w, voltage 220v, and speed 1450r/m. external power is provided through the power socket at the bottom part of the machine. Turn on the power switch and the power indicator lights up. Turn on the motor switch to start the motor

29、, and the motor indicator light up. The motor is protected by fuse.The function of heaters in the heating sealing system is to heat the temperature of vertical and horizontal sealing rollers up to operating temperature in order to seal the packing material together.To check the correct operation of

30、heaters, a 0-10A heater ammeter is installed on the electrical panel. The rated current of the horizontal and vertical sealing roller is 2.2 A to 2.3A. The total current is 4.4to 4.6A, fuses are provided on both vertical hand horizontal sealer to protect the components in case of circuit failure.An

31、electro-magnetic counter is provided to record the production per shift, the counting is controlled by the close and open of the micro-switch that actuated by the counting cam installed on the main shaft. The counter record one count when the main shat rotate one turn to complete one packs. A counte

32、r switch is set for correct counting. The counter can be reset by its zero reset devices.VIII. operation method1. Operational procedureoil the following parts before operationParts for routine oil: the four supports of horizontal sealing rollersParts for daily oil, cutter clutch, rotating parts made

33、 of copper and copper alloys and parts with relative rotation. Turn on the power switch, the power indicator light up and power can be applied to the heaters for vertical and horizontal sealing roller. adjust the temperature control knob of vertical and horizontal sealing to the required temperature

34、. The temperature depends on the used material and normally is 100-110.Besides; the horizontal sealing and vertical sealing require different temperature. Adjustment should be made according to the conditions of the seal.threads the film as picture 13The length of bag is set by computer to match the

35、 instructed length of the light spot. Firstly survey the length of packing material set by computer, namely, the actual length of bag.In Alignment with the scale of eccentric chain wheel,Deliver the thin film along the guide channel nearby the vertical seal-roller, to justify margins the both sides

36、of thin film, if not, the film will curl when vertical sealing. Check whether the Turntable coupling and cutter coupling is separated. Then connect the motor button the instructing light will light. Deliver the film into vertical sealing roll, operate cut without material to check whether the cement

37、ation is perfect. If the temperature is too low, the film will separate when is pulled; if too high, the surface of heating seal take on white color, not artistic. Attention: its easy to cause trouble, if the temperature is always high, surveying the actual sealing length once more to check whether

38、the set length is appropriate.Connecting the cutter clutch, when it cant cut in the place of set, cut off the motor switch to adjust. (Reference picture 8)Connecting the cutter clutch, adjust the time of feeding to make the packed materials be filled in the bag after the end of horizontal seal, if t

39、he time adjust not good, there will be some powder clamped in the place of heating seal.Putting the packed materials into the hopper After finishing the above steps, the package can be start.2, sequence of shutdown(1) Cut off feeding clutch(2) Cut off cutter clutch(3) Cut off motor switch(4) Cut off

40、 power switch (5) Finish the operation and check and clean3. Attention:1) Observe whether the noise of the machine is harmonious during operation, abnormal noise should be identified rapidly before failure.2) After threading film, the film will be burn if the machine does not start for a long time,

41、and heat of vertical and horizontal sealing rollers is continuous transferred to the film. In such case, turn the three back nuts clockwise to separate the two horizontal rollers and the two vertical rollers each other.3) The surface of the rollers should be cleaned frequently with a brass brush, po

42、lyethylene and dust adhered on the surface of the rollers will cause bad heat sealing. Besides, the tension of the horizontal sealing rollers will decrease and pack in bad.4) Turn off the power switch of machine when performing checking, cleaning or maintenance.5) Never put hand or other objects nea

43、r the horizontal sealing rollers or the cutter during operation.6) The cutter clutch should be disengaged during the period of heat-rollers heat to start. Otherwise, the edges of the cutter will engage each other when machine start.7) Check the fixed part of machine regularly to find whether loose o

44、r Abscission8) The fixed part of machine should be oil Lubricating oil every 2 months, Reduce-gear oil should be replaced after more or less 10 days first time, then replace fresh oil every 2000hours.the oil should be filled up to the middle of Oil gaugeVIIII. Transportation and installmentThe four

45、foot-wheels under machine can be used when transport in Workshop, the ground should be smooth, or will break the foot wheels.After The place of machine being fixed, the four fixed-supporters should be installed firmly to make four wheels leave ground, in case wheels break. Long-distance transportati

46、on, machine should be provided with Packing case, with the aid of four supporters the machine should be fixed in the base plate of packing case, the up part of machine should be fixed, and the upper parts of machine should be braced with soft wooden bars. Soft pads should be place between the contac

47、ting surface of the machine and the bars. The out surface of the packing case should be printed the sign as “no inversion, no Incline, no bump” and other signs of Hoisting methods.VV. Adjustment of mechanism and methods of trouble solution.1, Troubles in mechanism itselfParts of mechanism cant runRe

48、ason1 the contact between the motor and the line is broken t; Connect the broken part. If the motor is in trouble, motor should be changed.Reason2 the fuse is burn out: replace the equal fuseReason3 the screws and keys of gear are loose: tighten the loose key and screws from the motor to the drive a

49、nd check machine in regular step.Reason4 other things falls on gear and rotated parts, the sound of motor is not in coordination, if not cope with, the motor will burn out. So take out it.Reason5, other matters enter into the cutter, two edges of cutter match too tightly: Take out the felled things,

50、 when two edges of the cutter match too tightly, the gap should be aid appropriately. Rotated trouble of horizontal sea -roll Reason; the ZHOU CHENG of the heat-roll does not oil in time, so cause it burn out and cause the operation of the fixed Lock-ring and key of gear. Oil should be injected on t

51、he heat-roll. The lock-ring and key should be fixed again.2, Troubles of turntable the packed powder is sealed in the heating seal place. Reason: the time of filling and sealing is not in coordination.Solution: The gears that connect with turntable are the second gear, push the second gear to change

52、 the joint of gears, which keep the bag without powder when seal. The ideal adjustment is that fill the powder into bag after finishing the horizontal seal. Do not touch after adjustment. Wrong operation after having already done the bag adjustment operationMalfunctions once more Reason: the fix of

53、turntable is not good, the key and screws are loose or the fixed place is not right. Or the switch of turntable does not work well.Repair and adjustment: fix the turntable in the right place and fix the key and screws again. After adjusting the on-off mechanism of switch in the right place, fix the

54、switch. Besides, when fill small granules or the different proportion of mixture into bag, more time is needed. So powder will enter the place of seal. The speed of packing should be lowed to match the quality of packed powder3, Trouble of cutter cut off not film:Reason1, the adjustment of gap betwe

55、en drive knife and Static knife is not goodMethods of adjustment: there are two short screw bolts outside of cutter which can pull tightly and two long screw bolt inside which can press tightly. When the edge of drive cutter approach static cutter, the friction between the two knifes cut off film. T

56、he best gap between the cutters is 1/100mm,Two up part of knifes contact slightly and keep them parallel. When adjust, cutter coupling should be push film should be delivered between two cutters with hand and be cut off. Cutter coupling should pull out.Reason2, The edge of cutter is dilapidated.Grin

57、ds with Oilstone when the dilapidation is slight, if serious, repair with Grinder.Reason3, the installment of cutter is not good; the operation of cutter coupling is not good. The orientate-key is separatedSolution: check every part. And fix again.4, Trouble of horizontal seal-rollPlace of seal is not good:Reason: the adjustment of heat is not good, the pressure of push-spring is not enough or the pressure is not equal.Methods of adjustm
