3、、普通词的专业性、简约性和繁复性等特点。v特点：v(1)多用专业词汇，如:stock(n.)存货repeat order重复订购confirmed L/C(n.)保兑信用证；v(2)用语简洁，在口语和书面语中，尽量避免拖沓、繁琐的语言。句式的特点是长句多，被动语态使用频繁。 1一词多译及专业术语：商务英语中词汇的翻译要根据前后搭配、上下文的联系准确选择。v 如premium这个词有如下的汉译：a保险费；b额外费用，附加费c超出平常价，溢价。同一个词，由于语境不同，其词义可千差万别。v 有商务含义的普通词和复合词和缩略词语：如价格常用术语FOB，CIF有其特定的专业内容，又如C.W.O定货付款；

4、B/L提货单；L/C信用证；C.O.D货到付现；W.P.A水渍险；blue chip蓝筹股、绩优股；bad debt呆账 2长句的处理：商务英语中长句的构成成分主要是定语从句和状语从句。要翻译好这些长句，不能受原文长句结构的影响，应该将译文的结构作相应的调整。3词类转译：词类转译是国际商务翻译中常见的译词技巧。常见的有名词与动词、介词与动词的互相转译。在商务英语翻译中，有时会遇到某些词在词典上难以找到贴切具体上下文词义，如生搬硬套，译文往往语意不清，甚至导致误解。 4. 词量增减：适当增词、减词，平衡断句与并句的关系英汉语句子结构、表达方式、修辞手段不尽，所以为使译文更加精练，更符合汉语表达，
