1、河南工程学院计算机辅助制造应用软件考查课 课程作业作业题目:零件加工自动编程学生姓名: 学 院: 机械工程学院 专业班级: 机制1141班 专业课程: 计算机辅助制造应用软件任课教师: 2014 年 12 月 20 日1.课程作业为完成图1工件的自动编程,其模型如下图1所示。图1本次课程大作业是在学完课程之后一次综合练习,除了要求了解本课程的基本理论方法之外,还必须熟悉相关课程如机械制造技术基础、数控机床编程与操作中所讲的内容,要熟悉零件加工工艺过程、工序的规划与设计,刀具结构与使用,熟悉数控加床编程的基础知识例如加工坐标系确立等。2加工工艺分析本工件结构并不复杂,但是需要注意的地方比较多。例

2、如根据其结构分析一下要不要使用电火花加工?因为其表面精度要求高,本例中角位多、深度不,所以可不用火花加工。加工前是否需要补面?显然前模上有两个小孔,在半精加工、精加工时,一般加工不到孔表面上的余量,该处会留下一个凸台。所以需要补面。(1)加工工序根据加工要求,零件加工工序为:型腔铣一次开粗型腔铣二次开粗等高轮廓铣半精加工等高轮廓铣精加工(2)刀具选用根据零件的大小和形状,选择D12R3刀进行一次开粗;一次开粗后,工件上还存在大量余量,故选择D10R3二开粗;粗加工完成后选择D10R3角刀半精加工工件陡峭的区域,陡峭区域半精加工完成后选择新的D8R3立铣刀进行精加工。(3)毛坯的选择毛坯选择为包

3、围此模具的长方体工件。材料为40Cr钢。(4)加工参数的确定参数包括余量、切削速度(主轴转速)、进给速度、切削深度(背吃刀量)的选择等。加工余量选择时,要考虑给后续工序留有足够的余量,但又不能太大,一般一次开粗后留有的余量不超过1mm;二次开粗后留有的余量不超过0.5mm;半精加工后留有的余量不超过0.25mm等等,具体确定时需查阅机械加工工艺手册等工具书。切削速度一般按主轴转速选用,一般粗加工时由于切削深度较大,要选较小的主轴转速,半精加工、精加工时切削深度较小,所以转速较高、进给量较大;精加工时有时为了提高表面质量,进给量会比半精加工时小。(5)加工过程按照先粗后精、先面后孔的原则及为了减
