Far fewer are aware of Saint-Exuperys other writings, novels and short stories. 2. Saint-Exupery was a fighter pi

11、lot who fought against the Nazis and was killed in action. Before World War , he fought in the Spanish Civil War against the fascists. However, he is probably best known for his fantasy, The Little Prince (1943)

13、. In the story, a young prince from a distant planet tells the author of his experiences as he wandered among the planets seeking wisdom. The Little Prince, like Saint-Exuperys other major writings, reflects his regard for human values and his opposition to all abuses of the human spirit. LOGO Unit6
