1、 高细风选粉碎机 高细风选粉碎机使用指南一、用途及适用范围高细风选粉碎机广泛用于矿业、建材、化工、冶金、医药、饲料等行业。可对方解石、白云石、重晶石、长石、硅灰石、石膏、石灰石、滑石、麦饭石、高岭土、膨润土、陶土、氧化铁红、钛白粉、酚醛树脂、凸凹棒粘土、煤焦粉、煤、石英砂、锰矿石、锑矿石、氧化锌、钡铁氧体、颜料、染料、骨粉、豆饼、渔粉、果壳、贝壳、中草药等580余种非易燃、易爆物料进行粉碎加工。粉碎物料硬度一般不大于莫氏硬度7级,湿度根据物料特性而定,一般不超过3-10%,成品细度30-325目。二、主要技术参数型 号技术参数400型700型最大进料粒度(毫米)3030成品粒度(目)30-32

3、部分。机器工作时,物料由进料口投入粉碎室后,受高速旋转的打板的冲击和高气流剪切将其粉碎,粉碎后的物料经塞档室分级进入风机室,由风轮的吹送以及风机的引力使物料进入分离器,经分离器再次分级处理,粗料由回料咀返回粉碎室进行再次粉碎,成品料由引风机引出进入集粉器装袋包装,余风由除尘散风装置排出。四、细度调节1.粗调:机内装有塞档,将塞档架螺栓松开,调节塞档板与机壳锥形面之间的间隙,间隙越大细度越低,间隙越小细度越高,但塞挡打板斜面与机壳锥形面之间的距离不应小于3毫米。2.细调:(1)调节风帽高低:在分离器内,芯管上端装有可升降风帽,风帽降低,细度升高,反之细度相应下降。风帽由风帽支架支撑在芯管上,如果

4、您要求的细度较低可去掉风帽试调。(2)风量调节:在引风机进风立管下部装有翻板调节器进行风量调节,风量小细度高,风量大细度低,但应注意风量过小时容易从分离器回料咀向外喷料,请用户适当调整。(3)主机风扇叶调整:如果风量已调到最小,风帽降到最低,细度仍达不到要求,这时可将主机风扇叶减少,减少为3片或者2片,使主机送风量减小,增加物料在机内粉碎时间。3.通过以上调整,细度达到要求,即可连续生产,如果更换物料,改变细度,应再行调整。五、安装安装可参考基础图以及结构示意图(附后),用户可以根据厂房情况适当调整布局。六、使用及保养1.主机和风机轴承每周加洁净黄油一次。2.开机前须转动主轴,检查机内有无异常

Construction

10、& Working PrincipleThis pulverizer is constituted with main machine, air blower, separator, powder collector, air filter and other parts; the main machine consists of crushing chamber, blocking chamber and fan chamber.When material is evenly fed into a crushing chamber, the main shaft rotates in

11、 high speed. The material will be comminuted with the aid of impact of main shaft cutter blade and casing interior lining panel and the shorn of high pressure airflow, after that, the material comminuted will via a chamber enter into a separator for re-grading treatment, the coarse material will ret

12、urn to the crushing chamber via a return nozzle for re-pulverization, while the finished material will enter into a powder collector via a draught fan for bagging and packing purpose, the rest airflow will be exhausted via a device which is used for dedust and exhaust.IV. Output Adjustment1. General

13、 AdjustmentLoose the screw bolts of blocking frame in the machine and regulate the gap between blocking panel and cone-shaped panel to get needful outlet size. Regulate the gap smaller to get fine outlet size and regulate it bigger to get coarse outlet size. Whatever, you should keep the gap no smal

14、ler than 3mm.2. Precise Adjustment1) Adjust hood height: The hood at the top of core pipe in the separator can be lifted up-and-down. Lower the hood to get fine outlet size and in other way to get coarse size. If you want to get finer outlet size, please try to remove the hood.2) Air Volume ControlA

15、ir volume can be controlled by adjusting the flap regulator at the bottom of inlet pipe of inducing fan. Adjust smaller volume to get fine size and in other way to get coarse size; please adjust the volume properly, or the materials separator will feed back and spray from the nozzle. 3) Adjust the n

16、umbers of fan blades of main machineIf the air volume has been regulated to the smallest and the hood has been down to the lowest, you can reduce the numbers of fan blades to be 3 or 2 to get super fine outlet size. 3. Do as above instructions to get needful outlet size and then keep continuous prod

17、ucing until you change the raw materials or adjust outlet size.V. InstallationInstall the system according to the foundation drawing, configuration drawing and local production environment.VI. Operation & Maintenance1. Grease bearings of main machine and air blower with clean lubricant once a we

18、ek;2. Before start operation, please check and run the main shaft to ensure no problems and no noise;3. Feed the machine evenly and feeding size can be adjusted according to the hardness of raw materials; for hard materials, please keep the feeding size no larger than 3cm; 4.
