2、3103714181 传真 (Fax):+86-371-86156588邮编(Post code):450003 E-mail:fieldtian327 网址(Web site): 一、应用概述 LW500×1000N卧式螺旋卸料沉降离心机,是主要用于对石油钻井液进行固液分离的专用设备。该机是在吸收国内外离心机优点的基础上,根据我国石油钻井高速发展,需要大处理量的离心机而开发的新产品。该机在轻质泥浆系统中最大处理量为60m3/h。在加重泥浆体系中处理量应适当降低,在加重泥浆体系中能快速地回收重晶石等加重成分,迅速降低泥将比重。在钻深井、复杂井时能快速有效的清除有害固相,它与高速离心机

3、配套组合使用能收到更加理想的效果。同时,该机还具有对物料适应性强,连续运行,操作简单,安装方便,运行费用低,占用面积小等显著优点。主机外形如图一所示。本机属沉降型,是利用沉降原理对悬浮液中的固液相进行分离。悬浮液由进料管进入螺旋推料器经加速器加速后进入转鼓,在离心力的作用下固相被抛向转鼓内壁。螺旋叶片将固相沉渣推向转鼓小端,从排渣口排出。较轻的液相,则在转鼓内环不断被沉清,流向转鼓大端,由溢流口排出。如此不断进行,达到了固液相连续分离的目的。主机结构如图二所示。二、主要技术参数项 目单 位技 术 参 数转鼓直径mm500转鼓长度mm1000转鼓转速r/min1700分离因素Fr809D50(分

5、主皮带轮将动力传至转鼓。副电机通过付皮带轮将动力传至差速器与第一级太阳轮相联。各主要部件的详细结构如下:1.转鼓:由圆柱段和圆锥段筒体组成,左端是转鼓的大端轴、差速器及联接盘、副电机皮带轮。右端是小端轴、主电机皮带轮及进料管等。在转鼓的圆柱段和圆锥段内壁上焊有筋条片,以防止物料周向打滑。圆锥段的小锥端周向开有排渣口,固相由此排出。转鼓大端轴上设有溢流口,可通过调节溢流板位置,控制排出液相的澄清度。主电机皮带轮和差速器联接盘分别用键与大小端轴相联。2.螺旋推料器:螺旋推料器主要由简体柱段、物料加速器、隔板、螺旋叶片等焊接组合,以及两端的轴、轴套和轴承等组成。推料螺旋体上的螺带为单头右旋,螺带的柱

6、锥端推料面上喷焊钨铬硬质合金;以达到最佳的处理效果。推料螺旋器由花键轴与差速器内花键相联。由于差速器的作用,使它与转鼓间存在一定转速差,达到推出固相物料的目的。3.传动机构:由主、副电机(电机均为隔爆型)、液力偶合器、主副皮带轮、外转鼓左右主轴承、行星齿轮差速器等组成。差速器是离心机中,最重要、最精密的部件(差速器传动示意如图三所示)。该差速器采用2KH型式的两级行星齿轮传动。太阳轮、行星轮均进行硬化处理,具有较高的承载能力。4.整机的保护措施为了保护主机能安全运行,该机采取了多重保护措施:(1) 皮带轮式液力偶合器具有负载起动平稳、隔振、隔冲击、改善电机起动性能和过载保护等特点。皮带轮式液力

7、偶合器,它直接安装在主电机输出轴上。电动机带动泵轮旋转,通过液力传递,使涡轮也逐渐旋转起来,它是利用侧辅腔与工作腔中静压平衡关系来调节充液量。侧辅腔有较大容积,腔内液体以泵轮和涡轮的平均速度旋转,其离心力与工作腔中的液压力相平衡。在额定工况下,因涡轮转速接近泵轮转速,故侧辅腔中液体旋转速度高,离心力大,平衡后的液面半径为Rl,当载荷增大,涡轮转速降低时,侧辅腔内液体旋转速度也降低。离心力减小,静压头减小,工作腔中的一部分液体流入侧辅腔,这时侧辅腔的液面半径为R2,由于工作腔中的液体减少致使液力偶合器的能容减小,从而起到了限矩作用。另一方面,由于离心机具有很大的转动惯量,在生产过程中超负荷运转时

8、,泵轮和涡轮的转速差加大,内部工作液的温度便升高,若过载时间长,工作液温度升高到125时,易熔塞中的合金熔化,工作油喷出,偶合器便停止工作,使电机卸载,从而达到保护离心机的目的。(2) 扭矩过载保护装置安装在差速器输入轴端。离心机由于物料的变化或进料控制不当,易于发生堵料而使螺旋卸料器工作扭矩增大,甚至造成机器损坏。在此情况下该保护装置中牙嵌凸轮中的钢球在过载力的作用下从压盖的传力孔中滑出,在蝶形弹簧组弹力作用下,继续滑至压盖的最低处,即牙嵌凸轮向左移动6mm,其牙嵌凸轮脱开付皮带轮的传力销,付皮带轮处于空转状态,从而,保护了差速器和螺旋推料器不至损坏。同时,牙嵌轮向左移时,使自控系统动作,切

9、断所有控制电源,使整机得到保护。四、安装与调整 1、主机安装应放置水平,平整,无需用地脚螺钉固定。 2、出渣口设计有进行重力直接排放的通道;出液口另外还配有可拆式的360°旋转的管道,可根据用户的需要自行决定。 3、在设备四周应有足够的工作空间,便于操作。 4、在离心机的操作面设有清水阀进入管和控制阀,供清洗转鼓和排渣口稀释装置使用,安装时应装清水管线。 6、调节主电机固定螺钉,使皮带松紧合适。 7、接通电源,分别启动主副电机,使其转向同主轴承座上的标向一致。 8、空车运转2小时后,检查离心机各联接部件是否松动,皮带松紧是否适度,差速器、液力偶合器是否漏油,轴承是否发热等并即时进行调

10、整处理后再运转。9、该机设有可进行无级调节的溢流板,根据钻井液(泥浆)变化的需要,进行溢流半径和液池深度的调整,其原理是:如溢流半径增大,则液池深度减小,以提高处理后排渣的干度(其输渣功率增加、处理量相应减小);如溢流半径减小,则液池深度增大,会降低处理后排渣的干度(其输渣功率减小、处理量相应增加);五、操作与使用 1、开机前的准备工作: ·检查各联接部件是否松动,各运动件是否卡阻及异常。 ·检查电路系统各线接点是否可靠。 ·检查差速器,液力偶合器是否有漏油现象,各轴承是否应加润滑脂。 ·清水阀、进料阀应处于关闭。 ·各项检查合格后方可开机。

11、2、开机顺序 ·先启动付电机至转速正常,再开主电机至运转正常。 ·主付电机运转正常空转10分钟后,启动进料泵电机至运转正常,然后逐渐打开进料阀,达到所需排量。切勿突然大量进料或超出离心机的允许处理量,以免机器发生故障。·机器运转2小时后,检查主轴承温升不得高于35。·如有剧烈振动或其它不正常的现象,应立即切断电源,停止进料,关闭进料泵和进料阀:开启清水阀,清洗转鼓和螺旋推料器。如发现排渣口出现排渣流动不畅,请用排渣口稀释装置冲洗。3、关机顺序·先停进料泵,逐渐关闭进料阀。·打开清水阀,离心机继续运转10-15分钟。观察溢流口流液较清,

12、排渣口再不排渣时可关闭清水阀,停主电机。·停副电机,并断开主电源e4、注意事项·操作人员应严格遵守操作规程,并经培训和辅导后方可正式操作使用。·开机时,绝对不允许打开转鼓外壳及皮带防护罩,以避免发生事故。·冬季停机后或停机时间校长时,一定要打开转鼓外壳,卸下转鼓上的放水螺栓,放尽余水以防冻结。·当泥浆粘度较小,密度为1.05-1.2时处理量为30-60m3/h。当泥浆比重大于1.2时一定要适当减少进料量,以免引起离心机过载。六、维护与保养1、轴承润滑:该离心机共有四个润滑点:两主轴承,和螺旋推料器的两个支承轴承,用2号锂基润滑脂,每运转100小

13、时加一次油。主轴承加油时,须打开轴承下方的放污油螺栓,加油量为润滑脂溢出为止,螺旋推料器轴承用黄油枪压注10次即可。2、差速器润滑:差速器在冬季选用N22号双曲线齿轮油,夏季选用N28号双曲线齿轮油。新差速器的跑合期为150小时,到时必须更换新油,加注新油前应多次用柴油彻底清洗差速器内腔。以后每运转500小时应按上述方法更换新油,加油时应用100目滤网过滤。150小时应清洗磁塞上吸附的铁屑或杂物。每次加油量检查方法是:加油后将加油孔转至与水平呈45度角左右时,油刚好外溢,则表示油已加足(绝对不允许加满) 。3、液力偶合器用油:液力偶合器一般加20号或30号透平油,加油量最多不能超过容积80,最

14、少不得少于60。每运转5000小时必须更换新油,加油时需经100目的滤网过滤。4、另件拆装时,应作对装记号:装配的平面和接触面应光洁,无毛刺,更不得有异物。各螺钉、螺帽应拧紧,否则会破坏整机平衡,引起振动。5、拆装滚动轴承时不得用金属棒猛击,以免影响轴承精度或损坏轴承。拆装密封件时,要特别小心,不能碰伤密封面。 6、机器运转时应经常检查主轴承温度,听机器运转、观察溢流、排渣是否正常,并即时排除或停机处理。七、故障及排除方法故 障原 因排 除 方 法电机无法启动1、控制线路断路或元件损坏2、电机损坏1、接通电路或更换元件2、更换电机机器振动剧烈1、螺旋叶片间,简体内沉渣未清洗干净干后结牢。2、轴

24、bearing housings horizontally.The screw conveyor is installed in the rotary drum with deep groove ball bearing and tapered roller bearing. The main motor is connected with the fluid coupling by bell wheel. The differential casa is mounted on the left shaft of the bowl and is connected to the screw c

25、onveyor with mating splines. The main motor drives the fluid coupling and then drives the screw conveyor while the secondary motor drives the differential case. The structure of main components is described as the following:3.1 The bowlThe bowl is composed of a cylindrical section and a conical sect

26、ion. The large-end shaft, differential,coupling plate and belt roller of secondary motor are at the left end.The small-end shaft,belt roller of main motor and feeding pipe are at the right end.The sludge is discharged through the discharge ports in the conical small-end,while the slurry flow out fro

27、m discharge holes in the conical large-end. The pulley of main motor and the flange of gearbox are connectecl with the large-end and the small-end respectiely. Also there is a hole for bowl cleaning. In the connection of the cylindrical and conical section there is a hole through which the conveyors

28、 wear can be measured.3.2 The screw conveyorThe conveyor comprises conveyor boby,left spline hub,right spline hub,left bearing and right bearing etc. The conveyor is connected with the differential case by mating splines. So the conveyor and the bowl rotated in different speed, thetefore the sludge

29、is discharged.3.3 The differential caseThe differential is the most important and the precisest components of the decanter. It is comprise two 2K-H planetary gears,the inner wheel is connected with the bowl through a flange and rotates with the bowl synchronously.The shaft of the first-stage sun whe

30、el is drived by the secondary motor.After decelerated the two-stage planetary gear,the conveyor is drived througeh the spline hub.3.4 Safety componentsFluid coupling It is mainly composed of motor shaft,impeller,turbo pump and sheave etc.The coupling transfers the power with hydraulic,starts steadil

31、y even with load and improves the motors starting performance, prevents the motors from overloading and keeps torsional vibration and shock apart.When the fluid is charged into the coupling,the motor drives the impeller,and so the fluid grains rotate with the impeller,eventually the power is transfe

32、rred.The rotary inertia of the decanter is very high.when the decanter operate overloading,relative movement between the turbo pump and impeller is increasing,temperature of the fluid is rising, if overloading for a along time,temperature is greater than 125°C,a fusible alloy in the fusible plu

33、g will melt and the oil is dumped. This will unload the motor before any damage is done.Torque limiter If the decanter will overload or mud plugging because of improper feed concentration and rate, so that the trogue of the conveyor will increases and the decanter is damaged. The torque limiter is m

34、ounted on the input shaft of the differential case. When the discharge torgue of the conveyor is greater than the output torque of differential case,small steel balls in the cap will slide out the hood, and then slide into the bottom of the hood acted on by belleville springs, the cap moves left for

35、 6mm. The secondary pulley rotates idlely for protecting the differential case and the conveyor. At the same time the auto-control sysem switchs all the power off to protect the decanter.Let the bowl rotate without any feed for 10minutes. After the speed is normal, feed the fluid into the decanter.S

36、tart feedding pump and then open the feed valve slowly until required quantiy is fed. Dont feed suddenly with numerous fluid.After 2hours operation, measure the temperature rise of the main bearings,it should be less than 35.If violent vibration and other abnormal phenomenon exist, cut off the power

37、,open the water valve to flush the bowl and converyor.Do not inspect the decanter until the power is cutted off.4. Installation and adjustment 4.1 The powerlines and controllines should be installed horizontally,and fixed with body bolt.4.2 The solid outlet and the liquid outlet should be connected

38、flexibly to the pipes respectively.4.3 The powerline and contrlline should be hanged in the air.4.4 Around the unit, there should be adequate space for operation.4.5 Connect a clean pipe to clean valve for cleaning the bowl.4.6 Adjust the bolt under the base of motor to make the belt in proper tight

39、ness.4.7Power on, start the main motor and the secondary motor respectively,check their rotating direction be accor whih the index in the main bearing housing.4.8 Restar the motor, check whether there is vibration and noise. Be sure all the fault were remedied.After idle operation for 2 hours, check

40、 all the connecting components loosened or not, belts loosenness or not,the oil in the differential case and fluid couplings increased or not.5. Operation5.1 Preparation for startupCheck all the bolts.Check the belt tension:When rotating the bowl by hand,there should be no abnormal noises, phenomena

41、 and no friction.Check lubricationIncluding the oil level in the bearing housing, gearbox and the fluid coupling.Make sure the electrical system is flame-proof.Close the feeding valve 5.2 Startup Start the secondary motor,check whether the rotating direction is right.After the secondary motot runs n

42、ormally, start the main motor and check its rotating direction.Let the bowl roate without any feed for 10 minutes,after the speed is normal,introduce fluid into the decanter.Start feeding pump and then open the feeding valve slowly until required quantity is fed, dont feed suddenly with numerous flu

43、id.After 2 hours operation, measure the temperature rise of the main bearings,it should be less than 35.If violent vibration and other abnormal phenomenon exist, cut off the power,stop feeding,shutdown the feeding pump and close the feed valve,and then open the clean water valve to flush the bowl an

44、d conveyor.Do not inspect the decanter until the power is cutted off.5.3 Shut downShut off the feeding pump by pushing button SB4 and close the feeding valve slowly.Open the water valve and let the decanter continue rotating for 10-15 minutes.Push button SB5 to stop the main and secondary motor.6. A

45、ttention rules 6.1 After shutdown in winter, open the bowl cover, remove the water plug from the bowl to draw off left water, or else the left water will be frozen.This will cause failure even damage to the decanter.6.2 Before startup in winter,rotate the pulley or open the cover then rotate the bow

46、l by hand.Check whether theres something frozen, heat and thaw it with steam or others, rotate the bowl untill it rotates freely.7. Maintenance7.1 Operators must obey the rules and regulations.Do not allow them to operate the decanter until they are trained and understand the structure, performance,

47、 operating procedure and specifications well.7.2 Do not operate the decanter until it is property mounted.7.3 Do not operate the decanter unless the cover is closed and clamps and clamping devices are tightened.7.4 Operators should check the motors current, temperature rise of main bearings,and afte

48、r shutdown, check the belts tension, temperaure rise of gearbox and oil level of gearbox and couplings.7.5 LubricationLubrication of main bearings and conveyor bearings The bearings should be lubricated every 100 hours of operation with No.2 lithium base grease.Grease vent holes of main bearings loc

49、ate in housings and conveyor bearings,in the left and right shaft of the bowl. Lubrication of gearbox Lubricate gearbox with hyperbola gear oil No.22 or No.28.The gearbox oil should be changed after the first 150 hours operation of a new gearbox,and metallic particles accumulated on the magnetic plu

50、gs should be flushed. Then change the oil after every 500 hours operation,gearbox capacity is 2 liters.The oil should be filtered with a 80-100 mesh screen. Oil level should be checked when the plugs are approx-mately 45% oil horizontal.Proper greasing is obtained when excess grease comes out the ve

51、nt holes Lubrication of coupling Lubricate the coupling with turbine oil No.20 or No.30.The oils should be checked or changed after 5000 hours operation.7.6 Make sure that the parts are marked for facilitate disassemble and reassembe.The mating surface and contact surface should be smooth and clean.

52、Screw on the bolts tightly to prevent vibration owing to unbalance .7.7 When disassemble the bearings, do no beat with metal substance, to ensure precise and no damage.7.8 Be careful of the seal ring,the seal surface shouldnt be knocked.8.
