2、细介绍散货船的快速性研究,主要内容如下:主尺度的确定、排水最的 初步验证、总布置设计与总布置草图、重虽:重心计算、静水力计算及静水力曲线图、稳性浮态 计算、阻力与冇效功率估算、螺旋桨计算与绘图。通过这些设计工作,研究散货船的快速性能。木次设计内容的各个部分可参考如下资料:主尺度的确定、总布置的设计主要参考船舶 设计原理,静水力曲线的绘制主要参考船舶静力学并且有详细的表格可以作参考,型值 表的提取和型线图的绘制可参考船体制图,阻力佔算和螺旋桨图谱设计的规范过程都在船 舶快速性上。最终得到设计船的主尺度数据;船长98.6m,®线间长92m,型宽14.5m,型深7.2m,设计吃 水 6.0

8、bulk carrier; quickness; hydrostatic calculation; propeller design冃ij 5散货船作为当今海运行业的三大主流船型z,冇着很大的作用,船舶市场快速发展的今 天,人家都努力提高船船的各项性能,在船舶设计屮,船、机、桨的匹配问题一肓是设计人员 最关注的问题之一快速性良好的船舶应使得船、主机和螺旋桨之间的性能综合匹配。快速性能是散货船开发研究的关键项目之一。在该船的快速性能研究屮,主要对主尺度和 船型系数进行了论证和选择,船体线型进行了优化研究设计,以及进行了不同主尺度、不同吃 水、不同纵倾浮态等不同船型方案的船模试验和分析研究。不仅是

9、散货船,其他船型也同样要考虑快速性能,它能够冇效地提高经济效益,缩短运营 周期,降低成木,提高效率并提升竞争力。除此之外,还有很多地方都对散货船的快速性研究有很人作用,这也就决定了散货船的特 殊地位,所以在此次设计过程中一定要认真仔细才能交出满意的结果。1 总体设计1.1分析任务书与现有资料船舶的设计任务书是对该船使用任务和技术要求的体现,是设计的依据和出发点。本船应 设计为单机单桨柴汕机型散货船,航区为无限航区。(1)母船及设计船船名:145米散货船。航区:无限航区。船型特征:钢质、双甲板、单机单桨、柴汕机驳动的尾机型散货船,全船设有一个货舱。 设有首、尾楼,尾楼甲板上设三层甲板室。用途:主

10、要用于装运煤、矿砂、水泥(袋装)等。主尺度:表1-1母船尺度参数表母船设计船总长loa145 m100m垂线间长lpp136 m92m型宽b22 m14.5m型深d12 m7.2m设计吃水d9.0 m6m排水量a21881.70t6700 t载货量5000 t船级与船籍:国际。船员定额:17人。主 机:x16v320zc2b 4500kwx520r/mino 白定航速:13节。续航力/h持力:4500eo船体结构(材料、结构形式等):本船为单甲板、双壳、单机、尾机型,具有循艇楼的 钢质焊接结构货船。全船采用纵、横混合骨架形式。总布置要求:主船体内设置淡水舱、机舱、压载水舱、货舱、燃油

12、式来估 算,由设计船的排水量范用可得:垂线间长在规定范围内越人,排水量越接近给定值,选取最 大值lpp=92m,然示由书上公式按以下计算可得:(1) 根据经验公式:dtpp/20+心 心一般可取l2m,小船取小的值,因为此散货船总长 不是太大,因此収心=1.4可得d=92/20+1.4=6.0m 跟任务书上的范围比较接近(2) 由后面所画的型线图可以量取可得设计船长厶严9& 6m设计船主要度量总98. 6m乖线间长厶p92m宽b14. 5m型深d7. 2m吃水d6m排水ja6700t定员p17p航速v13kn1. 3型线设计 设计船的型值可根据母型改造法生成型值,然后根据设计船的型值绘
