16、al circuit breakers will be performed from within the substation building in which the switchboard is located. this shall be achieved by the provision of an engineering workstation in each substation which will be used to operate circuit breakers by communicating directly with the breakers protectio

33、e during design development. to ensure this information is available at the appropriate location (e.g. on the dcs or the engineering workstation), the auxiliary inputs that are provided (often as standard) within the microprocessor-based protection, monitoring and control devices should be utilised.

36、distribution system at a plant level (10 kv distribution and below). as mentioned above, it is considered that the 35 kv level may be a differe nt ven dor and protocol. the switchgear manufacture at 10 kv and below may by differe nt ven dors but there shall be only a single ven dor per voltage level
