1、analysis of new english curriculum standard in a specific lesson planning摘要:英语在当今社会日趋国际化,很多国家将英语列入中学必修课中。在中国,人们对英语的重视程度远远超过别的非英语国家。在英语不断普及中小学课程的同时,中国的专家和教师不断反思英语在中国的教育。本文作者将通过对具体教案的分析来解读中学学科课程标准。关键字:英语课程标准、教案topic:i want to be an actor class: grade 7time:45minlesson objectives:1).learn some words ab

10、skills and advise them to practice more.1. introduction english plays an irreplaceable role in the world today and it is used by a large number of people in china.therefore,it is made a compulsory course in middle school of china.many experts and educators try to seek a good way to teach english and
11、 they made adjustments for english curriculum.the author of this paper would analyze english curriculum standard in a specific lesson planning.2.analysis of english curriculum2.1general analysis of the lesson planningthe fundamental aim of the new curriculum is to develop students comprehensive lang
12、uage competence.the five general objectives are language skills,language knowledge,attitudes to learning,learning strategies and cultural awareness.in this lesson planing,the author tried to integrate this five objectives together.for example,this class included listening,speaking,writing in order t
13、o develop students language skills.one of the most important objectives was to teach students how to talk about jobs using these sentence structures”what do you do? im an actor.”“what do you want to be? i want to be an actor.”and the words about jobs.2.2 specific analysisfrom the very beginning of t
14、he class,the author would play a video and students are asked to think about several questions.the function of the video is leading the topic and establish a scene for this class.then the author would explain the language knowledge this class.(”a language course base on pronunciation, vocabulary,and
15、 grammar ,or on the more “communicative” categories of topic and function.however, the most effective teaching and learning result from the combination of all.”)therefore,the author put the vocabulary and grammar into the topic so that students could memory the vocabulary and practice the grammar by
16、 making up conversation.next the author organized some activities.the aim of these activities is not only a development of students speaking,but also a good way to be familiar with the knowledge and intrigue students interest in learning english.”activities must benefit the development of students l
17、anguage knowledge,language skills and ability to use language for real communication.” another advantage was to develop their spirit of cooperation with others and cultivate their courage and determination to solve problem,help them to know his own advantages and disadvantages.”activities should mak
18、e students gather,process,and use information,using information,using english to communicate with others in order to develop their ability to use english to solve real problems.the last activity of this part is listening.students will listen the conversations for twice.during the first listening,stu
19、dents are asked to number the pictures.during the second listening,students are asked to complete a chart.listening is a big problem for middle students,but it is very significant for their english learning.for the middle school students, they can understand stories and narrative spoken at natural s
20、peed and take simple notes about what is heard.therefore,during the first listening,they can connect the pictures with what they are listening easily.completing the chart is a little difficult for them,so teacher need to teach them strategies of listening and tell them how to write down the useful i
21、nformation.strategy is very important for students,especially students who do not how to study.it will help them in the later study and they can study by themselves after being familiar with the strategy.the second part was reading.reading is a significant part to improve students english. they coul
22、d not only get some information from the text but also could increase their learning.however, sometimes reading is kind of difficult for middle school students. therefore,i chose several easy and interesting newspaper ads for students and they could read with questions.before this part,they have had
23、 a deep understanding about jobs,so it would be easy for them.”an integration occurs in reading that combines the words on the printed page with the readers background knowledge and experience.”in my lesson planning, the first part can be the background knowledge for the students. although students
24、do not have or experienced a job,they must know many jobs from the people around them.besides,most of them may have their favorite actor or actress and they may want to be an actor or actress,so they are very familiar with this topic and the reading is not difficult for them.another advantage of thi
25、s reading is that students could get some information from it and know about ads.the last part is review and assigning homework.review can help students to strengthen the knowledge they learned this class and give them a frame so that they can review after class.the homework is writing a short passage about their dream.middle students can write a short passage about themselves or describe a pi
