2、的；但为邵主席也指出了课 堂中缺少对同学的夸奖和激励的缺点,这就让同学在课堂上就有所“惧怕”,跟老师产生了 “隔阂 ”,就会挫伤同学参加课堂活动的爱好,那课堂的有效性就难以最大效益的发挥；于为其次节课, 我对于那些积极回答疑题的同学进行了大力的夸奖,果真同学的学习心情更加高涨,参加课堂的积极性大大提高,课下的作业完成的也更加杰出；正如邵主席所说的,同学惧怕老师,为惧怕老师的评判权；赐予同学正面的评判,勉励 同学,就能最大限度调动同学的积极性；针对于课堂的任何一个细节的有效性,邵主席也一一做出了点评； 让我熟悉到,一堂课不仅要设计的合理,更要处理的得当,每一步骤都 要有特定的处理方法,适合于哪一
