1、精选学习资料 - - - 欢迎下载高中英语老师课堂行为的有效性which english ?主要叙述了不同国家间英语的差异;针对这一内容,我把本课设为reading and writing、目的为让同学能读懂课文.了解不同国家间英语的差异.正确懂得文章作者的观点和态度; 以此依据本模块的写作要求写一篇短文,陈述对有关语言问题的观点; 我校工会主席,山东省英语特级老师邵淑红老师以生本训练的理念, 针对课堂的有效性对本节课做了评判;第一,作为老师,基本功要扎实,作为英语老师,口语水平必需要不断的提高;授课有激情,有“煽动性 ”,用自己的口语去 “震动 ”同学,用对课堂的热忱去感染同学,这为值得确定

2、的;但为邵主席也指出了课 堂中缺少对同学的夸奖和激励的缺点,这就让同学在课堂上就有所“惧怕”,跟老师产生了 “隔阂 ”,就会挫伤同学参加课堂活动的爱好,那课堂的有效性就难以最大效益的发挥;于为其次节课, 我对于那些积极回答疑题的同学进行了大力的夸奖,果真同学的学习心情更加高涨,参加课堂的积极性大大提高,课下的作业完成的也更加杰出;正如邵主席所说的,同学惧怕老师,为惧怕老师的评判权;赐予同学正面的评判,勉励 同学,就能最大限度调动同学的积极性;针对于课堂的任何一个细节的有效性,邵主席也一一做出了点评; 让我熟悉到,一堂课不仅要设计的合理,更要处理的得当,每一步骤都 要有特定的处理方法,适合于哪一
