2、报告无报告人、审核人、批准人签章无效。4 、报告涂改、换页无效,无骑缝章无效。5 、对送样委托检测,检测报告仅对来样负责。6、对检测报告若有异议,应于收到报告之日起十五日内向检测单位提出。医疗中心医院建设工程纯地下室静载荷试验、动力触探检测一、前言我公司受XXX的委托,于年 月 日至 日对XXX工程纯地下室的振冲碎石桩桩体进行了动力触探检测;于年 月 日至 月 日进行了单桩复合地基静载荷试验。检测目的:通过静载试验,模拟建筑物地基的实际受荷条件,测定振冲碎 石桩复合地基的承载力特征值和变形参数。通过动力触探,对桩体进行评价, 判定地基振冲碎石桩桩体的施工质量。现根据试验数据和资料综合分析提交试
3、验报告。二、检测规范、原理建筑地基处理技术规范(JGJ79-2012);岩土工程勘察规范(GB50021-2001 2009版);四川省建筑地基基础检测技术规程 (DBJ51/T014-2013)。1、静载荷试验:采用正方形承压板,压板面积为1.14m2,由千斤顶反力加荷,精密百分表测量沉降。根据沉降计算各测点承载力特征值。试验加荷共分 8 级,每级加荷后立即读记一次沉降量,以后每隔 30min 观测一次,每级荷载的 维持时间均不得少于 1.5 小时,稳定标准为每小时的沉降量小于 0.1mm。2、桩体检测:采用SH 30型钻机及NI20动探配套设备,使用超重型动力触 探,依据NI20每10cm
4、贯入的锤击数对振冲碎石桩桩体进行评价,判定成桩质量, 其检测深度应与地基处理的深度相同。三、工程慨述该工程地基基础由xxx公司设计。地基采用振冲碎石桩复合地基,桩径 为900mm桩距I.I5m,排距0.996m,设计要求加固处理后地基承载力特征值 fspk250kPa,压缩模量 已I5MPa振冲碎石桩地基施工由xxx公司承担。 由xxx公司监理。四、工程地质概况拟建场地位于 市。本次勘察表明,拟建场地勘探深度范围内的地层主要 由第四系人工填土层(Q4ml)杂填土、素填土、第四系全新统(Q4al+pl )冲洪积层 粉质粘土、粉土、中砂和卵石层组成。地层从上至下描述如下:(I-I )杂填土( Q4
5、ml):杂色;松散;干燥稍湿;由混凝土块、砖瓦、卵 石等建筑垃圾组成,含少量粘性土。该层场地内均有分布,类型为新近堆积填 土,层厚 0.20m-0.50m 左右。( I-2 )素填土( Q4 ):褐灰、褐黄色;稍密;稍湿;以粘土为主,含少量 植物根茎。该层场地广泛分布,堆积年限 5年。层厚 0.20m-I.40m 。(2-I )粉质粘土( Q4al+pl ) : 褐黄色灰黑色 , 可塑;干强度中等,韧性中等,稍有光泽,无摇震反应,含少量铁锰质氧化物。该层场地分布较广泛,层厚 1.60-4.30m(2-2 )粉土( Qal+pl ):浅黄色褐黄色,松散-稍密,湿。含铁锰质氧化物, 夹薄层粉砂,无
6、光泽、干强度较低、韧性低、摇震反应中等。该层于场地内分 布较广泛,层厚 0.30-2.20m 。( 3)中砂( Q4al+pl ):褐灰色、黄色;湿;结构松散;以长石、石英为主, 岩屑次之,云母及黏粒颗粒少量。层厚 0.40m-2.10m。( 4)卵石( Q4 ):褐黄、黄灰色等,湿 - 饱和。主要以花岗岩、砂岩及石 英岩等组成,中微风化,一般粒径 210cm大者可达20cm以上,隙间充填 砂、圆砾及少量粘性土;据 N120 动探试验,卵石层密实度可分为松散、稍密、中 密、密实四个亚层。五、检测的仪器设备1 、千斤顶: 150703#、150707#、 040219#、040220#2、 0.

8、3100 根,振冲碎石桩复合地基静载试验按 总桩数的 1%抽取且每个单体工程不少于 3 点;桩体动探按总桩数的 3%抽取,桩 间土动探按总桩数的 2%抽取。本次选点由委托方、设计方、监理方在现场根据场地的开挖的地质情况及建筑的荷载要求共同确定31个静载试验点、124个桩体动探点,62个桩间土动探点。选点原则:1、一般情况下在整个施工场地内均匀布置试验点;2、当施工场地地质条件变化较大时,应在较差地段布置试验点;3、在基础荷载较大或对变形敏感部位布置检测点。七、检测结果1、通过试验各静载点承载力特征值按规定取s/d=0.01所对应的荷载,其值不应大于最大加载荷载的一半,贝y:检测点检测结果统计表
