1、海上保险单海上保险合同主要体现形式 海上保险单是海上保险合同的法定形式和主要的书面凭证，是被保险人凭以向保险人请求赔偿的最重要的单证。 1906年海上保险法：不管是按照哪一种法律的条文规定，海上保险合同均不能作为诉讼的证据，除非该合同是根据本法所规定的海上保险单形式来体现的。保险单可以在海上保险合同成立时或成立以后签发。 国际上通常采用书面形式的办法。第1页/共16页海上保险单的分类 按保险期限划分：航次保险单、定期保险单、混合保险单、预约保险单 按保险价值划分：定值保险单、不定值保险单第2页/共16页S.G.保险单 S.G. 保单是劳爱德 S.G.标准保单的简称，1779年开始使用。它是 1
