8、a) Make sure that the door-damper and emergency-operation cylinderis DISARMED (Ref. 12、with burr-strip (Velcro)- Procedure 2 : with dual-lock re-closable fastener-strip- Procedure 3 : with spring loaded bolts.The three different procedure are not interchangeable.More force is necessary to open the dual-lock re-closable fastener-strips, than to open the burr-strips. You hear a click wh

THIS PREVENTS ACCIDENTAL

18、:- DISCHARGE OF THE INFLATION RESERVOIR- DEPLOYMENT OF THE ESCAPE-SLIDEWHICH CAN CAUSE INJURY AND/OR DAMAGE. 警告：确保安全/锁销组件正确地装在充气瓶的调节活门组件上。锁销用于防止下面情况造成的损坏或毁坏：- 充气瓶的意外释放- 撤离滑梯意外放出。(a) Remove the lock pin (18) from the pocket (75) on the soft-cover (12) of the pack-assembly (9).从折叠组件折叠包组件(9)软盖(12)上的口袋(

19、75)中拆下锁销（18）。(b) Install the lock pin (18) in the regulator valve assembly (19). 把锁销(18)装在调节活门组件(19)上。(3) Get access to the girt bar (10) and the floor fittings (26): XXXXX 接近系杆(10)和地板接头(26)：CAUTION : DO NOT OPEN THE PASSENGER/CREW DOOR. IF YOU DO, YOU WILL START THE SEQUENCE OF STEPS THAT PULLS THE

20、 INFLATABLE ASSEMBLY OUT OF THE PACK-ASSEMBLY. 告诫：不要打开旅客/机组门，否则将会把可充气组件从折叠组件折叠包组件里拉出来。(a) Remove the SAFETY PIN - SLIDE ARMING (98D52103500000) (4) and movethe emergency control-handle (3) to the ARMED/AUTOMATIC position.取下滑梯待命安全销(98D52103500000) (4)，并将应急控制手柄(3)移置“ARMED/AUTOMATIC”位。(b) Carefully lif

21、t the door with the door control-handle (2). 小心地用舱门控制手柄(2)抬起舱门。(c) Hold the door and do not let it open fully. 保持舱门防止舱门完全打开。(d) Remove the girt bar (10): 拆下系杆(10)：CAUTION : DO NOT PULL THE GIRT ASSEMBLY. IF YOU DO, YOU WILL OPEN THE PACK ASSEMBLY. 告诫：不要拉动系杆组件，否则将打开折叠组件折叠包组件。1 Push the spring pawls (

22、29), to release the girt bar (10). 推弹簧棘爪(29)以松开系杆(10)。2 Pull the girt bar (10) inboard and away from the floor fittings (26). 向内拉系杆(10) 并与地板接头(26)脱离。3 Put the girt bar (10) on the cabin floor, inboard of the floor fittings (26). 将系杆(10)放在地板接头(26)内侧的客舱地板上。(e) Carefully lower the door and lock it with

23、 the door control-handle (2). 小心地放下舱门并用控制手柄(2)锁住舱门。(f) Set the emergency control-handle (3) to the DISARMED/MANUAL position, and install the SAFETY PIN - SLIDE ARMING (98D52103500000) (4).把应急控制手柄(3)置于“DISARMED/MANUAL”位置，并装上滑梯待命安全销(98D52103500000) (4)。(4) Remove the pack-assembly (9) from the door: X

24、XXXX 从舱门上拆下折叠组件折叠包组件(9)：(a) Remove the top attachments of the pack-assembly (9) with one ofthe two procedures:选用两个程序中的一个程序拆下折叠组件折叠包组件(9)的上部连接件。(b) Procedure 1: 程序1：1 Hold the pack-assembly (9). 支撑住折叠组件折叠包组件(9)。2 Pull the PULL handles (44), to disengage the quick-release latches (43)from the mounting

25、 pins (42).拉“PULL”手柄(44)以从安装销(42)上脱开快卸锁(43)。(c) Procedure 2: 程序2：1 Loosen the link nut (46). 松开连接螺帽(46)。2 Remove the attach-link (48) and PULL handle (47), from the stud assembly (45). 从螺栓组件(45)上拆下连接环(48)和“PULL”手柄(47)。3 Keep the attach-link (48) and PULL handle (47), with the pack-assembly (9). 把连接环

26、(48)和“PULL”手柄(47)与折叠组件折叠包组件(9)保存在一起。4 Hold the pack-assembly (9). 支撑折叠组件折叠包组件(9)。5 Remove the stud assemblies (45) with the ALLEN KEY 5/32 IN(49) from the door. 用5/32英寸艾伦内六角扳手(49)把螺栓组件(45)从舱门上拆下。NOTE : The allen key (49) must go through the wire loop (50).注：艾伦内六角扳手(49)必须穿过线环(50)。6 Keep the stud asse

27、mblies (45) with the pack-assembly (9). 把螺栓组件(45)与折叠组件折叠包组件(9)保存在一起。NOTE : The wire that you can see through the heat shrink sleeve must correctly attach to the stud assembly (45). If the wire does not attach correctly, you must not use the stud assembly (45) for the next installation.注： 确保通过热收缩套的可见

28、导线必须正确地与螺栓组件（45）连接。如果导线没有正确连接，不能使用螺栓组件（45）进行之后的安装。(d) Tilt the pack-assembly (9) inboard on the supports (14), and hold it. 倾斜折叠组件折叠包组件(9)向内落到支撑(14)上，并支撑折叠组件折叠包组件(9)。(e) Disconnect the electrical connector(15): 断开电接头(15)： CAUTION : DO NOT USE ABRASIVES OR ABRASIVE TOOLS TO CLEAN, DISCONNECT OR CONNE

29、CT THE ELECTRICAL CONNECTOR. ABRASIVES OR ABRASIVE TOOLS WILL CAUSE DAMAGE TO THE CORROSION PROTECTION OF THE ELECTRICAL CONNECTOR. 告诫：不能使用打磨用具清洁、断开或连接电接头。打磨用具会损坏电接头的防腐层。1 FOR 7500MM: 2871VC-A.
